I heard about a dispensary from someone who couldn't remember the name and thought it might be in Cheshire. I did some research and found Canna Provisions in Lee. I called an hour before closing on a Sunday and instead of racing time at dusk, I decided to get information and prepare for a near future visit . I spoke to Johnny, who was so patient and sweet and answered all my questions. I felt bad taking his time so near closing time but he was delighted to help me and in turn, I was delighted to have a rare conversation with an actual human after being quarantined for way too long. I went the following day and from the time I pulled into the parking lot, I felt a warmth and welcoming from those who were waiting to give me the "scoop" and regulations. When I entered the adorable shop, I felt that same warmth and felt so comfortable and at home with the most delightful staff. A great guy named John, was front and center before I even asked for help, answered my questions and guided me with great care to ensure that I would be satisfied with service and product. I was $5 short and before I knew it, John put a $5 bill in front of me. It could have been a penny and I would not have been less impressed by his kindness and trust in my promise to repay him. The entire experience, John's recommendations, the Sweetheart of a young woman who checked me out and the entire "adventure" was so uplifting that if I was there for plumbing supplies, I would have been in as equally a good mood. It was like being in a "happy place" and just what I needed. One would think that the nature of the business would be enough to make this a "happy place" but that is not a given in dispensaries. These people were so awesome and friendly that my face hurt from smiling and as I said, this was ALL before I made a purchase. It was the social enjoyment that lifted my spirits long before I sampled the product I purchased, which was a fine recommendation. I also want to thank the sweet young woman Brett, for her help to make sure that I am able to send the $5 owed to John. When someone trusts me, that honors me so it's important for me to honor my promise to pay back the loan. Now I have a new shop to visit for my product needs and a fun break during a time when fun isn't coming as easily for folks. And the weird thing is, it's not the product that creates my enthusiasm as much as the staff of the shop who are Aces! Me and my boy have never been to a dispensary in MA and noticed there were 3 that were less than 3 hours away- Theory Wellness, Bloom Brothers, and these guys. Obviously, we wanted to call to understand the rules before we made the 6 hour round trip from Syracuse. I couldn't get anyone from TW or BB on the phone. In fact, one of them only seems to communicate by text and both only offered curbside pickup (we wanted to come in since it was our first time). When I called Canna Provisions I spoke to Cody, the manager. I told him me and my man wanted to take a road trip and were looking to come in the store since it was our first time.......Cody invited us down like it was his own crib. He told us what times to come down to avoid the wait, encouraged us to bring people from the 'cuse, and said he would let us in the store. We drove down that following Friday and got there in the middle of rush hour. PACKED. No parking spots left. We explained to lot security what was up and he told us to call into the store (which we had to do from McDonald's across the street.......lollll). They cleared it up quickly and we got the VIP treatment after that. Our guide, John, met us at the car and took us right in. He stayed by our side answering every question, showing us everything we wanted, suggesting, talking shop/craft. Dude knows his shit and I could have rolled one with him right there. THANKS JOHN. Cody came out and greeted us too..... thanked us for coming and made us feel at home. He, like myself, is a vet. Although they were slammed when I called and slammed when we got there, the ENITRE staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful (not just polite) and they were very accommodating. THIS IS A SCAM. THE WORST DISPENSARY IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE AND TRUST ME IVE BEEN TO A LOT. THIS DISPENSARY IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW NORMAL WEED PRICES. For example an eighth is suppose to be $15 or $35 max but they are selling eights for $50 to $60... not to mention they force you to buy by the 1/8 so if you want over 7g you will have to spend close to $400 and 7g usually is $70.....I walked out of here just so mad literally shaking. The staff was so incredibly rude and nasty on top of their extremely high prices. They are basically robbing you. They only let you buy by the eighth not to mention their eights are like $80 each. Go to Bloom Brothers in Pittsfield and save your money they actually have decently priced products and let you buy in bulk for a good price. I feel like I was actually just robbed walking out of there I ended up spending almost $500 on something I would have been able to get for $160 or $200 at any other dispensary. Not to mention they have awful staff. The older woman with purple hair had me psychically shaking from anger bc of how rude and condescending she was bc I was asking about prices. Unless you want to be scammed save your money. This dispensary should be closed down, it's literally taking advantage of elderly people who don't know weed prices. I saw so many elderly people who thought they were getting good deals meanwhile they were getting robbed. I am so mad at myself for even buying from this place. The first time I walked into Canna Provisions in Lee, blew my mind! The other dispensary's I've been to reminded me more of a bank, very transactional- Can't see anything, bland decor etc. But Canna Provisions really has a cool vibe. A lot of cool art to look at and informational material to learn all about the different aspects of the cannabis plant, and you can really tell the staff loves their jobs and are passionate about cannabis. As a recreational dispensary you really get to see the fun of it all. And they have such an array of products! I love the variety, the price and the atmosphere. read more

This dispensary is amazing!! I am a regular customer and greatly enjoy their always expanding menu! Like really, they have about 50 different strains of bud right now. The selection is a bit overwhelming...not that I'm complaining lol. And the staff there is like no other place of business. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming. This place changed the way I think about dispensaries forever because of the extra mile they go to take care of the customers needs. They WANT you to ask questions and teach you things, which is extremely nice when compared to how I have been treated at other places. Convenient location off the Mass pike and ridiculous selection curated from all over the state! So instead of driving to 10 different dispensaries over a couple days, I could visit this place once. I highly (pun intended!) recommend Canna Provisions. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, minimal wait times, and a huge selection. Every time I go I try to pick up something I've never tried before, and that's super easy to do since new products are coming on the menu all the time. So worth the quick drive over from NY - only about 10 minutes from the border and you can see the store from the Mass Pike, that's how close to exit 2 it is. read more

I'm sort of old fashioned so I haven't really experimented with many of the products that have become prevalent due to de-criminalization. After speaking with John at the Lee store, and telling him a little bit about the kind of experience I was looking for, he put me totally on the right path with recommendations for tinctures and caramel edibles and he couldn't have been more right.
