    Nice big kitchenette

Comfortable and big suite for our one night stay with our infant and goldendoodle. Everything was great during the stay! Only thing I would recommend for the hotel is to replace the shower head. After a long day hiking and driving, a nice shower is what we are looking for.

I highly recommend staying at Candlewood suites. Extremely clean as soon as I walked in the front door. The gentleman that checked me in during the afternoon was super through. He explained where things were located and times of such. I had a studio on the first floor. Which gave me easy access to the gym/laundry room. The floors, bedding , bathroom, dishes and kitchenette were of top cleanliness. I was happy to have stayed here for the week that I did. Huge plus was that the washer and dryer are FREE!! You can't beat that AT ALL. All amenities are run 24/7 .

Five stars because the price is fair for the room quality. First the good. The bed was excellent, lighting very good, plugins are plentiful, and the large frig was great. The downside is the staff are not all wearing a mask just a bandana type scarf and the hotel has a ton of canine guests. You can hear barking our first room smelled really bad. The staff was nice and let us switch rooms.

We only stayed a night but I could see why this place is mostly for extended-stay visitors. + Easy to find; good location with a supermarket and restaurant across the street + Huge parking lot + Welcoming staff + Lots of dvds, games and other appliances to borrow (Didn't go see the pool but there is one) + Huge room; spacious kitchen and bathroom +/- We had double beds but I'm sure if it was just a king it would've been better - Small tv + Big work space + Lazy Boy recliner + Free wifi All in all, a good night's rest!

    clean dispensers, nice quality

Staff is helpful, beds are comfortable, suites are clean. I really like that they offer free shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in clean dispensers. I hate those crappy little plastic bottles that are a waste of plastic and product. Nice fluffy towels.

Dogs, dogs, dogs. It's like renting in a dog kennel. The management is nonexistent and doesn't seem to care about dogs barking at all hours. They leave dogs unattended in the rooms and bark when someone is outside the room walking by. They make extra money for allowing dogs and their website says they won't allow more than two complaints about a dog barking, which is not true. Can you imagine using the furniture in a room where many dogs have laid and played. And the carpeting which they only vacuum? Wear your shoes or slippers! They offer people who complain another room, but where can they move you, out of the building probably because you can hear these dogs up and down the hallways and in the rooms. You think you are renting in an expensive hotel where you can relax in peace and quiet. Think again!

I don't know how you consider this hotel the rating that it has. The rooms look like a nursing home! Awful!

I hope they pay them well because they deserve it. *The venue was very pretty Ok, now the not-so-great, which unfortunately is a longer list... *They need better signage and lighting for nighttime events. It was hard to tell where to park and even more difficult finding the buildings in the dark. We wandered through the rocky parking lot and found a sidewalk and finally found the party. *Um, ADA compliant? Not so great. I have a lot of health issues and have difficulty walking long distances. There was no such thing as handicap parking and I would have had a very difficult time trying to use my walker. Good luck if you're in a wheelchair. *This was partially an outside event. Generally speaking, outside events in the winter have patio heaters but the only heat sources available were two small fire pits. Everyone took turns warming up by the fire but more was definitely needed. *Our invitation said there would be s'mores stations set up. I don't know if this was a mistake by the venue or the person who booked, but no s'mores were found. Boo! *Lastly, the bartender was less than friendly. Every other staff person was beyond helpful and super friendly except for the bartender. I mean, he wasn't outwardly hostile or anything but he might as well have been a robot bartender.
