The lot is hard to maneuver in & out of, but if it's not busy it's not too bad. Sometimes I just park on the street in the paid meter spots to avoid the hassle. They have great sales on the weekend, currently on my favorite brand Dime so I like stopping by for an amazing vape. Their normal non-sale prices are good, too! Better than a couple other stores I am a regular at so combine that with the sales and you're golden. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly here, love the vibes. They almost always have a line but they are super quick about getting to everyone. Some of the friendliest staff at cannabis shops around! Love Off The Charts and I will definitely be back!

    Literally years have passed and they are still sending me 5-15 text messages per month about their…read morelatest deal. I have not spoken with them at all since 2020 and when I called the store, some of them said the texts were not really them, and other people there said oh yes, they were really from them/their promotions department. The texts come from different phone numbers in the same week so there is no way to block them. Totally scuzzy. (And obviously, texting STOP didn't work.) Either way, the texts go on for years, and if they don't try to solve this and stop the scam (if it is a scam), who will? I certainly never plan to purchase anything from Off the Charts if they can't clean this up.

    I booked a cabana online for a birthday gathering, then called the shop directly to upgrade it to a…read moredouble session -- and that change was confirmed over the phone. Three days later, I got a notification that my reservation time had been pushed out an hour with no explanation. When I called to ask what happened, I was told a manager would call me back. That call didn't come until 2pm the day before my event -- for a party I'd already invited 9 people to. The manager told me he had no idea how I'd been able to book the slot in the first place, because it had actually been reserved for a "buyout" and that I would not be able to have a cabana at all. His "solution" was to comp me a single session the next day -- half of what I had actually reserved. When I explained that I wasn't available and this wasn't an adequate fix -- I was being asked to cut my event in half and change the date, less than 24 hours out, for a party of 10 -- he hung up on me. I called back immediately and was told he was "in a meeting" and unavailable. To be clear about the sequence: I booked, I called to confirm an upgrade, that upgrade was confirmed, and only after all of that did the shop discover its own scheduling conflict. That's not a mistake I made -- it's one they made and then tried to offset by giving me less than half of what I was owed, with no real alternative, at the last possible moment, on my birthday. Good service means owning an error like that and making it right -- not quietly downgrading the customer's booking and calling it compensation. Instead I got a lopsided offer and a hang-up when I pushed back.
