I ordered the ube coffee and I ordered the kumquat sugar cane juice for my husband. The ube coffee was alright, good but tasted like a normal Vietnamese coffee that was drizzled with ube condensed milk or syrup. The coffee was very overpowering and rarely got to taste some ube no matter how much I mixed it together. The kumquat cane juice was definitely more enriched with flavors. I should've ordered the cane juice instead, next time I know what to order, but a cute little place and sweet staff. Give this place a shot if you happen to visit around here. read more

We came on Saturday afternoon and it was quite busy, but the workers were very quick at getting out our orders. We ended up getting a few drinks because my friends wanted to try a few different things. For myself, I got the watermelon sugarcane. Ive never been a sugarcane or watermelon kind of person, but the owner Vincent, recommended it and has become my go-to; it's really refreshing on a warm day. I also got the double matcha. I'd definitely get it again when I'm looking for a good morning drink. My friend got the ube coffee. She said it was a little too sweet for her, but the coffee had a good strong kick to it. They're very popular for their matcha drinks but I wanted to try their sugarcane drinks hence their name. Sugarcane is on the sweeter side and I got it delivered so I wasn't too sure if it was fresh sugarcane. You can adjust the ice level, but I like mine super icy. I got the coconut sugarcane and they had large pieces of coconut meat which is very good. I would prefer cococane because of the crush ice, smaller pieces of coconut meat, and not as sweet! read more

I visited on a Tuesday afternoon and placed my order through the kiosk. I ordered the Pandan Waffle, the Double Matcha with their house milk, and the Passion Dragon. The Passion Dragon was sweet, refreshing, and overall very enjoyable. The Double Matcha had a great flavor as well, but was a bit too sweet for my personal preference. If you prefer your drinks less sweet, I recommend lowering the sugar level. I visited again a week later and ordered it again with zero additional sugar, and it was perfect. The standout for me was the crispy pandan waffle. It came hot, crispy on the outside, and chewy on the inside. I definitely recommend eating it as soon as you get it while it's still hot. The pandan flavor was pronounced and delicious. The ambiance was chill and relaxed. There are a couple tables and chairs making it a nice spot to study or hangout for a bit. My boyfriend and I came on a Sunday and they were quite busy. we ordered the double matcha and pandan waffle and both were literally amazing. The double matcha was thick and rich. I take forever to finish my drink and the creaminess of the matcha flavor never subsided even as the ice watered everything down. The Pandan waffle was crispy on the edges and nice mochi like consistency in the inside! We did have to wait a bit for our drinks but it was well worth it! We will be back! read more

Love the location. Though parking is always tough, it's nice to be able to grab a drink while waiting in line for a banh mi at Duc Huong Sandwiches nearby. The service is pretty good too. You get acknowledged as soon as you enter regardless if they are busy or not. There are plenty of pictures for visual people such as myself. It's a cute place with just a few tables and some chairs off to the side. I've had the Corner Special drink before and it's your typical Sugarcane drink with the Asian Jell-o (you'll definitely need a spoon). There were lots of flavors of sugarcane and plenty of other teas and coffees to choose from. This time, I got the Purple Rice Avocado, which was more like a meal than anything else (must eat with spoon). If you're a sticky rice and avocado fan, this is definitely for you. Caramel Brown Sugar Boba was fire. They put little toffee bits into the drink and a thin layer of caramel sauce that has a good balance to it (not incredibly sweet) on the bottom and the boba had a good taste. Definitely going to try different menu items, I drank my so fast it was that good. Also nice clean modern decor, reminds me of cafe that will be good to study in. Came here to try their Matcha because I am starting to drink Matcha. Still relatively New to the matcha but I have gone to, Rang, Offbeat, Ca Phe Haru. Those are my experiences and what I can base it off on. I also Tried their Sugrcane in case the Matcha is not good. I went and tried the Banana Matcha because that was the one that is most popular. My Matcha was not matcha, it had little flavor, the milk somehow overpowering the Matcha itself. There's little balance to it. Banana Cream/ Top they use for this is decent. If my boys were here with me that day, they would ask why I am drinking green milk with banana drizzle. I tried out their sugarcane and was somehow disappointed. I go to the other location back in Elk Grove for it and thought, Hey Let's get this shop a try. It tastes like sugar cane and water had been mixed and served. And Yes I've had sugarcane before and it's USUALLY sweet, with a hint of grassy tone. It was almost like the cane itself was dry. But that's fine, maybe I should stick to another spot, knowing that Cane Corner is slowly losing their good quality. I know others like the drinks here,glad it works out for them. Just finished eating at Asian Pearl with my kids and decided to take a walk around the plaza when we stumbled on Cane Corner. I saw on the sign outside that they offer pandan waffles so I wanted to introduce my kids as they had never tried one. Refreshing, perfectly balanced, and never disappoints. * Avocado Purple Rice - On the sweeter side, but I actually liked it a lot. Would give it an 8/10. * Pandan Milk Tea - This one fell a little short for me compared to their Elk Grove location. I couldn't really taste the pandan flavor and it had fewer toppings than I'm used to, so about a 5/10. * Vietnamese Coffee - Strong and bold, just the way I like it. Definitely an 8/10. * Mango Bango - This was just okay. The mango flavor would pop more if they used sweeter mango, and the pieces were pretty small. Solid 6/10. All I could taste was the oil or butter they used and that's it. It was a bit disappointing. I wouldn't order a waffle here again, I think. However, their drinks were tasty. I had a Pandan milk tea, and again, it didn't have much of a pandan taste to it but it was still pretty good. I especially enjoyed their toppings they included in the drink--those little tiny bubbles and jelly bits at the bottom were a real treat! My daughter got a mango smoothie and it was blended very nicely and was not watery like some other boba places which we appreciated. She said it tasted fresh and might be one of the best smoothies she's had in a long time. My husband got a taro milk tea and said it was delicious. The reason for the low stars was because of cleanliness. I decided to study here and sat at a table facing the bathroom door. Throughout my time there, many of the workers used the bathroom, which is fine. It did throw me off that every worker that I saw using it had their aprons on when going to the bathroom. I even saw someone enter with a glove on and leave with the glove on too. At that point, I was grossed out seeing that not even the glove was taken off to use the restroom. Definitely the best sugarcane and coconut matcha i've had around Sacramento and the workers were all nice.
