I had to re‑explain the situation repeatedly, only to be told the $100 discount had been retroactively removed. I was promised a reimbursement within 3-4 days. That never happened. What followed was a cycle of complete non‑responsiveness: the "local" number always routed back to the call center, the call center couldn't reach anyone at the shop, emails to the manager went unanswered, and every attempt to get a real update resulted in the same scripted responses with zero actual action. In my experience, the lack of transparency, the unauthorized additional charge, and the inability to reach anyone who could resolve the issue reflect extremely poor customer service practices. Prospective customers should be aware of how difficult it may be to get help if anything goes wrong.
