Mark paid little attention to what I asked for, played LOUD music, did only an ok-ish job on hair and beard. I don't need any styling, just a basic trim. He also charged me $75 for the service when my other barber charges $45 and does a much better job (consistently). I thought to challenge the excessive charge but decided to be done with it, leave this review, and never go back. Go there at your own risk to hair, beard and wallet.

Wanted to treat myself for a hot towel shave for my head and face for a wedding and was a little cautious due to no other customers present. Well my fears were laid to rest because Anna did a phenomenal job. The scalp and facial massage to the hot towel was so relaxing. Walked out of there smooth as a babies bottom. I stopped and said bro I asked you not to cut this part, he said yeah but it wasn't even. I said yeah but I don't care, I specifically asked you not to touch it. And he just stared at me as if I was wrong. And probably an inch, if not more was taken off and cut way too short. My 11 year daughter got an undercut and the barber made it look even better than she expected (I def held my breath when he was using the straight razor but not even a little nick). Yes, they take a looooong time but it's because they are taking their time and doing the cut right. I was watching while we were waiting and the lines they cut are so so clean. I am almost jealous I'm not a dude cause I would always get my hair cut here. P.S. - didn't see ANY Oath-Keeper stuff in there so either it didn't exist or they've hidden it well.
