He has cleaned driveway of tire marks, grease and has lifted some gum like substance, but unfortunately also concrete stain, so now I will have to find someone to re-stain my driveway. I'm a new homeowner in the South Bay and had a bunch of post construction debris and dirt all over my back patio pavers. I inquired with a bunch of local businesses through Yelp. And there were a few bids slightly cheaper than Frank's. However, he explained that he also applies sealant as well during his service. I am glad I went with him, he did an amazing job. There was even a solidified, complete dry 6x6 inch area of stucco directly on a few of the pavers. Frank did a thorough job in removing the stucco and all the debris that was left over from construction. He took his time and really showed attention to detail. He was super easy to communicate with the entire time (before and during service). If I ever need power washing again, I won't use anyone else. I highly recommend!!

I will preface my remarks…read moreby saying I usually clean my own windows and as I told Jenny before she began, I am a stickler for having the windows cleaned properly. When Jenny was done, she came for payment. I was busy working at home so asked how the windows came out...she said GREAT! So, I paid her and said goodbye. A few minutes later, I went down to check the windows and was so disappointed. You see, Jenny does NOT squeegee on the outside windows, up or down. She explained that she uses some solution hooked up to a hose and that the windows would dry perfect...well, they didn't. I had to wash some of the windows again because I could not stand it. I did not call Jenny back to have her return because I've always felt a job should be done correct the first time. Sorry, I do not like posting bad reviews.
