    I used Yelp to get various quotes and appointment options. Art Pet mobile was the best fit. We scheduled for 11am on a Wednesday. They send you various reminders before. My only issue was that the groomer arrived at 9:30 am instead of 11 as scheduled. Without any warning he just parked outside my house. Luckily I was home. Im usually at the gym at that time. Hence the -1 star. He worked quick and left my girl looking amazing. She even smelled great and looks so much cuter and ready for the summer season. It is a bit pricey for a small/medium dog (she is a terrier mix) but after credit card fee, taxes and tip it was over $160. Ouch. But with that said the convenience and the ease of the appointment and not having to transport my dog was worth it.

    If you are looking for a mobile pet grooming service, I highly recommend Art Mobile Grooming. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clara was our groomer and was amazing with both of our pups- even Penny who is an anxious girl and selective about her people loved her.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]You can get a quote right on their website and they had appointments available within days of my inquiry.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great cuts, nails clipped well and they both were comfortable with the service which says a lot. 5

    My puppy had his first haircut with Felipe!!! he did such an impeccable job!! I have an Aussie doodle, so his fur is both straight and curly, along with a lot of puppy fuzz-- so I know this cut couldn't have been easy!! I asked for a round face, but up to his discretion in terms of length, and he executed!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I could tell my baby had such a good time too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I don't drive here in the city so having a mobile groomer was so helpful!! we can't wait to see Felipe again!!

    First time client & will book again. Carlos did such a great job with my Leia. Exactly what I asked for. My appt was originally for 3p but they had earlier time slots so I opted for that. He arrived on time & handled my fur baby well. She smells amazing & looks like a puppy again. Thank you, Carlos!

    Ear cleaning was not at the expectation that we are use to. We cleaned our dog after and there was so much excess dirt/grime. Her face was burned (see photo attached). The grooming was botchy, but the nails were also amazing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The groomer was kind and on time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Carlos was AMAZING with our Yorkie: ForestGumpTomastheTankEngine or MR GUMPS. He arrived earlier thank expected which worked out for us! The mobile van was clean and you can smell how good it was when he opened the door to present our Yorkie to us here is a before and after. I HIGHLY recommend for anyone who is too busy to go into an actual groomer when Art Pet Mobile Grooming can come to you!

    The groomer was great. The process was good. Tipped the groomer well, ask him. However, I don't know who's handling their customer service via phone and email, but plain rude and disrespectful. Also, still didn't answer my question. I chose the Master Level Grooming Service which is their best selection. It is similar to their Dog Haircut Service. Differences appear to be the therapeutic aspects and Master Level has the addition of "accessory" (see screenshot). When I emailed them I tried to gain clarification of what the two services are and asked them to educate me on their services. Furthermore, the rep advised the accessory was the bandana. However both services say "Bandana or Tie" included. I asked what is the accessory they're advertising on their website. Still doesn't clarify what the accessory is. Cause if I didn't get something I paid for, then refund me the portion that was missed. I could care less if the cost difference is because of the therapeutic aspects, but why advertise something that doesn't exist? If it's the bandana/tie, why double list it as something else? Then go on to explain different costs of fabrics. If it's a better fabric than what they give on their Dog Haircut Service, why not just say that? Why not be clear and specific in your ads listed on the website? If not that. Then show some good customer service and explain what is being misunderstood. I loved every bit of this service, our groomer (Vinicius), and company until dealing with the individual sending these emails.

I've done all sorts of things to adapt to her hind quarters weakness and partial paralysis and I'm really thankful that her groomer has done what they could to help her, too, without my having to ask. As usual, she came out looking good and smelling good -- I love that they don't use heavy perfumes and whatever they do use just leaves a nice pleasant, fresh smell. She's silky soft after every groom, and she clearly feels good about her time there since she always comes out smiling and prancing when she's done (feeling fancy, I guess). Great business and great people, friendly and helpful, super glad I found them. It doesn't hurt that they're only five minutes away from home but I'd bring Kiva here even if we had to drive a bit!

    I'm glad to hear that most people have had a good experience here (as I have had at other Lush Spaw…read morelocations in the past) but our first visit to the Santa Clara location was not a great experience and how it was handled was even worse... We took both our dogs in (German Shepherd and a schnauzer) for a bath service and de-shedding for my Shepherd, "Z". I let them know our schnauzer can be bitey with his feet/ears and to take whatever precautions necessary and that Z is pretty good, just very anxious. When I picked them up, the staff mentioned Z "freaked out" when they tried to use the blower and hurt his lip trying to bite the nozzle. I checked his face for some kind of abrasion or cut but didn't see anything. Very long story short, later that night we found he had broken one of his top canine teeth almost in half and the jagged edge was cutting his interior lip. A few rough days for Z (and us) waiting for vet appointments and $8,000.00 later, he had to get a root canal under anesthesia. I understand that accidents happen but also don't feel that Z was properly handled as they could have attempted a different method of drying/de-shedding him, rather than presumably continuing a method that stressed him out. When I first called the manager "Aqua" to bring this to her attention, she was very empathetic and professional but this manner did not continue. She said they would check the recording of his grooming to see what happened. We then played phone tag for a couple of days before she completely stopped answering my calls, texts, and voicemail attempts. This was the most disheartening part for me because even if they had responded saying everything looked fine on the recording, it still would have felt better than literally being ghosted by a "professional" business. We didn't get a call back from her until I called her from my partner's phone, whose number she didn't have. That pretty much confirmed she was purposely screening me. While speaking with my partner, Aqua sounded much more defensive while saying there was nothing concerning seen on the recording and admitting they did not complete the services paid, but ultimately gave my partner her email and the email the owner reviews to further discuss the issue. If nothing was seen on the recording, why wouldn't they have just responded with that in the first place? At least that's how it came across.. In the end, they refunded me Z's bath service (as requested) and didn't bother responding to our email. I really just wanted to advocate for my dog and hoped the management/owners would care that this happened, possibly due to their negligence, but was met with a different interaction. I truly hope they take this experience as an opportunity to further counsel their groomers on proper handling of anxious dogs. FYI - This isn't the first severe incident I've heard about occurring within their business since this happened but can't personally speak on the others.

Their website states the service takes 1 to 1.5 hours. When I dropped her off, they claimed it would take 3 hours because they were fully booked, but said they might finish earlier. I even specifically asked if they could transfer my puppy from her small travel bag into one of their larger holding cages so she'd have room to stretch during the wait. They agreed. When nobody called me with an update, I came back at 2:00 PM (three hours later). Not only had they NOT EVEN STARTED grooming my dog, but what I found was heartbreaking and infuriating. Instead of putting my puppy in the spacious cage, they stuffed her travel bag inside the cage with her still zipped up inside it. She was trapped in her travel bag for three straight hours. Because she was zipped up in the middle of a chaotic room with tons of other dogs getting groomed around her, she was completely terrified. When I walked in, she was barking non-stop and visibly stressed out out of her mind--and the staff didn't care at all. They completely ignored her distress. To make matters worse, they didn't give her a single drop of water. The moment I got her out, she drank water like she was completely dehydrated. They left a helpless puppy traumatized, neglected, and ignored for three hours while lying to my face about their timeline. This place does not care about animal welfare; it is an assembly line that treats pets like baggage. Do not trust them with your fur babies. Absolute worst experience ever
