I just want to thank your sales manager for enlightening me about the quality of travel trailers. He basically informed me that most all low to midlevel priced travel trailers are not very well built and won't last very long. The high priced units are hand built and built for longevity. This information has giving me a better prospective of the type of units I was looking and I am now convinced that purchasing a travel trailer is now out of reach of the price I was thinking I should be paying for a travel trailer. read more

We visited several places in our search for a new travel trailer. Camping World was by far the best experience we had. All the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a great selection and were very helpful and patient in guiding us through the process. We never felt rushed and the whole team listened to what we wanted instead of trying to push us into something we didn't. Tracy, our sales person, was fantastic. He was very patient and showed us everything we wanted. He was very insightful and taught us a lot about the travel trailers we looked at. We were not ready to purchase on our first visit. Tracy followed up with us and we made a return appointment. He was patient again and showed us the different models of Jayco trailers that we were most interested in. His genuine confidence in the Jayco brand really helped us narrow it down. With his help we decided on the trailer that we wanted. We made an appointment to come out to see some trailers. We were called personally by Ezekiel our sales representative. He showed us around to our needs. We had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for. He was able to find us one that was just a little bit better. The Price was very fair. When we came back to pick up the trailer Philip the finance manager went over everything and completed the documents. Martin The walk-through technician went over every aspect of the trailer. I am the 74-year-old lady who fell on June 23, 2023, in the Jayco RV at Camping World in Colton, CA., given Camping World choices to have their units unlit...this particular model had the kitchen in the back at a higher level, and as I was exiting to the first level it was so dark I missed the last step causing me to fall face first, as my family where running to help me, our salesman, Alex appeared, he attempted to turn on the lights, only to say "Oh they don't work.". Adding insult to injury NO ONE at Camping World in Colton showed ANY concern for me. By the time I got home, my knee and foot were bruised and swollen, my ribs are bruised causing horrid pain when sitting up...God forbid I laugh or cough. I am on bed rest until my injuries heal Camping World needs to address the dangers that exist at this location before someone dies. read more

Be careful financing with camping world. Not sure if every store is the same. Vincent was a great salesman and took his time to show us everything. We liked an RV, they ran our credit scores, showed us numbers, told us how much we need to put down. Looks like we were at the homestretch, right? They said they needed $2,000 to start the process. They called and communicated every day before they got the money. After we gave them $2,000 they went radio silence. We had to constantly call for a week and a half asking for an update. Vincent was then "out of the office" but contacted us on Easter before we gave money down. It's been 2 weeks now and we ended up being told we weren't approved after WE had to call again. They said they sent back the refund a "couple days ago" on 4/27/25 but they have not. It was in my account finally yesterday 5/1/25 and then taken back out. My bank account let me know camping world cancelled the refund. At this point it's a game. I'd just like my refund and to be done. I have now made a claim with my bank account. Every time I call there's only 1 person in and they're never available. read more

The experience started great. We were shown multiple units. The salesman was friendly and patient. We explained we wanted to look at a brand Camping World doesn't sell at another dealer. The salesman was very understanding and encouraged us to look at everything. We decided on the other brand because of the floor plan. Later that day I received a text from Camping World asking how it went at the other dealer. I thanked them for their help but explained we decided on the other trailer. That's when things went downhill. First, they offered their trailer for $7,000 less. Um... why not start with your best price? When I declined again the salesman started sending me snarky texts disparaging the trailer I chose! He was implying I was stupid for picking the one I did. Then he sent a video full of conspiracy theories about the brand that can easily be verified as garbage. Dude! You lost the sale. Be a man about it and move on. read more

If I could put negative stars, I would I called and called this place. No one answered they stole my drone. I was flying it over their camping world area and I asked the workers that that was my drone and they said no we're not giving it back to you. I clearly had the controller, but they just took it away and went inside from outside the lot. I called and called the phone number so I can talk to a manager just to get my drone and all they did was put me on hold. I actually waited for 45 minutes and then I called and I called again and they just kept putting me on hold and eventually they just stopped answering my calls. Those guys also are under the influence while working because they don't even sell anything. They probably sell one RV in three months if that they're getting paid commission in the salesman and the people that cleans the RV outside are really bad at their jobs you guys should come in and see how I'm talking about, definitely not recommended. read more
