One of the cleanest indoor playgrounds I've been to. The staffs are all really friendly and are constantly cleaning around you. There are also free to use antibacterial products everywhere for the parents and kids. The play area is separated into two sections where the 5 y/o and less are on the left side and the 5 and above are on the right side and seating area in the middle. I also really like that the staffs check on the kids at all times, making sure that they don't go backwards on the slide (something I see big kids do ALL the time). Another great thing about this place is that the staff will run to the kid that is crying asking if they're okay or if they're hurt. My girl was crying for losing her little sister and two staff La ran to me asking if she's okay. Thank you staff for being so assertive! $15 per kid by the hour. No outside food or drinks and all socks require a rubber grip at the bottom. Located inside the mall. Two thumbs up! Will come back again for more fun! read more

First and last time I ever bring my children here. As a parent of a child with disabilities, i would not recommend this place. My child was singled out because of her disability with a color marking on her name tag, with the excuse of it being ok for her to enter the younger play area. At first I went along with it, however later another older child was allowed in without the marking. Additionally, the staff who marked my child's name tag, said they would only allow it this one time. For it being a "child friendly" venue, it isn't, or at least only for children. without disabilities. read more

This place should be ashamed of themselves. I brought my 6-year-old nephew, who has a disability, and the staff went out of their way to single him out and exclude him. He had turned 6 literally two days ago and I kindly asked if he could walk into the 5-and-under area -- especially when there were kids far older than 5 (and even adults) inside. Instead of showing even a shred of compassion, they chose to enforce rules selectively and unfairly, targeting the one child who needed a little understanding. Let's be clear: this wasn't about "safety" or "rules" -- it was about a complete lack of empathy and basic human decency. Watching staff turn their backs on a child with a disability while letting older kids and grown adults slide was disgusting. If this is how they treat children who don't fit into their neat little boxes, then this place has no business calling itself family-friendly. Train your staff. Teach them compassion. Stop hiding behind rules you don't even enforce consistently. Families deserve better than this, and no child should be made to feel excluded and unwanted in a place meant for play. read more

I really enjoyed my time at this play place. This place is CLEAN. Yes, clean. If you're someone who visit different play places like myself, you know a clean play area is hard to come by. The staff are friendly and helpful. I know it's a hot topic but I enjoy that the 5 and under play area is regulated by staff because I don't have to worry about an older kid coming in and accidentally bumping into my kid. The snack area has good snacks that my 2 year old was excited about. My only small critique was the the uncrustable I bought was stale or dry. Once uncrustable are thawed they are only good for 24 hours so not sure if staff know this. read more

So my 5 year old begged me and my husband to bring her here for her birthday after watching Blippi. So we grabbed all her friends and headed to Candeeland! As soon as we got here we were greeted by staff and asked to sign a waiver. The line to pay was not long and the cashier even worked with us due to some of her friends parents prepaying before we got there. They had cute cubbies for the kids and parents to put their shoes and had cute little socks on sale for $3 a pair. We purchased an hour unsure how the little ones would hold up, they gave us an option to extend our play but unfortunately after all the running and playing our kids were tired after the hour! Everything was clean and safe for play, they even had a toddler area which was so cute, my 3 year old hung out there for a while before joining the older kids. Their bathrooms were also pretty clean! Which is a big plus! They had plenty of seating options for the parents and kids. They had a snack stand to get drinks and snacks, they offered popcorn chips and a few sweet options to get you going. The best part for the sports fans was they had a game going so you could watch that as your kids played for your session. Definitely enjoyed ourselves and look forward to making this a reoccurring trip for my kids! read more

Been to Riverside location which feels cleaner and well air conditioned compared to this one. However, I found the staff here more engaged as they actually are watching the kids and adults here which I completely appreciate. I do think for safety reasons they can give everyone a sticker badge and ensure it is worn. I saw a lot of people without one and no one checks to ensure the families have the right children when you leave which a standard practice for these types of places serving young children. Overall my daughter enjoyed herself and there was plenty of seating which was a great plus . A huge plus is the price - can't beat it! read more
