We bought an unfinished door harp online and tried to use the parts from it to complete the project. It was an epic fail. We could not get the correct tension on the correct wire as hard as we tried. We stumbled across a store called the Strum Shop in old town Roseville on our way to lunch. Yesterday we picked the door harp up. It will be hung in our home as is a beautiful reminder of her, thanks to the Strum Shop. Highly recommend this shop and their services. Friendly people and quality work.

The experience of purchasing (traded some guitar + cash) was excellent. The only issue I had was with the quality of the instrument. To Fender: Do better! After i couldn't deal with the persistent string buzz and the guitar constantly out of tune... I went back 5 days later with the intent of returning and/or exchanging. That experience was also awesome. Ethan helped me out and was very understanding. His first response was to offer to ship me a new in 2 days... I asked about in stock items and he indicated he had another one in the store, still in the factory carton. So i asked to check that one out... it was worse than the one i bought. I asked if i could have the store tech look at my purchased instrument. He introduced me... can't remember his name. He was rather dismissive regarding my issue but made some simple adjustments while i was there.. I took it home and it pretty much the same... I'm now at a point where i'm ready to chuck it all, still mulling it over but i wanted to give a shout out to CG for its much improved customer service.... Shout out to Ethan!

Ordered used speaker online that was listed incorrectly. Phone rep was great told me how to return…read moreit to this store. Most the staff I deal with here have been good but this guy was a condescending a$$. I would ask a question about the refund and he would just shit me down saying I don't need to know that. WTH? Every question I had he would try and shut me down. Then after completing the process of returning the speaker no receipt, no email just the refund will show up eventually. I asked to take a pic of the screen and he literally huffed and puffed. I had to call customer service in the parking to confirm it was returned and they sent me an email reflecting the same. I could hear other staff around me giving good customer service and I'm asking myself how did I get so lucky to get this guy. My wife was waiting in the car otherwise we would have had a few more words
