I honestly don't understand how anyone gave this place a good review. Took my 370Z here for insurance work since they're right next door to my mechanic. Worst mistake I could have ever made!!! Moises dragged his feet for weeks just to get my estimate done. Horrible communication and slow to respond. This shop did AWFUL work on my 370Z. I had to come back 3x because they'd miss things and they still never made it right. I stopped going back because it was pointless. Every time I turn a corner at speed, the floor creaks under my seat where they did some repair to the floorboard. Paint bubbling and chipping off the front nose piece (he claimed it was rock chips) Hood doesn't close properly / isn't properly aligned. Charged my insurance for parts they didn't buy or use. I had to do my own sleuthing to get back money he was overpaid. My insurance paid him every dime he asked for labor and parts...over $11,000 and they still botched the job. I should've taken him to court, but it was too much of a hassle. read more

I am VERY picky when it comes to repair shops and who does my repairs and paint work, i want the absolute best for my cars. It's very difficult to find a repair shop who does a consistently good job throughout the car and i found one. I absolutely recommend this shop. I drive a 2021 Mercedes C63s and it is literally my baby, i love this car! Due to unfortunate circumstances i badly needed my car repaired and i wanted the best for my car. It's a obviously expensive car and i wanted to go to someone familiar with this car and capable of a good repair. Deluxe auto body did that job. The repair done on my car is flawless. I made sure all parts lined up, color matched, there were no chips or shown signs of repaint. They didn't rush to get things done but didn't take an unnecessary long time to repair. The owner was in contact with me and was able to update my throughout the repair, which i really appreciated. They took care of my car and this repair was done perfectly because of that and i mean that. I bought a new car and I didn't realize it when I bought it but I didn't like that the trim of the vehicle was black or had a rubberized look(see before photo) especially when I blacked out the rims. So I took it to Deluxe Auto body team and they painted the trim around the lower portion of the entire vehicle. Once again, Tommy at Deluxe Auto Repair in Canoga Park came through with a beautiful repair job on our Prius, which lost it's undercarriage and dented both bumpers hitting freeway debris. Tommy helped us with the insurance claim and got the adjustor there on the day of the accident. Tommy is a master craftsman, not only is our car beautifully repaired, he detailed it for us almost back to spanking new, (the car is 6 years old). We didn't ask Tommy to do this, he did it because he is proud of his work and goes out of his way to provide the ultimate in care and attention to his customers.
