If you haven't trusted them with your RV needs, you are truly missing out. On Friday, July 3rd, my wife and I were on the highway towing our Black Series HQ21. Suddenly, the travel trailer started to violently sway back and forth so much that it crossed into other lanes. My heart was racing as I finally gained control, pulled off at the next exit, and drove straight to Vogt RV Super Center. I was visibly shaking from the ordeal when I explained the situation to Sara K and Lindsey, with two technicians, Greg and Juan, listening in. I told them our trailer had never done anything like this before. Without even asking me to set up an appointment, Sara K spoke to Greg, and they immediately walked out to my trailer. Within 15 minutes, they had made their assessment, brought out their tools, and got straight to work. I couldn't believe my eyes: Sara K and Greg were on their backs on the scorching asphalt--it was over 90 degrees outside--fixing the problem while Juan assisted. Another 15 to 20 minutes later, everything was completely fixed. Because of their incredible dedication and quick action, my wife and I were able to safely complete our journey to our property in Oklahoma. I want to send a heartfelt THANK YOU to Sara K, Greg, Lindsey, and Juan for providing a great customer experience. There was no charge for the repair. This level of care reflects directly on the fantastic leadership and vision of the two service managers, Cliff and Steven. It's really frustrating as a woman brining your vehicle in to be fixed and feeling like you are being over charged because you don't know what you don't know. This has happened so many times. I was quoted 445.00 but it turned out it really cost 823.00. Yeah, a pretty big difference. The details are important. Turned out I needed 2 parts since I have 2 a/c units. Oh! maybe you should make sure I understand that or at least let me decide if I want BOTH a/c units upgraded. Seems like you were trying to pull a fast one! Every other shop we called was either unable or completely unwilling to help us. The Communication: Cliff was a lifesaver. He stayed in constant contact with us during our drive and managed to fit us into their packed schedule. It's completely obvious why they are so busy--they actually care about their customers and go the extra mile. On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. After he left it was still not working. This is during 20 degree temperatures.She called and texted him for a week and he never returned her calls or text finally my husband called and he called her back the same day and came out and told her he needed more parts and would be back. He never came back a couple days later he called her and told her she needed a new heater which for a dented one would be $700. We called Cody with Rodgers Mobile Rv service and he came out the next day prompt and on time and fixed the issue Jamie had created and her heater worked just fine. We picked up our RV and left on a trip only to find out that the gas water heater was fixed and that now the electric water heater is now gas. So we notified coach specialist and they said to bring it in when we get into town so we did 2 weeks later. When we brought it in they made us sign a diagnosis fee for their mess up which they were having an hard time figuring out. Anyway when they called us to pick up they charged me another bill $560.00 for their mess up. My electric was fine and I had to pay them to fix their error. I will not recommend this place. No call from the GM no apology for the inconvenience just a bill.

I called Jay who was recommended by the staff at the park where we were staying, fully expecting to leave a voicemail since it was Saturday. But Jay picked up and I explained our issue. He promised to have a tech at our rig that afternoon. Our electrical problem turned out to be difficult to diagnose but Jay and his crew were persistent. It took a couple of days to find the problem and make the repair but in the end, they got the job done! They are busy and spread a little thin, so it helps to be patient. In our travels we've been fortunate enough to find a handful of good mobile RV techs around the country and RV Tech Mobile Services ranks high on our list. Tech stated that an estimate would be forwarded for review. After a week, I called Jay for a status of the estimate, I was informed, that it would be a few more days. It has now exceeded 6 weeks w/o my estimate. The owner states this is a Veteran owned business. I would not do this to another Veteran.
