If i could give Olek and his crew 10 stars i would. His crew does excellent work and pay attention to detail. They are prompt, courteous and on time. They are honest in their pricing and never upcharge. My only hesitation in writing this review is my concern that, because of all the excellent reviews City Bee will get to busy for me. HIRE them. You won't regret it. I feel so lucky to have found them. And, after completing multiple projects at my home, there is not a single negative thing i can say about them.

The room faces the west and with an Epson projector and 110 inch screen 22 feet away, the sunny days made it almost impossible to see the picture. I resorted to cutting and taping 55 gallon black garbage bags to fit over the sliding patio door and a large window in the room. It was not the best option, but it worked at the time. I've had experiences with Hunter Douglas complete blackout blinds in my master bedroom, and I love them. Unfortunately, I used 3 Day Blinds. Absolute nightmare! It took them over 3 MONTHS to get the blinds installed. It was not a good experience to say the least. I veered away from them this time around and found Seattle Blinds. The service from start to finish was textbook. I'm talking New England Patriots and Tom Brady textbook! It's a family run business; I got to meet Carly as she was the first to arrive on the scene ... and was very professional measured the windows, helped us to match the same blinds that are in our master bedroom and was expedient about getting the order sent. She originally said it could be four weeks, I got a text message three weeks later saying the blinds are in their shop and they are ready to hang. Cutting a week off of watching movies and binge watching shows in the media room was a blessing. They installed the blinds a week early. Goodbye black trash bag blinds!! And again, family business; it is truly a family business. I met Carly's fraternal twin brother Nate, he showed up 10 minutes early, which was great! Their dad Alex came by shortly thereafter and helped Nate finish the job. Such a happy family of people to work with. Honest, engaged and dedicated to the customer's satisfaction with window blinds. I'm sure if you've taken the Home Depot / Lowes route for window blinds, as I've done in the past, you end up with manual, sort of close fitting blinds and you quickly realize you're not so dedicated to window blinds. I am in awe of their professionalism. I ranked their customer service up there with the likes of Nordstrom, Mercedes Benz and Ruth's Chris Steak House! I sat on the couch with the projector off for almost an hour creating 4 different scenes with the Bluetooth app that accompanied these blackout blinds. The battery technology and the quality of the blinds is seriously upgraded since the master bedroom v2 that I bought probably six or eight years ago. If you read this review, don't look anywhere else. These are your people! This is what you want. This is the top level service that seems to be dying in this country. I'll step off my soapbox now and thank you so much Carly, Nate and Alex. I wish there were more than 5 stars so here are a few more!! **************** I will certainly recommend you to anybody who's looking for blinds and a professional approach to making their home as comfortable and awesome as they've made mine.
