Stopped by on Thursday around 1PM to try this place out. Very nice and comforting inside, includes plenty of seating areas and the decor is cute. We used the self order machine and for our two drinks it was about $20 after tip. We ordered 1 Midnight Matcha (M - $7.50 + $1.25 for boba) and 1 Uji Gold (M - $7.50). Our drinks took about 10 minutes to make after placing our order. Unfortunately, the drinks weren't the best and we didn't try it until after we left so it couldn't have been remade. I saw them sifting the matcha but we still had tons of chunks in both of our drinks and it tasted pretty watered down. For $20, I would expect it to taste a little better. Overall experience was okay, we didn't have really any interaction with the employees so I can't say much about the customer service but the aesthetic was nice and everything was clean. Ordered a medium sized coffee tiramisu with extra espresso and it came out to $10.50 after tax. This is what I received. The cup was incredibly small. When I asked, "Is this the medium?" the barista stumbled over his words and said they were "new medium cups." You can see other reviews less than a month ago, and the cups were more substantial... PSA: Go to the other Vinhouse! This one's customer service and quality of drinks puts a damper on the brand. I am a fan of Vinhouse, they make great quality drinks and the matcha looks high quality with the color and taste. However, this location has left a sour taste in my mouth. I told them specifically that I have a severe dairy allergy and wanted a Matcha Blush with no creamer, no condensed milk and oat milk. They ended up making the drink with creamer on top. When i informed them, they remade it but put soy milk instead of oat milk and a ton of ice so there wasn't much drink in it, and no real strawberry bits at the bottom! For a drink as pricey as $8.50 and with prefacing my clear needs to them during the ordering process, this experience was unsatisfactory for me. The quality of drink was subpar and it made my allergy needs feel like an inconvenience rather than a reasonable request. I understand mistakes can happen during times when the store has a lot of customers, but it wasn't even that busy when I went in! I have never had this happen at the other Vinhouse location (Gerber), where the workers are friendly and obliging and always get my drink right (with real chopped fresh strawberry pieces), no matter how busy the store gets! That location also has a larger, cleaner interior. read more

Personally, I prefer this location's drinks/service over the Gerber one. Uji Gold matcha is my go to and I always finish it within like 5 minutes lol. Midnight matcha (matcha with Oreo crumble) is a nice sweet treat. The C3 Phin Rich Milk is good too, I'll have to try the C2 Phin Milk from this location sometime (I've had the C2 from Gerber, but it was just alright). If you're able to get a comfy seat or table, it's a great study spot as well. Never had a problem with service and drinks come out pretty quick. read more

There is plenty of parking since this is a shop in a larger shopping center. They have free wifi and a couple of tables for seating. Their employee uniforms are very fitting for the ambiance and it definitely feels like a cute, upbeat, sunny coffee shop inside. They have a tablet where you can order and pay on your own but when they're not too busy they are happy to take your order. Drinks are yummy! I've been to Vinhouse prior for their coffee and their coffee is very strong. Their matcha is ok, it wouldn't be my first choice in terms of quality. If I was in a pinch, I would go here though. As for their dessert case, they have croissants and macarons plus miscellaneous items. They also have specials on the e-menu at the counter; while I saw French Fresh Cakes (like Pate Bread Stick and Plain Croffle), the guy at the counter said they were all out on my recent visit. I wanted a traditional drip coffee with sweetened condensed milk but the guy at the counter keyed in my order as C2 Phin Milk (drip coffee with whole milk, $6.50). So, I didn't get what I asked for but I did really enjoy it and it was nicely sweetened. I also ordered an espresso cheese milk ($7.50)and Hanoi egg coffee ($8.50). While the menu offers hot or cold, all my drinks were iced. The guy at the counter didn't ask which I wanted nor did he specify that they would be iced. This wasn't a problem for me but it could be if one weren't aware. (At the big chain coffee places, the default is hot not iced). Overall, it was an okay experience. The drinks themselves were great.
