We had our annual maintenance visit yesterday for our Furnace and A/C units. Paul the technician was very pleasant and professional. He worked efficiently and explained what he'd done, using language that we understood. We've used Campeau for more than fifteen years and bought our second furnace from them, a Napoleon brand. I have been a Campeau customer for no over 30 years. Yesterday the technician came by to clean my gas furnace and noticed a part needed replacing. Told me it would be covered by my warranty --I have found all technicians over the years be to though and honest. I had a heating issue this past Thanksgiving. I called Campeau and spoke with their answering service. The woman took my contact information before ending the call. The tech called withing 5 minutes of my contacting them. Steve, the tech, was here within 20 minutes and fixed the problem quickly. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Fan for thé gas fireplace was not working called & they came the next day. it was a difficult job because in order to repair this he had to pull everything out in order to be able to fix it, The young man was very efficient & repaired it . It took him four hours.I know my bill was high ($625.00) but at least now my fireplace is working efficiently. I highly recommend Campeau Heating, but I do find them a bit expensive. I cannot say thank you enough. My furnace quit working on a pretty chilly day. I put a call in and was told I would receive a call after 8:00am. It was only minutes past and was told a service person would be here sometime today. He arrived very shortly after and found my problem (which was more electrical than faulty furnace).
