Quite possibly the most bullshit place you could ever deal with. Working for these people and actually trying to lease through them is going to be thie biggest mistake of your life. He likes to think it is ok to call you at 7am because he can't find a key or because his head is so far up his ass, he has no idea what to do except bitch and moan. If you want to work for a child, by all means, come on in here!!!!! In the leasing aspect (considering I had inside access to all bookwork) say good bye to your deposit. You will get random made up charges because he is a poor piece of shit who obviously can't afford anything anymore since his whore wife took everything from him. Also, don't give a pet deposit, he will only accept it in cash form and then use it as pocket change. Don't ever expect maintenance to be taken care of in an emergency situation. He could care less and will push the work off onto someone else who is too busy cleaning his other messes up. Don't ever try and set up a meeting with him once you have already moved in, he will run in the back like a little bitch and hide from you and tell his coworker to go out and tell you how great of a guy he really is. The only time you will get any respect from this dickhole is when you are looking for an apartment. Don't waste your time. I wasted too much of my time and my energy trying to make this job easy and leaving here was the best thing I had ever done and now I am actually making so much more money and in an actual REAL JOB that deals with REAL grown up adults and actual real estate. All the owners are assholes and he is a fraud and will very soon be getting his business shut down considering he has been reported to the BBB and the IRS before I started typing this. Beware Owners, Renters and Vendors: Nick the *&^^@ has the worst reputation of ALL the leasing companies around the campus. His attention span is the size of a pencil eraser. Word is, he is not paying outside agents or even his OWN agents their due commissions. That's probably why they quite duh! He deposits checks then puts the monies in his own account (NOT A COMPANY) account and lies by telling them he has no money? That doesn't sound right... can you say COMINGLING. He keeps the deposits after you have moved out and waits to see if you will contest... that's right waits to see if you call and complain about the cleaning fee's and admin fee's that he up charges... then if your parent threatens to sue, Nick tries to settle on less then what is due, like he did me.. That didn't work my dad was all up in his business, which is suffering financially by the way? Nick went on and on about how he is so broke; he takes monies collect from rents on the first so vendors get paid and his own expenses, including salaries for the worst, laziest staff I have ever met. If you are the lucky one that did get good service. It's just that - YOU WHERE THE LUCKY ONE out of every hundred that walk in that office. Owners beware. How do you get your property leased when commissions aren't being paid to agents? Does he even pay owners their money? And what's this I hear about an up charge to owners on all repairs and maintenance work? Renters... why, oh why would you do put yourself in the hands of someone who thinks nothing about your or anyone else's best interest. The complex that I am living at has been experiencing many many problems. The management has been rude, and downright unprofessional when it comes to customer service. They often lie about when they will be addressing your issue. An example was a month ago, when the entire complex, not just my unit, but the entire complex, was out of hot water for a week and a half. They just left notes everyday saying they were working on it. That is simply a failure to address the severity of the problem. This is a pattern of how they (the management, Christina and Crystal) operate. This past week, the entire complex was once again experiencing a serious issue. The AC unit was out for all units, and it is still out. The first notice that we got saying they were working on the issue was just one day ago. They say on these notices that they are trying their best, and that the situation is out of their control while they wait for the contractor to address the issue by fixing or ordering this or that part. This is just not acceptable. As management, it is ultimately their responsibility to address the issue in a timely manner. And if the contractors they have been using are not suitable, then they need to find different contractors. The AC has been broken now for nearly one entire week! Save yourself the headache by not moving into any complexes owned or operated by Campus Central Properties. Though they say they are professional and offer excellent service on their website, it's a fraud. Take it from personal experience. read more

The management here is the worst! They are slow to get things done. And what's even worse is that they lie to you! 1 month ago, the hot water for the entire complex (yes, the entire complex) was out for a week and a half. Everyday they just posted a note saying that they were working on it. This lack of timely responsiveness is simply unacceptable. And it looks like they are at it again. The AC in the entire complex has been out for the past 5 days now, and the first notice that we ever got that they were having problems was one day ago. And it's still not fixed! I don't know how they expect people to live in these complexes without addressing basic needs such as this. If you want to save your life headache and pain, stay away from Campus & Central Properties complexes. Crystal and Christina are extremely rude. I've been working with Campus and Central for two years now. I can confidently say that within these two years I have seen a major improvement in management and organization. My roommate and I own property in West Campus and the employees have been outstanding with sending us our checks in a timely manner each month. More importantly, Campus and Central has been extremely understanding when it comes to special requests and repairs. They helped us move into a separate apartment that needed some repairs and when they were busy with the beginning of the year rush, they personally sent their own employees to fix everything that was damaged or simply too old. I should also specifically mention that their secretaries are especially friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell that they are there to help and have no trouble with working things out with customers. read more

I have used Campus & Central Properties and used to regularly be in the office to pick up packages as I lived off of the back of their building in a very well priced efficiency. I actually got to know everyone there, to some degree, after living there for a year and am blown away by the other reviews and decided to post one myself. I never had any trouble with them and always was well taken care of... I have and would definitely recommend them to friends. Dustin, the marketing manager, actually showed me my unit and leased me. He has always been extremely helpful and patient with any and all of my requests. I suggest before judging by the other reviews, that sound like angry destructive people that might not have gotten all of their money back, to call and speak with him directly and make your own mind up. read more

I was referred to Campus & Central Properties and have to admit, I was a little worried after reading some of their reviews... My friend reassured me that they were cool and I have to admit, they really made my pre-lease experience very easy. I was able to find my place after meeting my agent 2 times and found a great place in West Campus. Nick helped me out and is actually the reason that came back on here to review... He is a super nice and knowledgeable guy and I can't believe some of what I read on here. Every individual I have interfaced with at Campus & Central Properties has been extremely professional and gone out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. I purchased a condominium in West Campus January 2010. They had it leased within two weeks, even though classes had already started. Monthly rent checks and statements were mailed to me like clock work. Any service work I needed on the property was done timely, efficiently and fairly. I would never consider another property management company in Austin and based on my experience give them the hightest recommendation! read more
