On Saturday, May 2, 2026 , my family and I arrived at Sky Zone and we were pleasantly impressed with the exceptional service we received from the manager William. At the Rancho Cucamonga location we were very disappointed, overall terrible from the horrible service, extremely filthy and unprofessional etc . We had an issue with our "membership" and not only did William throughly explain to us the issue , he also accommodated us with the best outcome possible. My boys ages 9 and 11 had an absolutely amazing time. The whole facility was very clean and the employees actually enforced the rules for everyone's safety unlike the other location mentioned. Again William , thank you for your exceptional service and kindness. We greatly appreciate you and the young lady who helped us as well, I believe her name is Miranda , thank you very much. My 4yr old son contracted PINK EYE after his visit on Saturday. I will be taking him to urgent care tomorrow cause his condition hasn't improved... Cleanliness is definitely not one of the main priorities at this location. This establishment is POORLY MAINTAINED.. Much of the equipment/padding is Beyond Worn and Needs REPLACEMENT.. We didn't get to enjoy most of the park because the padding was so poorly kept.. To name a few, the "Black Balance Beam" with the knock pads "gladiator style" and the floor padding at the "rock climbing"... No one was even using it cause it was for to hazardous.. My son enjoyed playing the Xbox kinetic system and the zip line. However this place needs to be REVAMPED from top to bottom!! read more

Will you kids have fun and play here? Sure. Kids can have fun anywhere honestly. Was this place worth the price? Absolutely not. This is a $20 trampoline park max, not a $32 PLUS sock price for a whooping 90 minutes. The Good: Fun floating/moving obstacle course the kids loved. Basketball court and dodgeball ring for the older kids. A section available for free jumping. A water fountain with one of those bottle refillable spouts at top (free water!). Free adult entry if not jumping. Couch seating for adults not jumping. The music playing in the background. The Bad: The price of admission. The dirty bathroom with toilet wads on the ceiling, no toilet paper in the stalls, no paper towels to dry hands (mind you we came right when they opened so honestly this should have been checked before they opened the doors to the public.) Every activity involving staff involvement was closed ( Trapeze area, etc). At one point one of the guys in the floor opened the zip line but it was for a whooping 10 minutes not even joking, then he closed it down and went to hang out with his friend by the stairs. Also, the fact that the staff consisted of 5 people: the 1 cook, the manager standing in the front with the 1 front desk clerk, and finally the 2 young men walking the main floor.....those two men specifically did not do much of anything other then hang out by the entrance stairs talking and playing in their phones. So in conclusion this place has potential but just never quite lives up to it. read more

My best friend and I became members after bringing our kids once. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and William does great in managing the place. The price on monthly membership is affordable compared to their non membership. Only issues we've had is the changing stations constantly being broken or under maintenance/repair. And sometimes the overwhelming smell of febreeze will make your head hurt. Besides those two, we can't thank this place enough and all the staff. They do a good job in keeping clean. :) read more

My son had a horrible experience here today. This place and their staff created an unsafe environment and the only option given was to leave and then come back later. They had a group of teenage boys in the dodge ball area targeting the smaller kids. When an adult asked the group to stop with the head shots because the staff decided not to supervise the area. The group decided to use abrasive language including the n word. The manager Alyssa claims the group was kicked out. Alyssa refused to provide a number to corporate to make a complaint. The staff was also using inappropriate language. Hire staff that care to keep a safe environment for kids not standing around having conversations with other staff members. I recently hosted my daughter's birthday party at Sky Zone and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We booked the Mega Package expecting a fun and comfortable event, but the facility's air conditioning was broken. It was extremely hot inside, so much so that many of the kids didn't even want to continue jumping, some developed headaches, and it honestly felt cooler outside than indoors. We weren't even allowed to use our reserved party room until the last hour, and when we finally got in, it was just as hot in there. What made this worse was the fact that the facility advertises heat safety, yet instead of addressing the issue, it felt like they just wanted us to purchase more drinks at the concession stand. Multiple staff confirmed the AC was out, but no accommodations were offered. For the price of the Mega Package, I expected much better. This was not the comfortable, safe, or enjoyable celebration we had planned for our daughter. read more

I understand that every family has different expectations, but since we've had a very good experience here, I wanted to share our side as well. Our first visit was for a birthday party, and watching a group of boys -- including my son -- having the best time running, jumping, and laughing convinced us to try the membership, especially since we live close by. Since then, we've stopped by frequently whenever we had some extra time, and it has always been an easy, low-pressure place for our son to burn energy and leave satisfied. To be honest, for a girl's birthday party with themed photos and decorations, this place might not fit the aesthetic some parents are looking for. It's nothing like Candeeland at Tyler Mall -- which is cute, colorful, and perfect for pictures. Sky Zone Riverside is different. It's wide-open, energetic, and built for kids who want to move, throw, climb, and go all out. I noticed a review saying the staff here looked very young, which is probably true -- but I personally saw that as a positive. One weekday afternoon when the place was nearly empty, I watched two staff members testing the equipment themselves -- jumping, running, and trying things out. Maybe it was partly for fun, but it also made sense to me that younger staff would relate better to how kids actually use the space and what makes it enjoyable or challenging. I appreciated that more than a perfectly staged environment that's designed only for photos. We recently moved and planned to transfer our membership to the Sky Zone near our new home. That's when we found out memberships are tied to the location you originally sign up at -- which was disappointing. We ended up canceling here and re-enrolling at the location closer to us, but because we had such genuinely good experiences at the Riverside location, I felt it was worth leaving a review before closing this chapter. Before I finish, I want to mention one of the managers -- William. I don't really remember the names of other staff I've met, but his name stuck with me. He seemed to check the balance of the space quietly -- stepping in when kids needed help and stepping back when they just needed room to play. It felt like he understood the rhythm of the kids rather than trying to control the environment too much. Nothing dramatic happened -- just consistent, thoughtful management that we noticed over time. Every family looks for different things in a play space, and that's completely okay. But for families with energetic boys (or kids who simply need movement more than decoration), this location has been a great fit for us. read more

This place is clean and I give them that but the kids are just straight up rude! There was a 4 year old walking around yelling at people to move and pushing them out of her way. Not being watched by a parent of course, even though they state that kids under 6 need to be supervised by an adult. Some older kids said to my child, who was minding her own business jumping, who let the little rat in here? To a 7 year old!! How original. We definitely won't be returning here. The staff is nice for the most part but the kids are very rude and disrespectful. My kids have had a blast here and every worker so far has been so nice. I've asked at least 20 different questions between the 3 visits I've been here and they never have been rude and always had answers for me. They all seem like they enjoy their jobs which is nice because they are surrounded by wild loud kids all day long and it truly makes the difference in your experience here. So far every time we've came it's super clean, everything works. Way better than Get Air or other trampoline parks. We ended up getting an elite membership and it's been worth the price. Our first time here was Thursday 12/5. We just dropped by not knowing it was a members only ugly sweater event. We joined so my son could jump. He just so happened to grab his ugly sweater on our way out of the house. He jumped and had so much fun. The employees up at the top watching the kids didn't seem too thrilled but the managers/staff who ran the ugly sweater contest were super nice and fun! Missing one girl (I think Amanda). This place has always been my go to when I have my nieces an nephews with me the staff is always super friendly an they keep it clean an enjoyable for the kids. Today upon arriving an signing wavers my god kids interacted with Niel as I was focusing on wavers he interacted with the kids playing rock paper scissors asking if they have been here the kids were super excited with their interaction and ready to have some fun. Niel definitely went above and beyond with making us all feel welcomed and excited I'd definitely continue to come back and highly recommend this to anyone who has kids that need to burn off some energy! read more

I had not sons party here's today and never again. The experience was terrible from the beginning when I booked the party online. After booking I had the hardest time reaching out to someone for general party questions. i was finally contacted the day before the party. The woman I spoke to had no idea what she was talking about and kept providing incorrect information. Day of the party comes and I was told they'd set up the party decorations for me, that didn't happen luckily I arrived early enough to do it on my own. After the party I was given an invoice that was $200 more than my remaining balance. There's some sort of scheme happening there. when I questioned the difference I was told it was because I was paying for the nasty pizza, jumpers socks, and drinks in addition to the party package which "only covered the jump time." They said I had more than 10 jumpers so I asked for the list of jumpers that checked into my party and there were a few kids on the list not in my party. I also pulled up a screenshot of the party package after I paid the deposit (pic attached) that shows all that extra stuff they were charging me for saying it's included in the party package price, so why was I being charged additional for it? A manager came over and took the $200 off. I think they pull that all the time and just expect ppl to pay it and not question it. Never again will I have a party here. read more

PLEASEEEE do not come to this establishment. it feels like this place violates some sort health codes because it is not kept up or sanitary. THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE. we're here for a party, and are placed in the hottest room with "fans on full blast". come in the room there's two tiny room fans for a party of 16 ish people. surprising the actual play area is cooler than the room we were in. the facility itself has no airflow or conditioning. the air is lukewarm and i can easily see someone overheating or getting sick. the amount of heat from everyone's sweaty bodies and hot breath we were nearly sick and delirious. both water fountains (the only two are near the restrooms) are broken, forcing you to buy a water bottle. they look like they haven't been maintained or even attempted to fix. all of the hand sanitizer dispensers are also all empty, in a facility like this everything is being touched and to ignore that is a safety hazard. everything in this place is ignored by the staff who when approached are friendly but when you ask them for something you end up interrupting their important convos of who talked shit on instagram. the girl "helping" our party, a young girl in a scarf, didn't help us bring in our things - we basically did our own party when all she helped with was bringing in water, which was 2/5 pints we had. she had also ignored bringing the pizza we had in the back for an hour while we were waiting for their nasty house pizza that came out first. we paid for a service and it was not provided. we were told by the manager to "feel free to help" after coming to the room and nothing being laid out by the event staff. the mother who's sons birthday we were there for was annoyed and really frustrated with how we were treated. when asked about contacting corporate, the older manager was saying that he "didn't have the number" and gave us the stores instead...boy who is gunna answer ??? they told us that the air conditioning was broken after we had talked to them, THAT IS NOT SAFE IN A FACILITY LIKE THIS. so they just decided to not give a heads up to the planner so they can scam us of our money. also crazy how when you walk to the front where the employees are the air is nice and cool... tldr: ridiculous that u pay so much for shitty service read more

Me and my girlfriend went here on 10/3/2025 and were welcomed by amazing staff, we got in pretty quickly and put our socks on and started looking around the place, there's a lot to do such as dodgeball, basketball, rock climbing, etc. all with trampolines! They also have a movement tracker where you can play games with another person. After jumping for a while, me and my girlfriend got hungry and ended up going to the food zone and got some pizza and snacks. Albert, the team member who helped us order was very nice and helped us with no hesitation. Our food came at the right temperature and helped us fuel for the next jumping session! If you come here often, I recommended getting the refillable cup to save money and get as many drinks as you want. I know new ownership and new faces come through companies every day, but whoever is calling the big shots for Sky Zone, I think his name is Greg, he's just not doing it right, and it shows. I will be cautious on coming here for leisure in the future with family or friends, and I am deeply upset. This isn't the fault of the every day workers who run the park.
