Both dogs were done in the timeframe that was committed and they were both happy dogs when I picked up. Ashley, the groomer brought my boys out with an update on their experience which I appreciated. Both smelled great and we're sporting a new bandanna. I was most moved by a follow-up call on the next day from Ashley. She wanted to check in and see how the boys were doing. She also was concerned with my Maltese because he has allergies. I appreciate Ashley and the warm welcome to Tails and Tangles. Our next grooming appointment is already scheduled.

They know my cats by name and truly seem excited to see them when I call to book an appointment. They do a really great job washing, trimming nails and doing the "lion" cut on my fluffy fat cat that constantly gets knots. I recommend them anytime anyone needs a groomer. Not only have the people at Furs a Flying taken on this challenge of a dog, but they have also never been unkind or judgmental about him. If you have a difficult dog, you know that even among dog professionals, you are often confronted with people who are not very sympathetic or understanding. I have been going to Furs a Flying for about three years now and am very grateful for their work. Here is a before and after. They are often booked up, so you have to plan ahead, but I think it's completely worth it to have great haircuts and the peace of mind of knowing your dog is in such good hands.

I was getting nervous so I went there only to be told she wasn't ready yet. I was told to come back in half an hour. I stayed and it actually took about 45 minutes. While I waited, I noticed that not only the woman behind the desk was new, but I didn't recognize anyone working there! My dog was shaking when she was brought to me. She looked like her body was trimmed but her head was not. I didn't say anything to them . I just wanted to get her out of there. Even that took her ten minutes to check me out and I paid cash....$95.00. They did the worse job ever. I will never bring her back. This young, rude unprofessional tells us next time we bring our dog in that heneeds to be druged because they think he is feisty . I said ok and they booked us,. But then later they text and said they dont want us back. The you lady was very unprofessional and rude. Did a half as job to boot. But im ok with touching up her and other mistakes. She needs to do some growing up. And to top it off. They took the tip from us and then canceled us. Real sleezy and unprofessional. Stay clear of this place Run.
