    The RV we purchased

    This place was AWESOME !! We drove in from Waco, Texas to purchase a travel trailer. Worked with Michael M. And Ms. Stephanie Tan. They had the camper & all the paperwork ready when we arrived. We arrived late. They stayed after hours to make sure everything was right. A most excellent experience. The camper was ready, clean , and filled up with propane ,plugged in for us to view and ready to go. Also, they let us spend the night on their lot and let us plug into their electricity because there was some kind of convention in town and all the RV sites and all the hotels were either full, or charging three times the normal rate. I can't say enough good things about Micheal and Stephanie . If you're looking for a high-quality, excellently maintained RV, this is your spot. Thanks again guys.

    I am still in shock after how I was treated by a parts department lady today! No greeting! No, Can I help You?! No eye contact! She marched off to another parts employee, not indicating whether I should follow her or not. Her customer service skills are abysmal or non-existent! If I were her supervisor, she would be looking for employment elsewhere! What do think the chances are of me, my family, and friends returning here for anything? Have they thought about changing their name to Curmudgeon World?

    The installers for the air were fantastic. The manager of the store is the worst manager I have ever experienced in my 40 years of Rv'ing.

    nice place, no pressure, honest people, but still sellsmen. Brandon was nice and showed us a lot trailers that were in our price range.

    Beautiful NEW location @ Spectrum Mall!…read more Recommend: Absolutely. FINALLY SW Tucson got some love!! Long overdue 'outdoor sports' store with everything 'hunting/fishing/camping' and more. Very wide aisles, very brightly lit, extremely clean and stocked. Cameras were hanging literally ALL over the store's ceilings and super friendly staff were abound everywhere. Pros: Can find numerous outdoor/camping/fishing/firearms items galore. Not yet available, but was informed would be online 'soon', and that you can shortly come in to sell used firearms; or for trade-ins! Nice! Live bait is available, gun primers are back in stock, generators and a hefty line of Lodge Cast Iron. Additionally, though you have to look, you can find some very nice price fishing rods amongst the extremely high priced ones. My favorite thing here was the local fishing condition kiosk you could walk up to and digitally see what's going on in the area. Cons: Minus approximately TWO things I found throughout the store (one being a brand of .22LR ammo and some patriotic T-shirts, there really are no 'deals' or holiday sales going on. In fact, prices are not below average online retail at this point; hope that changes. *Cons: Gun prices, including USED guns are not valued correctly here. Prices are just not sales encouraging at this point though guns have certainly held their value recently. *Cons: Additionally, I was shocked to find that there was an EXTREMELY limited amount of 9mm ammo and absolutely zero bulk ammo available. Not a good way to start off a store. The sheer need and current national stock having NO issues at this point was sloppy not to have that as a selling point to bring in peeps with their families. The store mutually was practically absent of reloading items which I hope changes because this clearly, is a hot market in retail across this nation and to 'not' stock it was an entirely other missed opportunity that smaller stores are raking in on. I feel these points were a sorely missed set of ideals for opening this store, especially when you consider these are HOT items in the Tucson area. Overall, very nice store and I hope it becomes a main-stay for the area. While hunting isn't specifically big in this area, all things ammunition, reloading, guns and fishing ARE. Local and District Managers; take note.

One cashier and I've been now waiting for 15 minutes. I'm waiting on a manager and they look at me like I'm crazy. I'm #2 in the Que for the manager. I'll just walk out. Do not go to this store!!

Broadway store shopping for a few items…read more I was in the shoe department browsing for some court sneakers and was pleasantly surprised when Jorge, a sales associate, asked if he could be of assistance. I let him know what I was looking for and he took the time to show me and explain what they had in inventory. I was grateful that a store representative actually asked if I needed help instead of trying to hunt someone down to help me. I moved onto other areas of the store trying to find a head visor. I must have looked like I needed help as another store associate, Luis, asked if he could assist me with finding something. He guided me to the golf area and located some visors, but also brought in that department's associate, Jane, to see if there might be more in stock elsewhere. The reason I am being so detailed about my experience at Dick's today is that I can't remember being helped like this in a store, well I guess, in quite a long time. I appreciate what Dick's is instilling in their employees. That customer service does matter. I appreciate how well I was treated today and will remain a loyal customer.     I love checking out the clothes at Dicks Sporting goods. This place reminds me of a big five…read moresporting goods. I spent a long time looking at the workout clothes because that's what interests me a great deal. My husband decided to buy HOKA Bondi 9 shoes for work. Sadly, they didn't really work out for him and I came today to return them. The customer service is so friendly and fast. And when we bought stuff a few days ago we had to we were helped quickly. I was in the store about 30 minutes this morning and nobody came up to ask me if I needed any help or if I had any questions. Been interested in getting some pants for my husband, but I just didn't see what I wanted on the display. The store was clean and I'd be willing to go back again. They have disc golf supplies and discs and that's pretty cool.

    I ordered some equipment online. Your website says "order now (3 PM) and receive by 8 PM". At 7:30…read morePM, Doordash still had not picked up the order for delivery. I called the store. Talked with three different managers. I said I want my $10 delivery fee plus $5 tip refunded. All refused. Said delivery fee goes to Doordash. I was told I could cancel order and drive to store. If I could drive, I wouldn't have paid $15 for same day delivery. I was told I could cancel order and have it shipped to me. If I wanted to wait 3 days for delivery, I would have ordered the equipment for less on Amazon. One manager started talking without listening to me, told me there are a lot of scam websites, I probably got scammed, and that I was talking over him. I informed him that he was talking over me, I didn't order from a scam website, and that one of the managers confirmed my order was ready for Doordash to pick up. Another manager told me she's not responsible for what's on the website, and was unwilling to agree to suggest to higher management that they take the false advertising about same day delivery off their website. She said I should complain to Doordash. I said I have no contract with Doordash, Dick's does, and Dick's should take responsibility for Doordash failing to fulfill the contract on the website. She said it was probably in the fine print somewhere that Dick's isn't responsible for Doordash's service, or lack thereof. I received my delivery at 1:30 PM the following day, 17.5 hours after it was promised. Your company engages in deceptive marketing, and your managers are untrained in customer relations.
