    Medium Curry Chicken

Today at around 11:43am I experienced some of thee worst customer response to bad food ever here at Camys's. I ordered the Mac Cheese and Curry Chicken dinner. THEE WORST EVER! Dry and Mac from somewhere undeserving. Spoke with the owner very dismissive and unwilling to accommodate. Did not make a big deal cause customers were there. She on wanted to compensate with 3 patties and a drink. Never again. She Claimed they were short staffed due to the bad quality of the day. I have pics

    Curry chicken, cabbage and plantains.

Very delicious curry chicken with cabbage and rice and plantains. $17.00. they have specials each day so go on line to see when your favorite is on special. The lady there was very kind and helpful. I was able to get cabbage instead of rice. Thank you for helping me.

Great food, awesome store, and great people running the place, this is all around an awesome place dishing out super flavorful Caribbean food with tons of heart and soul put into it. The oxtail was fall off the bone tender, had great seasoning, and was paired with sweet plantains, perfectly cooked rice and beans that were full of great flavor, and the cabbage still had a little bite to it while still being very tender and a nice contrast with the rest of the meal. The jerk chicken patty was amazing, savory and spicy filling in the perfectly baked dough, and considering the great portions they give you, it's a good price for everything. Also I definitely recommend getting a side of jerk sauce with whatever you get here, it's the best sauce! Love shopping in the market too, they have tons of great stuff to take home, definitely will be back!

This new hot spot in Lyndhurst is a must visit. I stopped in for a quick bite to eat and I was blown away by its Jamaican authenticity. They had all types of grocery items directly from Jamaica along with original Jamaican cuisine. The greeter was so nice and friendly. My food came out within 15 minutes because it's made fresh. The veggie patty was packed with flavor and so delish. The store has a beautiful mural of Bob Marley and a small eating area. I plan to come back and try more items from the menu.

It angered me and had me wondering if she was blind as I'm obviously a male. Her apology was "things happen." It was only three shoppers scanning and she spent most of her time helping another dude and seemed irritated by my raised hand w/vocal help request. It appears every food market has at least one knucklehead on board. Btw, no cashiers, self checkout only. The food choices were good and had items not seen much in the area, like the lobster balls I copped. There are lots of tables where you can eat. If I worked nearby and got an hour to grub this would be my main lunch spot. I love the ambiance of the store. Being my first time I navigated each aisle to find out where things were. The free parking is as convenient as it gets and you can push your cart out to your car, unlike Marcs.

We had just come from the Yelpies (Yelp Awards) and I was dropping her off at her apartment but then I saw this market on the way so I stopped in. I had been meaning to visit Fairfax Market for a long time now so I'm glad that I finally got to visit. FOOD -- This is a huge grocery store with lots of food and drink options to choose from, such as snacks, meats (chicken, beef, fish), bread, milk, etc. I heard that they even have cooking demonstrations too. What I bought for all under $11 -- a big bunch of bok choy, 2 small stalks of broccoli, a small Arm and Hammer brand toothpaste, bananas, and 2 packages of tea biscuits. The bok choy was delicious that just recently, in April 2026, I drove by Fairfax and almost thought of going in to buy bok choy but I had a long day and I was too tired to stop. SERVICE -- My friend and I were greeted upon walking inside by a friendly security guard. Checking-out was easy and quick. I will be back whenever I am in the area again. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 24/250 total reviews in 2026 - 865 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 13 April 2026

Who doesn't love sweets/candy?!?! Well, I met someone once who hates cake but no one is judging her…read more:) As for me, give me all the chocolate (milk not dark). Let's get into this review.... I visited for the first time on a Friday evening in early October 2024. I never knew this candy store existed so it was fun to check it out. I had just finished dinner at Pizza 216 down the street so as I was walking back to my car, I stumbled upon Rocket Fizz. My friend who was with me has been here before and said she loved the candy shop. We briefly decided to stop in to browse, mostly because I was curious and wanted to visit. All the bright colours from the outside looking inside enticed me to enter and will probably entice you too (see my attached photos). SWEETS GALORE -- If you enjoy sweets/candy then this is your sugar heaven! You'll find all sorts of chocolate, soft drinks (soda/pop), chips, gum, etc. They sell many drinks and chips from Asia that have unique flavours (something you may find in Japan or Korea) so I thought that was cool. I saw plenty of bubble tea drinks and traditional soft drinks such as Coke and orange flavoured drinks. I only browsed for about 5 minutes with my friend but I ended up buying some taffy's (chewy sweets) which cost 15 cents each. Most of their chocolate bars were an average cost of $6+ for a small size. I also bought a "Hubba Bubba" (bubblegum) that is shaped as tape so it's called Bubble Tape. If you have kids or a niece and nephew, bring them here as they will love it even though your dentist might not. I had fun browsing and while I wanted to buy a unique sweet/candy item, I just did not feel like spending too much money right then. The two store associates working that evening were friendly and answered all my questions. I'll certainly be back as I'm a sweet tooth. **** GOAL of 150 reviews in 2024 - 128/150 total reviews in 2024 - 777 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 9 December 2024

It's one of my least favorite locations, I seldom stop here. AMBIANCE: Your typical ALDI experience and layout. A lot of shelves are disorganized or actively being restocked. It's a constant work in progress. INVENTORY: Seasonally, you can find a lot of fun holiday merch. There is extensive Christmas inventory all marked down. You can find New Year Eve party box with decor and cheesy must-have hats, crowns. I certainly purchased one, gotta have it or else is it even a holiday?! AOS (Aisle of Stuff) is a must stroll for random finds bringing you all the joy. You can find 2026 calendars. You can find cat advent calendars. You can find Lego-like knock-offs for gifting. You can also find discounted books! For instance, Crash by the trending Freida McFadden is an option here but sold out at other ALDI stores. It's a very thrilling read! Mundane inventory is lacking big time. I was shopping for NYE charcuterie and the options were scarce. There were much less cheese options than at other AlDI locations. Lunch meat really looked questionable. Some salami pieces were brownish. I couldn't figure out if it was frostbite or spoilage. In any case, this inventory shouldn't be on the sales floor. Overall, I found one thing I was looking for, and settled several times. I plan to go to other ALDI stores. SERVICE: Service here is never especially good. During my last visit I was barricaded in the aisles twice by employees. Once the employee was stocking AOS, blocked me from browsing the shelves. Second time I was trapped in the pasta aisle as the employee had a passionate discussion with the customer. These instances were annoying after a long day. ENTRANCE: The store is accessible from Euclid and Carnegie Avenues. The entrance from Euclid Avenue may require a U-turn (not permitted). The entrance from Carnegie is a little sketchy and is often obstructed by the delivery vehicles. I find both inconvenient. The parking lot and entry are quite sketchy in the evening. Overall, this store is good if your shopping list is simple and you live in the area. If you're looking for something in particular or want product variety, this is not the place. After my most recent visit, I will visit other locations before NYE to get everything I want.

This Aldi was my go-to grocery spot back when I used to live in Cleveland. It did require having a…read morecar because it's kind of just in the middle of Euclid avenue and the public transport in Cleveland is poor at best, so I only started shopping here after I bought a car in 2020. All this said: The prices here were the best of any grocery store that I found in the city. The quality of the produce was actually fantastic too, even better than some of the other stores closer to me (including Dave's market, which is a nice local grocery spot!). They had a great selection of seasonal things too both including produce (e.g. some of the most delicious cherries, grapes, peaches, and plums I've had), as well as snacks in general (e.g. well priced Halloumi cheese, omg!!! and smoked salmon, chips, cookies, etc.). I could almost always get 100% of what I needed at Aldi, so I would really only use other stores if there was something very specific I needed, or just for convenience. Really the only other store in Cleveland that I thought surpassed Aldi re: quality was Heinen's (the downtown location), but they had much higher prices too. Overall really miss Aldi -- now that I'm back in Austin, there is an Aldi but it's way up north so it's far, thus I really never shop there now. I miss it, it's a great resource! As a side note, to those who've never been: what I'm told is that Aldi is a sister-company to Trader Joes; supposedly it was started by one of the co-founders who had a different vision for work flow. Aldi's stores have fewer overall employees (I usually see like 1-2 cashiers, and maybe 1 person or 2 on the whole grocery store floor). The checkers do check you out, but you bag up all your groceries yourself in the back of the store, they don't have store baggers. You can buy reuseable bags, or bring your own. This particular Aldi also has quarter locks to keep carts from vanishing, i.e. to get a cart, you insert a quarter to unlock the latch that connects it to the rest of the shopping carts. When you leave the store, you get a quarter back when you re-latch the cart onto the chain of other carts (incentivizes bring it back as well).s
