I never received a call back or got even asked for interview but somehow I see new faces monthly. The place I see hires old Caucasian males n nice Caucasian ladies that have been very nice but as of last week the manager was upset I park in open online order parking spot early Sunday morning. Mind u I come 3 times a week to wash adult dogs & newborn puppies cause I live in a ranch area. I'm always respectful n my time is limited. I told her I understood n washed 2 puppies as I had to leave to take care of other matters. I come back 2 days ago n everything was good no manager but today when I was the only one washing 2 puppies n noticed the ones I just washed the other day had many fleas so I took my times getting rid of em not washing em but when I went outside put em in my vehicle came back to pay for 2 pupps n a green turf. The new lady I never seen before already charged me for 7 pupps n she never once came into the pet wash. So I know there was talk already amongst workers as I left the pet wash the manager never knew how many pupps I had since she wasn't inside either. So the other workers told her etc even though wasn't physically seen but 2 pups. The lady at the register called for a manager after I told her it's wrong and I barely put my dogs in. It's hot outside instead of hurrying up even though I have the AC on. The manager explained to me that she has told me this before when she clearly has not, and I know she was upset from when I told her about moving my vehicle from last time from the parking space that she really had the audacity to lie and say there was other people this morning waiting for them to wash the dogs when there's another open washer and I was not clearly in the way and I actually cleaned up more better than the workers or whoever was last to use both sides, cause that I don't want no infections bacterial or virus, etc. while I'm washed before I put my pets in any place that has been used by other animals or equipment before and after I leave area spotless then other clients and workers. I told her that is false as I was the only one in the whole entire morning, washing my pupps and nobody was waiting outside at all. The workers are very nice, but the place needs a new hiring manager and a bit diversity of those that are actually applying. I know it can't just be all Caucasian workers n one Hispanic working only a few hours. Either switch out the manager with one of the workers experience that actually likes coming to work. And does a great job always being with a smile and happy to help as opposed to one that looks like the manager acts like it's her first month on the job and hires only people she is related or well knows outside of work. Other than that, I appreciate the workers always show me caring compassion and love and understanding every time I've been going there for the past half year thank you. I know you're management does not reflect your word that it does not go on unnoticed.

Unfortunately, I'm quite disappointed with the quality of grooming provided, especially considering the $150 price tag for a standard groom. I've tried two different groomers, and both have had limited English skills, which has led to communication issues. One groomer completed the grooming in just about 20 minutes, resulting in an uneven haircut that was far from satisfactory. It seems like they always leave something undone--whether it's trimming nails or expressing anal glands, both of which should be standard services included in the price. It's concerning that the appointments feel rushed, raising the question: how can a thorough grooming be done in such a short amount of time? I've attached a picture from my dog's most recent grooming appointment, highlighting the unevenness of her coat. I had high hopes for this service, but I believe there's a significant need for improvement in both the quality of grooming and attention to detail. Sadly, I can't recommend art Pet Grooming for the Central Valley at this time. Edited in response to the owners commentary below: we've had our dog groomed several times. The above review is the final straw and a summary of the experience with multiple groomers through Art Pet. Not specific for Bea. She was a nice person. The haircut was done by her. The previous groomers and Bea have asked my husband to come to the van told hold Teddy during aspects of the grooming when requested. The image is of careless grooming. Not as a result of safety concerns. In fact, yesterday, my husband held Teddy while she trimmed his nails. Thank you for offering a refund in your emailed response . We decline the refund. The "business" itself looks like a dirty apartment where someone is living--there was a motorcycle in the living room, a gaming setup, and cat hair everywhere. It sends a very mixed message when a grooming business is this unhygienic. I waited for two hours, only for the groomer to hand me back a cat that was still damp and hadn't been brushed or trimmed. She didn't do the nails, the sanitary trim, or the undercoat--which was the main reason I came. To make matters worse, she then sent me an invoice claiming my cat was "pretty chill." If she was so "chill," there is absolutely no excuse for why the service wasn't finished. The owner expected me to come back a week later to "finish" the job. I am not going to subject my pet to that level of stress a second time, nor do I have the time to waste on a business that can't provide a calm, professional atmosphere. Save your money and take your pets somewhere that actually prioritizes cleanliness and basic professional standards. She also dumped Dawn dish soap directly onto my cat's back without even checking for fleas first, claiming it was 'just in case.' This stripped my cat's coat and is completely unnecessary for an indoor pet. To top it off, she used a loud blow dryer without protecting my cat's sensitive ears. I could have provided a better, safer, and cleaner experience at home for free. You book online, and arrive to the designated area with your emergency light on. Once a staff member checks you in, you then get in line with your pet for their vaccinations. I've had good experiences and the staff work with you if you need to cancel or reschedule. We couldn't find the location and a staff member had called to help us. I personally like this service and I plan to continue getting my dogs vaccinations here.

They gave my dog her shots close to my car but then told me to leave my dog in the car to then go away from my car to get my cat's vaccinations. It was a distance from my car. When I went up to the area where my cat would get their shots, the staff was still not close to being ready which was good that I did not leave my dog in the car. When an elderly male employer came up to me to help me, he was dazed and confused. He was looking around in different directions as though he was trying to get things ready. He looked down at my dog and raised his voice at me that my dog needed to be in the car. I told him I could not leave my dog in the car because she would overheat in the car. He screamed at me as he was pointing at me for other stuff members to look at me and what I was doing. Finally, he told me that I could move my car closer to me. Still yelling at me. I did as he asked me to do. When I came back with my car and pets, he administered the vaccine for my cat. Then took his time going through the paperwork. Much slower than the staff has for me in the past. Then he handed the paperwork to me but refused to let it go. I asked him nicely to let the paperwork go. He wouldn't. He held the documents tighter. I had to yell at him to let it go. As I walked back to my car, he was belligerent with me as I walked away.
