Don't know how it is for people paying for parts or service (although reading some other reviews, it doesn't look good...) but for WARRANTY work, DON'T GO THERE!!! Our fridge in our camper broke on the way to Denver so we got a new one installed in Denver and on the way back home to Washington, it quit working. We looked up an approved Dometic dealer/service provider and took the truck and camper to CW, Burlington because it was closest. I wish we had looked at the reviews beforehand. What an odyssey/nightmare!!!! No one communicates with you, no one returns your calls or e-mails unless you get really grumpy (then they're all apologetic and promise to do better - they don't), and then when you visit in person to try to get some info., they don't really seem to care - they only offer excuses. To make a long story short, we were without our truck and camper for SIX AND A HALF WEEKS!!! We chose to leave our truck there because we figured that if we left the camper parked by itself, they would make our repair less of a priority knowing that we had the truck. I shudder to think how long it would have taken if we had left the camper with them and not prodded them at regular intervals since we really needed our truck back. Needless to say, we will never do business with CW again. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. I took my rv in to have a slide topper installed,get sattelite dish that camping world sold me and installed fixed,and get warranty work done on toilet. It took just under 3 weeks to get my rv back and they did crap work and made so many excuses I thought I was talking to a devient child trying to stay out of trouble. The sattelite dish was not installed properly when the did it and they had the nerve to charge me to fix it and it is still wrong,slide topper was installed wrong and sags when it rains,toilet still leaks in the exact same place in the flushing valve and they would not submit the warranty paperwork but sure did want to get paid for work doem wrong. When I complained to the corperate office the manager of the Burlington store actually called me and threatened me for telling his boss that they do crap work. The store doesn't have a very good selection and what they do have is overpriced,never enough checkers and it takes forever to through checkout. Overall this place is a joke run by people with zero customer service skills,they should just shut the doors for good,I will never be back! read more

Not Impressed and will never again shop at Camping World! Was looking for a new water pump for my rv and found one at the camping world in Burlington which is a 1hour drive from home. I called ahead to be sure that they would honor the internet sale price in store to which the sales rep informed me it would be no problem and to print the page just to be sure. When I got to the check out I was told that I would have to spend another $25 to become a member in order to save the $20 on the sale. I informed her that i was told I could get the internet price as long as I printed the page. No Luck! She said "at least it was a scenic drive" and "you should do some more shopping while you are here to make it worth your while". I was frustrated and just paid full price for the item and left. The next morning I called the store manager to inform him of my experience and see if he could help me resolve the issue. He said he would address the comments made by the staff but that it was store policy to have a membership in order to receive the sale prices. I told the manager that I would be returning the item and purchasing it for even less than the sale price from ebay if he could not honor the advertised sale. His reply was "we have a 90 day return policy and someone will be able to help you with that". I can understand stores having memberships and member rates. I am a costco member and shop there often. At least Costco is a better deal than other stores and their members save some money by shopping there. I have since found the part I needed at other stores for cheaper than camping worlds sale price. What a joke membership is there!! Customer service is completely out the window at this store. Sometimes when things don't go our way we quickly write a bad review of our service. When actually they did their best to accommodate the quick turn around time that I required for a warranty fix, and it was the manufacturer that slowed things down. Staff was helpful, and organized, and although I didn't have time to wait for a longer than expected repair, they were helpful, and would have had me fixed up quickly if I could have waited through the weekend. read more

Seemed nice when we went in; however, follow up is the WORST EVER. Have been trying to find out for over four days if a part has come in (almost $800.00 plus) worth and no one seems to think it's important enough to call back. I also had a bad experience with the service department of this Camping World. I needed a new piece of sheet metal for my truck camper. I called them to give them dimensions and see if they could order one. They told me to bring it in so they could make sure to get the correct color, pattern and dimensions. Weeks later when I received the metal and brought it home, it was the wrong color, white instead of cream, and it was missing the S-lock seam along one edge, necessary to intersect it with the other piece. After weeks of phone calls back and forth with Service Tech and Service Manager, they said they would get me the correct piece and sent me a form for me to fill out to get the correct specs. After a few more weeks go by, they called to say they had my metal, but would not say how much more it would cost. Tech said ask the manager and the manager said to ask the tech . Finally they asked for an additional $70. By now, the camping season is long over, I m $500 into this and 3 70 mile trips to CW, and the last thing I want to do is give more money to these people who are obviously incompetent and have bad business practice. When I called the metal manufacturer in Oregon, they said they could make the metal in one or two days and I could pick it up for $200 retail. Would have been easy money for CW to order the correct piece and have a happy customer, but instead they chose this. If your looking for overpriced lawn chairs, its the place to go. If you need any service, I would avoid this place. read more

I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents who have had THE WORST experience there. They were absolutely lied to. DO NOT buy your RV here. This was supposed to be the big 5th wheel for them to start retirement with, on the maiden voyage not only did my mother find multiple things wrong with the 5th wheel, it was supposed to be BRAND NEW!! But instead she found, a dented refrigerator, the shower head and faucet fall off when travelling spraying water all over, the drawers fly open when travelling, the caulking on the window looks like it was done by a 5 year old. This 5th wheel is the only Montana with a back window. When my parents ask why the back window was caulked, they won't tell them. They aren't honest about anything. They don't return phone calls. They place the blame on others, no accountability. My parents were supposed to be enjoying their summer, however their BRAND NEW, 5th wheel is still up there, and my parents are being told "the parts aren't in". It's been there since the beginning of June and it's now the middle of August. The entire summer ruined because of a company that will not be honest with their customers. I mean the salesman almost broke the hitch when my parents were picking it up the first time. The guy didn't even know what he was doing. One would think a proper salesman would know what he was doing. For reference my parents bought a 39 ft Montana fifth wheel. My parents feel like maybe this RV was involved in an accident in the shop or maybe in the way to the store, but anytime my parents try to get answers they are stopped and lied to. Our summer was supposed to be family vacations, my parents starting their retirement, yet they are still waiting for parts. This place is beyond unprofessional, DO NOT buy your RV here! My girlfriend and I purchased a 2013 Denali 268RB travel trailer on September 21, 2013 in Anderson, CA from Camping World. We lived in the trailer in Vacaville, CA for about six months while working on a project in the area. After completing the project we had a list on warranty items that needed to be taking care. -Awning Switch was broken. -Black Water Valve Broken. -Gray Water Valve Broken. -Main Slide did not seal with in the travel position. -Water damage to cabinet wood trim pieces cause of bad seal. -Water damage to carpet caused by bad seal. -Smell in HVAC system due to water damage -Replace couch cushions due to bad stitching. We dropped the trailer off the 2nd week of March 2014 in Burlington, WA at Camping World after bringing it back from Vacaville, CA. We were advised that this warranty claim could take up to 60 days this included the 10 days for installation. We didn't have an issue with the time frame of the claim because we didn't have plans to use the trailer until Memorial Day weekend. I would call about once every two week and get updates and would usually get the response of not all the parts are here yet, but we should see the rest of them any day now. Couple weeks before Memorial Day weekend we were informed that the trailer would not be ready but we could come pick up the trailer and use it even though it wasn't fixed. We make other arrangements and borrowed another trailer for the Memorial Weekend. After returning from our trip I decided to personally go in and talk to Eric in the warranty department. Once again told that not all the parts are here yet. I asked him if we could call the manufacture to get some solid dates when the remaining parts would arrive. He said no, but you can call them yourself. So I did and found out that the order was shipped complete from the factory May 1, 2014 and the items should arrive no later than May 8, 2014. With this information I contacted the service manager on May 30th and filled him in with the information that I had received from Dutchmen manufacture, he said he would get back to me by the end of the business day with some answers. He did keep his promise. The service manager said that that they had located the missing pieces in there receiving department and would talk to the shop foreman on Monday about starting the work immediately didn't hear anything back that week. So on June 9, 2014 I stopped by to see how the trailer was coming along and found out that they hadn't even started and would not go into the shop until June 13th. I express to the warranty department that this was unacceptable. If it was the manufacture that was the cause of the delay I would understand, but it was Camping World's lack of the follow up on the order and asking the customer to find out where the missing items were. We brought our motorhome in to have the jacks repaired and it was returned to us with no power to the water pump, water heater, or rear of the coach. They agreed to look into possible causes but after 4 weeks, we finally just went and picked up our coach this afternoon. The batteries are now dead and we still have no power to the water pump or water heater. They do not return phone calls and leave you on hold when you actually do get thru. Great experience with a difficult install. While I was initially scared off by these low reviews, my 2003 Chinook Cascade RV sorely needed new shock absorbers to ride like it should. I noticed that Camping World had Bilstein shocks on sale. I called to order shocks and came to my service appointment expecting, given the low reviews, a less-than-par experience here. But I was so pleasantly surprised with the quality of their customer service, pricing, and service outcome here. All employees here, from retail and parts counters to the mechanics, went out of their way to make sure I and my Chinook were happy. I first thought I'd need new shocks plus a steering stabilizer. But Glen in Parts and Service told me to get the new shocks first and then see if I really need that stabilizer. That honesty, not overselling which he could have easily done that, impressed me. Then the install of the shocks went so well for my older RV. Also, Jason at the parts desk gave me great advice about other small issues with my Chinook. I am mostly a DYI RV maintainer, and was initially was going to do install the shocks myself. But I reminded myself how removing shocks rusted on after many years can be a nightmare. Of course this install also ended up as a pain for the Camping World mechanics. I was there longer than we all expected, since they had to work so hard to get the old shocks off. But here's where Camping World also really shined: The install job took longer than expected, due to my RV's age, but they charged me only the standard install fee. All work was right at the initial $ estimate. So why not 5 stars? I had them also change my oil. GM recommends 5W-30 oil for my 8.1 liter Vortec engine. Camping World put in 10W-30, a small and insignificant difference, perhaps necessary for any shop which needs to stock oil in bulk. Also, the retail store had some displays that needed some work to look their best. Again pretty minor, since I could still find the retail items I needed, and the pricing, especially sale pricing, was quite good. I saw no other problems. I could see that the staff and management here are genuinely trying to get it right. They must be doing some really effective customer service training of employees. If my positive experience is becoming typical, the customer-oriented culture at this store seems to be improving fast, and they should be congratulated. And how is my Chinook RV now? No steering stabilizer is needed, since my new Bilstein shocks made a huge difference. My Chinook now finally really drives like "the sports-car of motorhomes," which is what it was known for. read more

We went in to pick up our 5th wheel that has been in getting warranty work since Sept. (4 months) and when my husband looked in the front storage area he saw a board that had numerous large staple ends sticking out along with screws that have missed the mark plus a huge crack where one of the screws broke the board. The quality of workmanship is lacking and this is where we bought this rig. I would never, ever deal with Burlington Camping World again and have nothing but bad feeling about this place. This 2012 has been in twice for warranty work for a total of almost 5 month in the 1st year and over 30 problems. Service is horrible! We made an appointment to have a new hitch installed. Made the appointment two months ago. The appointment was at 9:00 am. My husband waited 5 hours. After asking several times what was taking so long. At 2:00 the service guy Chris Anderson came and told my husband they didn't have the part to install the hitch to the truck. However they will keep the trailer to work on the hitch and additional items we wanted checked. I can't tell you enough how angry I am. When I tried to call to speak to Chris, he told the receptionist that the part is being ordered and my husband had left. I told the receptionist and she knew this was not what I was calling about. I was calling about the fact that my husband had been there for 5 hrs before he was told they didn't have the part and what are they are to do to remedy this. I again asked to speak with him and she said he was "busy" but I could have his voice mail. UNBELIEVABLE! They need to discount whatever there labor fee is times 5 hours!! read more

Frankly ... this place is a joke when it comes to the service department. We are pretty sure the service manager is a myth. She is NEVER there and when she is, she is much to busy with bothering to talk to us in person or on the phone about our concerns regarding her department. We bought our trailer in July but it had to have a window fixed before taking it home (side note? they had two weeks to locate said broken window on their required walk through that they charged us $1100 for and didn't locate it until the morning we were due to pick it up. ...they had two weeks to do the walk through and didn't do it until the morning of pick up.) We were told it would take two more weeks to replace it. After several polite calls, one not so nice call and finally a "we are filing with the BBB if you don't give us our trailer" call we finally got our trailer (fixed) in mid September (that's two months folks... for a tiny kitchen window). After our first trip we noticed a leaky awning and a broken lock. Both of these things were incredibly minor but covered in warranty so we decided to bring it back in (lord help me I don't know why we didn't break up with them at this point). We dropped it off October 2nd and was told at that time it would be a week at the most. It is now October 30th and we still don't have our trailer and up until today we hadn't heard from anyone ABOUT our trailer. We called today to make sure they didn't accidently SELL it to someone else and after being transferred to voicemail the first time, we called back and insisted on an actual human. After waiting on hold so they could check the status ... they are COINCIDENTALLY working on our trailer TODAY and it should be done by the end of day (which in case anyone cares we are almost at end of day and no call). I'm not sure if the guy filling us full of BS thought we were buying it or just didn't care but either way we are almost positive they forgot about our order and our trailer has been sitting on their lot this whole time with them not even realizing it until our call came in this morning. Also ... their go to excuse is "you got us right in the middle of our busy season", They have said it every call and in person for the last 4 months... so be prepared for that after pretty much anything you ask them. Do yourself a favor and go find another service center if you intend on using your trailer...like.. ever. read more

I think it's important to be honest. The entire experience seemed great at first, however after the check was written, I was discarded like a sack of smelly garbage. Throughout the sales process several half truths were told and finally for the grand finale .. one big lie that ended up being a huge monetary loss for me. They had told me that If I purchased their protection plan that transportation to and from their shop for repairs would be covered. Of course this lie was simply a ploy to get me to buy and wasn't true. In addition to the dishonesty, I called a few days after the sale to report that the gas/electric water heater wasn't working on the gas setting. They said I was doing something wrong and and offered no additional help nor did they offer to make it right. After 2 years I still can't get the gas hot water to work. Ordered a new rv, when we arrived for pickup so many things wrong declined purchase... Was shown other and since we had 5000 down on first purchased bought another one.. Absolutely no PDI of inside of rv, Rv still is in better shape than one they did PDI on.. Got a $250 certificate that I noticed had expired already.. Asked salesman and he then informed me it had to be used that day. Good thing I check as we were 300 miles from home, wonder if they were hoping I wouldn't noticed.. Have since ordered online sales and been nothing but a mess.. Will not use again. Very frustrating... read more

Listen to the reviews!!! This place has beautiful options - it's the working staff that need replacement.. We have literally been yanked around for two weeks straight trying to buy. We fell in love with one that was a year old 32 Dr trailer - when we went in to talk numbers, apparently it had a bent frame and was unsellable.. (okay why is it out on your main lot then). Naturally, they try to show you trailers "similar" but for 5k more. Found one we wanted, went in to talk numbers and again they jerked us around giving us a quote for 3 different interest rates before we even saw the actual finance guy Dale. It's taken us two weeks to be approved for financing after this, only because they do not return any phone calls or emails, AT ALL! Two separate times we went into BECU to ask about updates on the loan status in which we heard back from them specifically stating, "since 9:30am this is the update" yet we never hear from Burlington Camping World until 5 at night when banks are closed and nothing more can get accomplished. Also, we always seemed to be helped on Thursday's and Friday's and nothing can be done that late in the day or week?? Just silly place. Waste of your time especially if buying new and you can go somewhere else to get the same product read more

I have been to the Burlington store only once and the people were ok after I harassed them for help...I bought my Forest River in Coburg, OR camping world...After reading all of these reviews I am saddened that I bought or even walked into camping world...Sounds like to me with the reviews I have read from Oregon and now here in Burlington I think everyone should get together and file a class action law suit against camping world...This complaining does some good, but a class action law suit would really hurt them and hopefully straighten them out. read more

I was referred to Camping World when the brake lights on my utility trailer failed. It was winter and dark out and the trailer was full. Upon inspection, it was found the brake wire cable was too short and had snapped during transporting my goods. Three friendly guys worked on it together; one saying he had done this for years and promoted himself as the "expert" of the three. I specifically said I wanted a new cord that was plenty long this time. The guy doing the actual installing disagreed, saying it wasn't necessary. After much work and and frustration, they all finally got the cable attached. They tested the brakes without driving the trailer and they worked, so I payed my bill of $300. I was a new widow, which they all knew, and this was my first experience of working out a problem that my late husband would normally have taken care of. As soon as I tried to drive off, the brakes froze and I couldn't go. I don't fully understand the problem, even now, except that I was told the brake cable was too short and needed to be replaced with the longer one I had requested in the first place. But now it was too late in the day and I was told to go home and they'd take care of it the next day. When I came back the following day, the work was completed but for another $300 because they had to replace the short cable with the longer one!! I couldn't get the trailer until I paid the additional cost. I was moving and needed my things in the trailer and had no choice but to pay. What a crooked dealership! I realize I was naive to trust people who were friendly and "seemed" helpful, but I like to think there are men in the world who when they see a woman is alone (even one in the grieving process) that they don't immediately see a green light to take advantage of her. I was also in a bit of a desperate fix. Being stranded with nowhere else to go is still no reason to take advantage. Is there any integrity left? Not at this place. read more

I have tried several times to do business with this Camping World and it has not been a good experience. I needed a piece of paneling for the inside of my 5th wheel and they told me they could get it for me. They didn't know how much it would cost but said between $12 - $18. I told them to go ahead and order it. For the next six months I would stop by when I was in the area or would call them. I always got a different story from it hasn't come in yet or it just came in with other items and they hadn't sorted through everything yet. I finally gave up on them. I finally got a call from them about 7 months later and they said they had the paneling in and it was going to cost $18 which I was willing to pay. They said I would have to pay $112 for shipping. I told them I wasn't going to pay $112 for shipping and they could keep their paneling. I would go to Home Depot and get the paneling. My next experience with this camping world was when I looked at a new 5th wheel that I was interested in buying. They quoted a very high price and when I told them I had all ready priced out the same 5th wheel at another dealership they got upset. They dropped the price down to close to the other dealership which I would have been willing to pay. Without even seeing my current 5th wheel they quoted me price for a trade in that was so low that it was a insult. My finally experience with this Camping World was their service department. I took my 5th wheel to them several times for the same problem and they could never fix it. I took it to a different service department and it was an easy fix. I have given up on this place. I am still trying to figure out how this place stays in business. They have not been business friendly to me. read more

I recently had a slide topper and two fantastic installed. In order to install the fans they needed to bring power to the new fans. They called and said that they need to charge an additional 2 hours to bring the power to the fans. For some reason this was not included in the original bid as you would think it would have been. When I got home I realized that they got the power from the lights that were less than a foot away, they charged me $270.00 to hook up the power. The only way to work the fans was to turn on the lights. I called back and talked to Jason who then had the service manager Spencer call me back to explain. He said it may take several hours to install them with the correct power source. I looked at the situation and re did the wiring in less than an hour and I had both fans hooked up correctly. So it looks to me that they charged me 2 hours ($270) to do a 15 minute job that should have been done right in the first place in less than an hour, and on top of that they did a half a$$ job on the clean up. Looks to me that someone got ripped of here. The difference from the original bid and the final invoice was over $540 extra. I have been a customer for over 11 years and shop there every year for my camping supplies. Never again, nor will I recommend anyone doing business with this place. read more

I would not recommend the service department here. Brought my trailer in for a problem with refrigerator they replaced the motherboard said it was fixed paid the $400. and took it home. I tested it and it was doing what I had brought it in for no change. Took it back in they tell me it needs a different part they ordered it. So they call me tell me that the new part didn't fix the problem so I should buy a new refrigerator. I call in to check and see if it was done only to find out the part they sent wasn't the right one and it had never been installed or tested. So after a bunch of back and forth they credit me for all money spent towards new unit. I get it home only to find they didn't put door inserts in that we're paid for. Promised to send them to me still waiting. They are way too busy to get things done right. I will never go back. read more

In august 2015 I was happy with this place. But be very careful with warranty work. Back and forth all the time. Same things repaired over and over. Unable to talk to a person. Write e-mails answered at end of day, well sometimes. Each time in there an hour in morning and an hour before you can leave. Will only fix if warranty pays for, even when told you would pay for. Employees threaten you. Just not a place I would ever deal with again. Men all have big heads cocky attitudes. You know when pay over hundred thousand dollars, you expect it to function and not be broken all the time. Just really disappointed with treatment and service. We are so upset my husband and I. When we call at Camping Word to make an appointment to fix our satelit they told us the appointment will take only 30 min and they will know what will going on. SO they give a time what he was on a Thursday at 1 pm and my husband told them he will need to drop off the moterhome before that because he can't take time off to be there. They told us no problem and we will call you when we will find the issue. The next day they told us they will give a call but they didn't call so we call and they told us they will get that done next week. So we could just drive the motor home the next week closer to the date i don't know why they need the motor home more than a week to tell us what going on. We are upset and we will never go there again. We have a lots we want to do and the cost of what we want its about 6000 and we will not give them nothing and we don't want to deal with them anymore. I feel sorry for the people they do business with them and i feel they need to change a few think because the reviews are not very nice and they are not a business we can count on them. I have not had my travel trailer serviced at camping World, but my experience with these folks couldn't have been better. They are some of the nicer people I have met while I have been in Washington State. Because of a bad situation, I was in a position where I needed to find a place to park my trailer. Even though I am not a member of the club, or was not a paying customer, they allowed me to park behind their store,(with electric), while I was trying to head south. No other RV park or campgrounds would allow me to park, or really cared about the position I was put in. Mark and Jason gave me permission, until I could head south. I have a hard time believing that folks like this, would be so disinterested in peoples repair issues. They are in the customer relations business after all, and that would be self defeating. I can see the possibility that there are changes being made, to better improve customer service. JMO. John read more

This was my first oil change on my RV. My 8:30 AM appt took until noon! That was for a simple oil change. The desk tech told me some oil changes were complicates-- as if I was born yesterday. The free 45 point inspection was not completed as they ran out of time. This is not my first negative experience with service (joke!) in Burlington and I've only owned the RV 7 months. read more

Do not get your vehicle worked on here. I took my 5th wheel trailer, purchased new from them in 2013, for a wheel service. The service rep. (Ed) confirmed with me the trailer brakes with my truck, were working and into the shop it went.Ed phoned later to say all 4 brake assemblies need to be replaced as the seals had gone and grease had accessed the brake linings. Fair enough. Now when I picked the trailer up the workshop was just about closed for the evening.I hooked up and saw my Primus brake controller was reading SH. which on the sheet meant short circuit wiring.I went into the store and bought a new controller(by now 5 years old)Same read out.One maintenance worker was in the process of locking up. He said the brakes were working and all I needed to do was set up the controller--Impossible with SH fault active. I took the trailer back to my storage park in Vancouver. No brakes, and brake drums cold. Now here's the problem, the person who wired the left back brake had crimped both incoming wires,black and black with white tracer together with the green lead to the brake.And the two wires in the cable going to the other side crimped together with the other green brake lead.A dead short.Dangerous. I corrected this and the reading went from Zero ohms on the the multimeter to now reading a resistance and the SH. fault cleared. I could now adjust the controller.No way with that dead short could the brakes have been tested in the shop.The person who worked on this should be at least lettered as this is from somebody who did not know what he was doing. Supervision, Is there any there? Very disappointingly the shop foreman would have no part of this and refused to refund me the cost of labour for putting my trailer in dangerous way.He said he'd no proof the wiring was dangerously done.I'll say it again do not use this dangerous shop. read more

We purchased a 2014 hideout toy hauler from them. We paid for the full pre inspection to make sure all was well. Pick it up a few days later what should have taken a couple hours at most had us there for almost 6 hours. So many things were wrong. A drawer was broken, the clip to hold the door open was broken, the tv that was supposed to come with it was missing and took them forever to locate. They installed our trailer brakes wrong which took them another hour to figure out. So we finally get the trailer to our house, back it in and as we were unhooking it I see water dripping from underneath. The entire lining underneath was bulging with water. Had to turn around and take it back. Come to find out the tub drain was not hooked up properly and was just draining into the bottom liner. What did we pay them for if they didn't even check anything out? Every single time I called I was transferred endlessly, no one ever picked up the phone. Stay far, far away from this business. Spent the better part of this last weekend at Camping World in Burlington looking at a particular 5th wheel trailer. After doing the song and dance with the salesman, who claims he isn't the guy I needed to address my problems, concerns and questions too and yet, wouldn't let me talk to the person I needed to we were informed that we could of course make an offer. After thoroughly inspecting said trailer we discovered some pricey repairs that would need to be done. But still we persisted on. Price was $21K, sale price $19K, we offered $16K, they countered with $18K and we discovered that when all is said and done there was no wiggle room for them to move in the price. So we kindly passed on their final offer. Then low and behold - less than 5 hours after we left, they offered the said 5th wheel online in a new post for the whopping newly found wiggle room price of $12K. After leaving several messages, with no return call. I called again and talked to someone else. Only wanted to know how such a reduction could be found so quickly. I was told it was a typo that that shouldn't have been put on there. And today I look and it's back up to the sale price of $19K. Just curious as to how things move up and down so quickly. Took my unit up to Camping world for warranty work in oct 2014. We where told that they where busy and work it in. I called and called with no call backs. Finally in late Dec got a call from Guy Cahoon that Coleman had approved repair to slide outs. Guy informed they had damaged a piece of metal on the slide-out and would replace. The slide-outs where adjusted and bubble seals replaced, Called in late Jan and unit still not ready. Called 1st of Feb and told Guy I would be u in 2 weeks to get unit. Was told that would work they where moving unit over to repair the metal. Arrived on Sat 2 weeks later and was told unit was not ready and metal had arrived on Friday funny 2 weeks earlier was told they where moving it over to fix metal. We waited 2 hours for the unit to be cleaned. Took unit home and the second trip out I noticed something on top of the slide-out. Both slide-outs had bubble seals pulled loose and laying on top of slide. Called Guy several times with no response. Bubble seals never got fixed nor the damaged metal. Terrible RV service! We had arranged far ahead of time with the manager to have a list of components checked out on our RV before leaving on a long trip in two weeks. We live a considerable distance away so really made the effort to get it all arranged ahead of time. We had also arranged for a specific repair and had obtained the part, so all they had to do was the repair itself. We showed up first thing in the morning and they had no record of anything more than a minimum evaluation that was supposed to take two hours and was not finished by the end of the day. The repair was not even attempted. The invoice was not itemized so that by the time we left, we did not have a list of what had been done and what was left to do. We had to leave for another commitment and frankly were so frustrated with their disorganized run around, we couldn't wait to get out of there! We will never patronize this service center again and recommend others avoid it as well. read more
