Instead, we arrived to a filthy, unprepared, and completely unacceptable environment. This place is a health hazard and should not be hosting children's events! The Shocking Issues We Faced: Trash Everywhere - Full garbage bags piled in the hall, empty pizza boxes with old food under the tables, and leftover plates and food scraps covering the party area. The place had not been cleaned at all before our event. Disgusting Restrooms - The men's restroom was completely clogged and unusable, and the women's restroom was filthy. No cleaning supplies were available, and the stench was unbearable. Inadequate Seating - Despite booking for 20 children, only two benches were provided--clearly not enough for a kids' party. Infested With Moths - and Soon, Cockroaches! - The space was filled with moths, flying around due to old food and trash left behind. If it's this bad now, imagine what it will be like in summer--completely infested with cockroaches, fleas, or even rats! I Had to Clean Myself! - I personally filled four large trash bags, swept the floors, and even had to request a trash can because none were provided. Instead of celebrating my child's birthday, I was left doing the staff's job for them. Unhealthy Air & Poor Ventilation - The air was stale and heavy, making it difficult to breathe. One of our young guests has asthma and struggled to breathe because of how stuffy and unclean the space was. The only saving grace was Victoria, the on-site staff member, who did what she could to help. But one person cannot clean an entire venue alone--management clearly does not care about cleanliness or their customers. A HEALTH HAZARD, NOT A PARTY VENUE! This place is an absolute disaster. By summer, it will be overrun with cockroaches, rodents, and filth if they don't make serious changes. DO NOT book your event here unless you want to clean up trash and deal with bugs! Despite multiple emails and messages, management has ignored me and refuses to take responsibility. This venue should NOT be hosting children's events until they fix their sanitation issues!

The club features an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a slide, a clubhouse for events, and excellent management. Additionally, it has tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, and more. Two events we particularly enjoyed were the BBQ Cook-Off and the Chili Cook-Off, both of which were very well attended. The 4th of July celebration is another awesome event. The playground adjacent to the club is also fantastic with lots of equipment for the kids to enjoy. We made many friends and neighbors at swimming team events and club socials, including the wonderful Fourth of July celebrations. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We miss it dearly but know that everyone in the area continues to enjoy it.

Back while I was in college, I would always play at the UC (at UH Campus). After I graduated, I just stopped playing because I didn't have my own table and I didn't want to fight for parking at UH without a parking permit (oh how I don't miss the parking situation). This place offers several good quality tables to use. Each section has plenty of room to play for more advanced players. Each table is sectioned off by short dividers to keep the balls in your area. It's the idea spot for games where you can't blame the table or lack of space when you lose or beat someone. When I went, I mostly saw advanced players but I'm sure there are still some novices like me that go. Also, don't be fooled by the older people that go or even the kids. Those elders and kids I saw were really good!
