Recommended by my brother, and I have been back a few times in the past 2 years. They find the issues, repair and let me know what might be a problem later on and give me the option of having them fix at that time or at a later date. I had brakes fixed (fluid flushed, pad replaced, rotors replaced, and broken shock mount replaced. Prices are very reasonable, and work is done very well and quick. Here I am. Another sweltering summer with NO A/C!!! Took my trailblazer there and paid $2000.00. Yes $2000.00!!! Had to take it back several times. I just love this place. I've finally found a repair place where I don't feel like a sucker when I walk in. The people here are all friendly and no one has ever talked down to me. Repairs are fully explained before I make a decision. Not only do I know that I need a new fuel pump but I know that I need one because my type of car has a plastic part that tends to crack and here we can see exactly where the crack is and how that crack has caused this leak (for example). That level of thoroughness makes me confident when I spend my money that I'm not being taken for a ride. As far as the shop itself, the waiting area has free wifi, coffee and soda, tv, and worn but comfortable leather sofas. I don't live near Cangany's anymore but I make the drive because they're worth it. read more

One of my favorite places to do business, because I know I will be treated with honesty and fairness. I've been taking my cars to them for over a decade, and they have always fixed them right the first time, at reasonable cost. They have even done small things for me without charge, because they know I'll bring the car in for the big things. They will tell me if something is just starting to go wrong, and if I have more time before I need to get it taken care of. They are pleasant and friendly, and have a comfortable waiting room fit for all ages. If you live nearby, they will give you a ride home while they work on your vehicle. These guys have never steered me wrong and have always been honest and fair in their pricing. Quality service, done fast and right. I've had several vehicles serviced here and not once did I ever feel 'taken' like I usually do when I make the mistake of letting a dealer service my cars. They've handled a Suzuki Grand Vitara, Mercury Tracer, Mercedes SL, and Chrysler 300 for us and were wonderful at getting down to brass tacks and helping us make real decisions. Most shops just want to replace parts to get it moving again, knowing that if there are other issues they can always make money on those down the road. We have been taking our vehicles to Cangany's for years. I can't stress enough how much we trust the service advisors (both named John) and the mechanics. In fact, even though we have moved to the other side of town, we still drive back to Cangany's when we need anything more than an oil change. Recently, we took my son's truck in for some work and they fixed one issue for free because they had installed the part previously (a couple years ago). This was totally unexpected, but not unusual for the great folks at Cangany's. We also take any used car we are contemplating purchasing to them to get checked out before we buy.
