    All the fees that CW adds on...........salesman only removed the "starter pkg". I got up and walked out.

    Their website sticker price was $10999. Their website does not mention these fees shown in photo. Salesman would only remove the $500 "starter kit". I got up and left.

    I didn't buy a camper here and I didn't have one serviced. Instead, this was a stop to use their FREE dump site. Yes, FREE! Easily accessible though in the middle of the parking lot that makes it a little harder to find. Dump, flush hose and potable water. Free! [Review 18944 overall - 1562 in Florida - 2468 of 2022.]

    I talked to an attorney because I was getting no satisfaction from camping world I talked to their customer service in Colorado. I talked to their VP at corporate office and since I've contacted an attorney they will no longer talk to me. I cannot get the condition or status of my RV so I guess I will have to go make a trip to their business tomorrow please please please if you're considered buying an RV go someplace else if you're on your way there now run Run far away fast. Like I said I purchased this RV June 14, 2024. I had it in my possession for maybe two weeks other than that it has been at camping world waiting for repairs to be done and not only are they not getting them done when they say it's ready, but they have done additional damage to my RV. I'm a 100% disabled vet and I deserve better treatment than this. Everyone deserves better treatment than this. seems this is the way camping world treats people because they wouldn't have the money to get an attorney in order to get their RV taken care of. Sorry I don't have better pictures. All the pictures I have are of the inspection that I had done by an outside company. I will see what I can do to get those and add them to this post.

I explained that I was a complete newbie, that I had a 5w rod/reel combo and that I was fishing a small pond generally. I asked him to select some flies for me based on the information that I gave him since I didn't know the first thing about selecting flies. He gave me six flies, a box and recommend some extra line. I bought it all at a cost of well over $100. The next day I was told by an experienced fly fisherman that the flies I bought were much to big for my size line. I had no idea. So I wrote to Harry's and explained that I was given the wrong size flies. No one answered my email. Today I went back to Harry's to return the products that I had purchased a few days earlier. (I live over an hour from the store) I asked the same salesperson for a refund. He refused, stating that "It would be too hard to look up." Bottom line, even though I gave the salesperson exactly the information necessary, I was offered and bought over $100 in supplies that I can not possibly use. When I told this to the salesperson today, he just shrugged his shoulders. There is no doubt that I was taken advantage of because I am new to the sport of fly fishing. Vendors like these are predators and should be called out when they do things like this that hurt hard working people who don't have money to throw away. BTW: I am a veteran of the USAF.

    I had a very frustrating experience trying to pick up a firearm order at Bass Pro Shops. I recently…read moremoved, and my driver's license still shows my old address. I brought my valid government-issued photo ID along with my current vehicle registration showing my updated physical address. Bass Pro's own pickup instructions say that if the address on your photo ID does not match your current residential address, you may be required to provide a second form of government-issued documentation with your current physical address, such as a vehicle registration, voter ID card, concealed carry permit, hunting license, etc. That is exactly what I brought. My driver's license was my photo ID, and my vehicle registration was the supplemental proof of current address. However, the employee/manager still turned me away and acted like I was trying to use the registration as a photo ID, which was not the case. To make it even more frustrating, I contacted several other local firearm shops afterward, and they all said that a valid driver's license plus current vehicle registration is acceptable for this situation. So it appears this was either a misunderstanding by the store or an overly restrictive store decision that was not clearly explained. I understand firearm sales require strict compliance, and I respect that. But customers should not be turned away when they bring the exact type of documentation Bass Pro's own instructions say may be used. The process was confusing, poorly handled, and wasted my time. Very disappointing experience.

Called on Monday morning - spoke to Craig in sales - no sugarcoat, just a description of unit and what it needed to be perfect, which I had gleaned from photos and mainly involved detailing paint due previous owner did not know what wax was - made appointment to see on Weds as coming from out of state - had a 1 way rental car and was fully prepared to make it 2 way if unit or dealer did not match expectations. Arrived as planned, Craig was there and we viewed unit - just as described regarding cosmetic issues and it was completing pre delivery prep with service where they were going through everything per Operations Manager Mike, who ably answered a slew of technical questions. As part of their process the unit had a complete checkout of every system with subsequent repair of findings that included roof seals redone, an oil change, etc. which saved me from doing later along with a new propane tank precautionary. Went to talk with Mike the finance guy and completed transaction to purchase - he explained warranty contract options in a low key manner along with other things along a "keeping the customer informed" vs a pressure sales tactic which was appreciated. Worked with Travis over the phone in a Michigan office to set up insurance which beat my USAA add on to existing policy, utilizing not only that discount, but a bulk dealer rate - easy and again low key approach. Spent a good amount of time with Brent who went over every system on the coach, ensuring I was comfortable and understood functionality. Finished all that up with transaction completed, unit sitting outside when Brent came up and asked if it was OK to delay my departure 45 minutes as they wanted to change the roof air conditioning unit as it did not seem to be cooling 100 percent - keep in mind that we had been in/out of the coach a dozen times with outside temp in the 90's and the transaction was completed - service tech subsequently installed a brand new roof unit. Yes this is a long review which didn't even cover everything, but my experience as a customer was outstanding. Every General RV Center employee I encountered from the front desk staff all the way through to management were personable and proficient. The company clearly exceeded my expectations purchasing a pre owned unit, doing things they didn't have to, which reflected integrity throughout. My 400 mile drive back home was serene, with the value of my purchase crystal clear due to the transparent pricing and their prep work - a 6 year old motor coach with 7800 miles (not even broken in) at the lowest price in the country for that particular model. So if you are looking at General RV reviews, of which there are some negative doozies, please know that this former FedEx Aircraft Maintenance Managing Director, found the Fort Pierce FL location to be extremely well run and would definitely look to do business with in the future!
