We were told we could not go out on the water due to the weather, so we asked about alternative dates. They would not let us book a holiday, refused to pay back the extra money we paid for the holiday we originally booked (MDW), and refused to answer the phone before it was all over. When asked for a refund, she yelled that I would have to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back. Truly the worst service I've ever received, ever. If you book with them, just hope everything goes perfectly and I can almost guarantee you'll still walk away saying how miserable the staff is here.

The tide was low and we had to trek up to the falls and they helped us wade through the water. The entire crew was professional and safe. I did not read reviews before I went there and now I know why he had no customers. I think we dodged a bullet because a lot of reviews say he charges everyone for jet ski damage. I think he wanted to make the screaming match a physical altercation. He is old and cranky and needs to get out of working with the public.
