We had sod replaced by this company. Not enough prep was done to properly install new sod and we discussed these steps extensively. We were told to water three times a day and we did but had massive areas fiend and weeds growing up through new sod. I asked him to replace all of it which surprisingly he did but in my opinion they are not qualified to do this work properly. I am a general contractor and asked may questions and discussed options as I wanted to be on same page. I said numerous times if you need to charge more do so. In the end they replaced all of it and removed dirt to make the existing sprinklers work but it took lots of effort on my part to get them to do it right. I also had someone come in after and roll edges to get rid of gaps and dead spots on short edges of rolls of sod. I'd suggest you ask to see something he just did. I will say he did see it through. Crews were friendly but left messes for sure. read more

I found Carlos on yelp and I am so glad I did because he has completely transformed my backyard. First he added a sprinkler system and sod and then he cut down trees including my neighbors because it was dropping leaves in my backyard, added black and red bark, planted 10 small trees and 7 bushes. All of this for a very reasonable price. While he was here doing the work he also bought the parts and changed my rusted hot and cold water faucets for my washing machine. Those guys came out and did an okay job and offered to trim my tree. They did a half ass job cutting my tree claiming the chainsaw broke and he had to get home to his wife. He was available the next day, but I chose to have my trees trimmed a week after meeting him. Price was reasonable for trimming 3 trees. The Campos team did an awesome job with our palm tree by trimming the leaves, skinning & smoothening the trunk. It turned out really good and clean! They trimmed 2 other trees that are hanging over our side fences. The Campos team cleaned up their mess and even put our rope lights on the palm tree for us. The job was faster than expected! I contacted Carlos to help us with the heavy-lifting part of landscaping our back and side yards. We had a old/broken sprinkler system that needed to be completely redone, and wanted to cost out laying sod versus seeding in a yard that was all dirt. Carlos got back to me right away after contacting him, and was great about communication through the whole process! He came out and took a look at the space and was able to quote for us on the spot for the work. We had him quote us on Tuesday and he was able to start the work on Friday. His prices were very reasonable and so we decided to go for the sod and have the yard completely finished. He did a great, professional job installing the sprinkler system over the back and side yards, and ending up giving us three zones of coverage. Once the sprinklers were done he leveled the yard in prepping for sod, which was something we'd tried to do on our own but he did much better! The sod was laid out on Monday, and Carlos walked us through working the new sprinkler system before finishing up the work. Through the whole 3-4 day process Carlos was great at texting/calling and letting me know when he'd be at the house, when sod would be delivered, etc. The work itself was very professional and looks great, totally polished and complete. I WOULD OF GAVE ZERO STARS IF YELP ALLOWED ME TO. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AS THEY ARE THE TRUTH! I hired Carlos to mow my lawn once a week. I have a small patch of grass that takes no more than 15 minutes to mow. I did not think this would be a big deal, however apparently it was a HUGE job for Carlos as we had a set day every week and Carlos would never show. When I would call him he would blame it on his "new workers". For two months straight, every week I had to call Carlos due to his workers not showing up to mow my lawn. Silly me for trying to give the guy a chance, I should of fired him long before the two weeks. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE!!!!!!! save yourself the headache, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. read more
