The last time I had tires installed at this place, they scratched the rims of both my husband's and my vehicles. My brand new tire installed there is kept losing air and I returned to the store they told me there was a large piece of metal in my tire, but they couldn't show it to me. I rushed back to the bay to see what they were talking about and saw the employee high-fiving the manager while I was distressed about hearing there's a large piece of metal in my tire. They explained the reason they couldn't show it to me is because they threw it away, but they couldn't find the large piece of metal now a minute or so later. I complained about the store scratching the rims hto their corporate office but the complaint went back to the store manager, who was already aware of the situation and had done nothing about it. I had to take my car to the Belle Tire in Greenfield after the E Washington store informed me that the reason my new tires were leaking air was because a piece of metal was lodged in the tire. The Greenfield store replaced the tire valve stem, which had not been replaced when I had the new tires installed at the E Washington store. This was the reason for the tire's air leakage. Also when they claim to price match every time I paid a higher out-of-pocket price and had to apply for rebates online, which they mail out six or eight weeks after my application, it's not really a time-of-service price match. Instead, it's an attempt to match the price through rebates that you have to jump through a bunch of hoops to obtain after paying the higher price upfront. That's been my experience. I've been exclusively going to Costco now, and the prices and services are significantly better. I haven't had any issues after getting tires installed on three different vehicles. When Costco offers you a manufacturer's rebate, they handle all the paperwork and provide you with the discount upfront. You can't beat that. read more

I had a scheduled appt for 9am at the location on the northeast side near Costco. I sat for an hour and a half before they took the car back for a rim change on one tire. I was told it would only take about 40 mins. I have been here since 9 am and now it is 11:44. This is ridiculous!!!! What is the point of having appts if it means nothing. If there is a slow up as things happen communicate to your customer. Simple communication goes a long way! I will never is place again and will tell others not to also! read more

Today, I got tires At Belle Tire in Brownsburg. Belle matched the price of a competitor's offer. I didn't even have to pay for labor. Still, after I left, three tires were found to be overinflated by six pounds at 37-1/2 to 38 pounds in each tire, a third by three pounds. Are the tires balanced correctly? I suspect not if they cannot get tire pressures correct, and the balancing weights are so visible on the wheel, it's ugly. See the picture. They placed them twice, removed them once, leaving glue and residual weight on the same wheel elsewhere. All four tires are weighted Visibly. Online, the weights are along the spokes. I even got a free alignment for waiting so long. Was it done correctly? I have a rim of a valve seem that is bent. This is on a tire that had the wheel replaced there. I am now at Belle on Rockville Road asking for the balancing, alignment, and valve stems to be checked. I will wait about two or 2-1/2 hours for this, I am told. At this point, I wish they hadn't matched the competitor's offer. read more

We got one new tire and they only rotated the passenger side of the Yukon. Now the front is shaking the steering wheel and they blamed it on the rear shocks leaking. Also a total scam like everyone else is saying. They said now I need all new tires when our tires are only 15,000 miles old. It's amazing how none of these issues were happening until one new tire got put on. Then I'm told the front links are too tight.. how is that possible when it's from the factory? The dealership has never said that every time we take it there for service. I don't need an apology from corporate. I need everyone to know belle tire is crap. I was the first person in line at Belle Tire for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After an hour and a half of waiting, my car still hadn't been pulled into the shop. When I went to ask about the delay, I was told there were two people ahead of me--which made absolutely no sense considering I had been the very first person there. Meanwhile, I watched multiple people who arrived well after me get their vehicles serviced and leave. The lack of organization at this location is staggering. To make matters worse, David, one of the employees, was incredibly unprofessional--by far the most unprofessional person I've dealt with in any service setting. His dismissive attitude and inability to provide any kind of clear or honest explanation was the last straw. I took my keys and left. I won't be coming back to this location, and I would strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere if they value their time and expect even a basic level of professionalism. read more

My first complaint would be the trickery involved in approving the work I was told I could make payments over a year my bill was over 1,600 for new alternator when I went to pick up my vehicle that's when I had to fill out the application for approval which I told the manager I could not afford it at the time and I didn't think I had good enough credit I may just trade the car in I said oh no it's really easy you'll get approved I was denied I didn't have $1,600 they were going to keep my vehicle until it was paid off so I came up with the money got my vehicle and two months later the serpentine belt that they had replaced snap and I lost all power to my car and had to put another $800 into it I would never ever ever recommend going there. I strongly suggest NOT going to this Belle Tire. I was there a little more than a month ago to get ONE tire. It took 4 hours. When they were finally finished, they charged me for the tire AND an oil change. I didn't even ask for an oil change! This weekend, that tire goes flat. I brought it back today thinking they'd replace it since it was so new. Nope! They refused to do anything for me except selling me another 100.00 tire. He was not sympathetic or empathetic. No apology. I took my keys and went down the street to Discount Tire, told them about my experience with Belle Tire. They scanned all of my tires and told me that they all needed to be replaced. I told him there is no way I can afford 4 new tires right now. He told me that they want me to be safe on the upcoming winter roads. They are putting all new tires for the price of one tire at Belle. I called today and was able to get in for an oil change and didn't have to wait very long. I asked Raymond if I could get a look at my undercarriage and he was able to oblige me. Belle tire in Anderson Indiana intentionally misaligned my company truck so that they could charge me for an alignment. I went to this shop for four new tires. After nearly six hours, they finally came in and said that my truck was done except for the alignment. I told them that I didn't need an alignment. They said that it was free and would only take a few minutes. They brought me some piece of paper that said it was out of alignment and need to be realigned. My fleet manager refused, so they finally returned the truck to me. When I left, I noticed that the truck was all over the road and pulled VERY hard to the left. Once I finally got home I looked under the truck and could clearly see that the alignment on the passenger side had been drastically changed. When I went back the next day they denied changing the alignment until I showed them the pictures which showed the witness marks where they had moved them. I will never return any of my vehicles to Belle Tire. I also informed our national fleet manager and he is in the process of removing them from our approved vendor list. Don't get scammed!! Belle Tire really helped me out of a bind when I needed a friendly company to have my back. I have a specialized low profile tire and a European sports car. I took it to Pep boys who treated me awful, wouldn't answer my calls, had my car for 3 days, with not 1 follow up or return call, or solution to fix my tire. They had my car 3 days and not 1 call back after 3 days and at least 10 calls. The 2 times they did answer, they said, we can't find a replacement but we're looking. I finally did the right thing and call Greg at Belle. He said I'll have you on the road asap. He wasn't lying. He was back on the road in a few hours and I work in thr field, so having a car is super important for my job. They may be the lowest price but their service is slow and no one has a sense of urgency. Appointments don't mean anything here. Their workers are filthy and they take no precautions to protect your car. I have bought several sets of tires here but no more no matter what. On several visits I have asked them to repair something and they said OK but they never do no have had to go back to get it done. read more

As a project manager who had to work while in the lobby with a 9:30 am appointment.... it is quite annoying to see your vehicle hasn't been put up in the air until noon. That's after I checked in with someone to ask about it at 10:45. I had conference calls all afternoon and I did not want to do that in the lobby with a TV and Radio going in the background. When you spend $$$ for 4 new tires and you see that there is a lobby full of people who were there before me and no one has left at noon, you have to ask what the problem is with turning cars around. There was 12 job folders to work through and I saw 2 workers with hands in their pockets talking to each other at the job board. What is the point of scheduling an appointment and planning your WORK DAY around this if they can't meeting the Service level they put out there. I am a Lean Six Sigma trained professional and I am baffled how this business keeps any customers. No one in the lobby was happy. 1 woman I talked to waited 3 hours for a plug in the tire. She was there at 8am. We will be finding a different tire vendor in the future. We have always bought from Belle, but clearly, we can find a better vendor with better service that runs their business like they want to keep their customers. read more

Just wow, took my audi a7 to get 3 new tires, they tell me i need 2 wheel bearings, i said ok, they replaced the 2 wheel bearings and 3 new tires, when i picked my car up i noticed a huge dent and scratch on my fender , after a week and a half of " reviewing " footage they tell me they didnt do it. Im telling you guys, THEY DID IT !!!! NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE , NO RESPECT OR RESPONSIBILITY TAKIN BY THE WORKERS OR THE COMPANY. I feel disrespected. And this is not over. Zero rating. I'm 1st in (no line). Two employees working front desk. They are finishing paperwork. Understandable. 3 more customers come in behind me. One employee says, we'll be right with you. Then about 3 minutes later, then the other employee says, "I'll help whose next." Like now I'm put in a situation where I have to be an authoritive person....clearly i was next. Its a single file line mind you. I explain i have a nail in my tire. She says 2 hours. I add, i bought 4 tires here about a year ago. Can i make an appointment? 2 hours is a long time? Its 1st come, 1st served. I ask, can i call to see when your not busy or could you tell me your least busy days or times? Not really....we just had 7 people come in that need something....so there is no telling. So i go just outside the door and pull on the nail to see if it leaked or not....it did. I returned 30 seconds later and (2 more people arrived) tell her....yup....its leaking....she and the other front desk man ignored me. In my mind. ...they were saying get to the back of the line. Now 5 deep added to the 2 hr quoted. Additional to all that ...when i bought 4 new tires, they said they would give a discount. They did. It was some kind of gift card (like a visa card, but totally an on-line redeemable thing). They never mentioned in was only redeemable for like 2 weeks. Then 3 months later....i was out. So you put the past misinformation with the i dont care attitude....im never going back there. I went to the tire store instead of getting a fully free tire as the nail was in the sidewall....cost me 186 bucks. I upgraded the tire. Total time? 20 minutes. read more

If you want your car serviced by a High School apprenticeship program then look no further than Belle Tire on Washington St.. Everyone has off days in life and mistakes are to be expected. Unfortunately, on separate occasions the staff at this location have shown a consistent lack of attention to detail, integrity, and competence. Facts: - Belle Tire techs forgot to tighten down the core valves on each tire, which is important in keeping air in your tires. Then the Belle Tire staff could offer no explanation why they forgot to do this on the previous service appointment almost a year ago. - Belle Tire techs have placed air in each tire at different pressures, which include one tire being as high as 49 psi while the others were in the high 30's and low 40's. (FYI - It is recommended that each tire should have been within 2 psi of each other and when it is not it could impact your vehicles handling, comfort, fuel economy and safety.) - Belle Tire techs performed an oil change on a relative's car and forgot to place the oil cap back on tight enough to prevent oil from leaking out, which was only discovered after they parked their car in their garage overnight. - Belle Tire techs will perform an inspection on other items on your car, which is not in an effort to keep you informed about your vehicle. It is a sales tactic and if this happens to you - be sure to take your vehicle to a different business (mechanic) to verify the accuracy/honesty of Belle Tire's inspection. To date performing this extra step has saved me from spending thousands of unnecessary dollars with Belle Tire on Washington St.. - When you catch Belle Tire staff in a lie or ask questions regarding their inspections they can never answer a question. It always is just what the tech saw or the tech just forgot to do it with no additional explanation. In closing, please do your own research and review other reviews to make your own informed decision about Belle Tire on Washington St. However, if you want to give your money away to fix fabricated issues or experience the uncertainty of what new condition your car will be in after it leaves their car lift then take your chances with Belle Tire on Washington St.. read more

I been having an issue with the vents not putting out any heat. They said I needed a radiator, water pump and fan. $1200! 3year warranty. I headed into work and the hose came off! I had to hav it towed and I missed 3 days work. They paid for the tow and the repairs to my car. I would highly recommend them. They were kind, and helpful. read more

Kudos to Marshall (and a colleague whose name I forgot to notice). Third visit. Belles' customer service is over the top and it's consistently so. Very clean store. Previous visit I replaced a rim at 2/3 the cost quoted at another place. First visit was a chuck-hole damaged tire replaced--they found it at one supplier and then called another to see if the tire was cheaper there. It was so they went over and got it. Today I had a leak. Found and patched for free. Time estimates have been accurate for getting the work done. Really friendly crew. Well staffed so minimal waits for help. read more

Well Dave or David what ever you want to call him. I just call him a liar! He call and told me I had to replace all four of my TPMS sensors bc one was leaking, one was stripped, and was wasn't working, and so on. I told him I dropped off the rims to have just the tires installed and he could put Regular valve stems in them. He chose to argue with me and tell me that he wasn't allowed to do that per manufacture specs. I don't even have a vehicle with those rims because I dropped off the rims. I proceeded to tell him I'm a mechanic and he can't lie to me like that. He then went ahead and said he replace all of them valve stems. When I went to pick up the tires there were three original tea PMS sensors still on the rims and only one valve stem changed so it looks to me like he lied about how bad those sensors were and how they weren't holding air. I try to ask for a rebate sheet for the tires so I can mail in a rebate which he told me there was on the tires. And then after I paid he told me oh I'm sorry there actually is no rebate on the tires so I was lied to again. read more
