Mang Eton really needs to provide some printed menus. While the online menu does contain descriptions, the online descriptions don't necessarily match what is available. Anyways.... For a starter, we ordered the siomai. These were plump and tasty. We wish they would give more of the excellent dipping sauce than the tiny thimble of sauce that they do give you. Note: the combo meals also include a couple pieces of siomai. I ordered the Combo #1, which came with a piece of fried chicken, 2 lumpia, shrimp chips, rice and pancit. The lumpia had an excellent flavor. The fried chicken and pancit were okay. JP ordered the Combo #3. The only difference between the Combo #1 and Combo #3 is that the Combo $3 comes with fish instead of chicken. It also comes with a skewer of meat (pork?), which was good. Juicy, fulfilling, plenty of meat. The cheese was cheesing. We really enjoyed it. The fries got the good quality cheese sauce just how I like it. Add some off that white sauce and chefs kiss. I asked what sauces they had and he gave one of each to try and I liked them all!! Not watered down and full of flavor. When we pulled up they were just opening and we got our food not right aways so I know it was fresh but no longer than 10 minutes. It was appreciated.
