Can't say enough about how helpful Nick and the team from Northcoast are. Before we bought our home…read moreNick spent time on the phone with me explaining how we could address the water quality issues in the existing well. That was 3 years ago and since then we have had them install an RO unit, a softener, and pre-filtration system. It's been working great and they are always super responsive when we have questions or need any assistance. Highly recommended!

I want to tell you how amazing Nick and his team are, they truly are knowledgeable, experienced,…read morefast and efficient. Plus they've taught me a lot about my well and water system. ** The poor rating is for the "Kinetico K2060 Alternating Twin Conditioner" that was installed late 2024. It's a salt system intended to soften my water... and soften it has! Way too much! In fact I can never tell if soap/shampoo/laundry soap is off of me, out of my hair or off of my clothing. I've called Northeast to ask them about it, I've called Kinetico to ask them about it, both say use less soap. Great, well, any soap seems to stay, and, not only has it continually frizzed out my hair, leaving me to want to join the circus, but it's left soap residue on everything - friends and family that have stayed with me tell me sheets, towels make them itch. Rinsing and rinsing things out is a huge waste of water - a huge waste of water! I've been paying to go to the local pool to shower so I don't look like I've stuck my finger in an electrical socket. Believe me, I've waited to see if anything will change, perhaps it was too much salt, perhaps the system will change, perhaps the water will do some magic that I have yet to discover. I've asked for advise, I've asked god for help, I've wondered if I should pay a huge sum and get rid of this thing. I truly have come to hate this system, worse is, I feel stuck. So now I write to let you all know that just pouring salt into your water system will leave you neurotic and itchy. I'm open to suggestions good people!

Hours on the phone couldn't get the account straight but an honest Yelp review resulted in the…read morereply below. The account was then solved in a day and the equipment the next day. So I couldn't get helped from the phone staff but the person that responds to these reviews got it done with apology for the inconvenience.

I'd been a customer of Alhambra Water before for more than 15 years, with great customer service,…read moreand never had any issues or anything. But when Primo Brands Water took over Alhambra, everything turned upside down. During the period that Primo Brands took over Alhambra which was around March-April 2025, there were problems with their website that would not work like not recognizing my account that caused me couldn't pay my bill on time. I called customer service, they answered and said they wouldn't recognize my account from my phone number either. So, I had to wait for a period of time until a couple months later their website was working after the Primo Brands could complete updating all Alhambra's customers' account information. After their website worked I think around sometime in April 2025, I found that they charged me late fee of $10 on 04/30/2025 and another late fee of $20 on 05/02/2025 for the period when I couldn't pay my bill because their site wasn't working for almost 2 months for Alhambra's customers. Later, I tried to call Primo Brands for the issue, I was on hold for more than an hour and no one talked or helped me. So, I ended up paying my bill with the late fees they charged. I didn't want water from them anymore. So, I ordered to skip the delivery, but once I forgot to skip it, they delivered 6 bottles of water to me. This time I forgot to pay the bill because I didn't mean to order them. So, they charged me a late fee for $20 a month for two months. It's fine, and I paid for it since I forgot. However, they shouldn't charge the total of $30 late fees for 04/30/2025 and 05/02/2025 when their website wasn't working and no one could be reached over the phone. Moreover, after I paid everything for whatever balance on 10/04/2025 on their site, later I found out I have a new balance for next month of $1.17 for credit card fee after I paid all balance. No notice ever for credit card fee. This is unreasonable! I just need my $30 back, dispute the $1.17 credit card fee, and cancel my membership!
