SAM IS THE MAN! My car was rear-ended while parked in Beverly Hills. I was walking a dog at the time (my business) and returned to find my car damaged with no note or witnesses. After a car clipped my passenger front wheel (the driver was passing me on the right at a speed significantly faster than me) the wheel well was significantly damaged, the pinion snapped, and the mirror was completely sheared off. There was also significant damage to the passenger door and cosmetic damage to the front and rear side panels. Despite the extensive damage, ANN Collision was able to restore my car to like new. Sam (at Ann Collision Center) was recommended to me by a bumper repair specialist and I'm very thankful because he ended up saving me in a last minute, stressful situation. Worse than someone hitting your parked car while you're inside a store, is when its someone else's car you're driving and you need to fix the damage asap! Basically, someone had cracked the frame of the grill on the front bumper of a car I had borrowed and I immediately knew it wasn't going to be an easy fix. I had no idea how much it was going to cost but I had to get it done fast. I had sent photos to a few bumper repair specialists and found out the best case scenario was to get a new frame IF they were able to install it easily or else I'd need to get a whole new bumper which could cost me as much as 2K. By the time I found all this out and called Sam - it was late Friday afternoon. While most places are trying to close up for the weekend, Sam answered the phone and said he was happy to take a look at the car as soon as I could get there. So I got there within the hour and he came right out to greet me, showing me exactly where to park. He looked at the damage and gave me the good news that I wouldn't have to replace the entire bumper because he was sure he could replace just the grill frame and fix a panel that had popped out (all for $600 total). I didn't like the idea of spending any money for damage I didn't cause but $600 sounded a lot better than 2K. He ordered the part right then and there, and even had them email a photo to ensure it looked exactly like the original. As soon as it was delivered Monday morning, Sam called to let me know and they got started as soon as I arrived at the shop. It actually turned out to be a much more extensive and timely job than he first thought but he still honored the original price he told me - which I REALLY appreciated! Also true to his word, everything was fixed as perfect as he promised and the car looked as good as new. A lot of body shops won't accommodate you last minute and often require you leave the car overnight. As a female, I'm also very aware that many places would've tried to gouge up the price especially knowing I didn't have much choice. Sam is a stand up guy who really helped me out and I give him five stars in every category of service.
