If you are looking for an honest contractor offering a fair price, look no more! It's unusual to find an owner of a small company that still gets out and loves what he does. Ron was there from the first phone call for an estimate, to an in-person estimate, and then his personal hands-on installation work. Ron is a consummate skilled craftsman at his trade who was coaching a new assistant during our installation. He is a patient professional who visited our home several times to answer questions and refine the estimate as our thinking changed. When Ron comes and provides with you a quote the first thing you'll notice is his expertise, professionalism, and friendly manner. He will walk with you and ask your needs and wants. He'll give you his professional opinion and let you decide what works best for you. His pricing was reasonable and fair. Although Ron did not push it, I added the stainless screens on top of most gutter runs because we have lots of leaves from a Long Beach City tree and needles from our row of tall junipers. Ron is typically booked out a couple months but worth the wait. As others have said, he is busy for a reason--his service is a great value for you and your house. I strongly recommend him. I need to give major kudos to Rio Rico because of a few things: 1) no nonsense and no sales gimmicks; 2) super fast in responding to not only inquiries but getting someone out for an estimate, as well a as answering questions in between; 3) professional. We needed to get our gutters replaced after only 2 years because the original installers did such a half-assed job that the corners were leaking badly after the last batch of rain we had, and then upon checking out how bad it was while up on the roof, checked other sections from the top and found a couple roof tiles cracked/broken. Not saying the previous guys were at fault but no one else has been up there since the original install. Sylvia (front office), Martin and Abel (installers) were awesome throughout the entire experience. Pretty much took less than 2 weeks from the initial call to completion. Don't fall for installers that are too cocky and full of themselves while offering "great" prices. Highly recommend Rio Rico.

After they left, there was still visible buildup, dirt, and areas that had clearly been missed. I took photos immediately after the cleaning because I couldn't believe how much still needed to be done. When I reached out to express my concerns, I wasn't looking for an argument--I simply wanted the quality of work I paid for to be acknowledged. Instead, I was told I never requested a deep cleaning. I went back and provided screenshots showing that I did request a deep cleaning from the beginning. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, I was told that the two cleaners sent were their "best cleaners" and that there just wasn't enough time. My issue isn't with the cleaners personally--it's that if a deep cleaning couldn't be completed in the time scheduled, that should have been communicated upfront instead of leaving the job incomplete. I would have appreciated accountability and a solution rather than excuses. Based on my experience, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have cleaned my bathrooms claiming false information. That I haven't . Took them 2 hours to do 2 showers. I should have stayed and watched what was being done with the time. Respinse to company to their reply: Thank you for your response, but I do need to correct a few inaccurate statements. I never said my home had gone five years without being cleaned. I said it had not been professionally cleaned in that time, which is very different. My bathrooms and kitchen have been cleaned regularly by me. Suggesting my home went five years without being cleaned is simply not true. I also specifically requested a deep cleaning of my kitchen and two bathrooms before booking the appointment. If two cleaners could not complete that work in the scheduled time, that should have been communicated before or during the appointment--not after the service was finished and paid for. My disappointment is not that my home wasn't made perfect in two hours. It's that there were still obvious areas with visible buildup and grime left behind, as shown in the photos I uploaded immediately after the service. Those photos were taken after the cleaners left and accurately reflect the quality of the work I received. Rather than acknowledging the areas that were missed or offering a reasonable resolution, your response places the blame on my home while including statements that are not accurate. I believe future customers deserve to know both my experience and the company's response so they can make an informed decision. This response addresses the specific claim about "five years," reinforces that you requested a deep cleaning, and stays professional while highlighting the lack of accountability.

My photos speak quite clearly and loudly about the poor quality of their work. In one photo, the bottom left corner of my kitchen countertop was left with a spiderweb and dead little spiders, showing their lack of thoroughness. Another photo shows the sliding door section between my living room and patio, which I had specifically requested to be washed thoroughly, but it was clearly neglected. I was not trying to pay less per hour; I was willing to pay for a quality service. However, instead of addressing the issues and fixing the situation, they blamed their poor performance on a lack of English proficiency. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this business to anyone who is actually trying to get their house cleaned. It was a complete waste of money. Corey did an excellent job on our very dirty windows and screens. He also did a repair on a small fogged window which was a fifth of what a replacement would cost. He was prompt, worked so hard, and even cleaned transom windows without charge. Now he will be coming every 6 months, alternating inside and out with outside only. He met my husband at a house where we wanted post construction interior cleaning and the windows cleaned. He said they are no longer doing cleaning other than windows. He made no mention at this time that he was booked through the end of June. Most companies would let you know this when first contacting them. In addition to this, we referred him to a real estate agent colleague who had him clean a client's house at the beginning of the year and Eddie went crazy when they paid him the day after the job rather than the day of. All other tradespeople are fine being paid the following day in this type of situation.
