They also offered to apply more sealant to the yard to keep it intact in bad weather. The backyard took 2-3 days. Front yard clearing took one afternoon. I am in love with the work, and now I love to be in my yard. Six guys arrived and parked the dump truck in a very precarious space that was difficult to access for even regular parking. They got to work immediately, communicated every step of the way, asked questions when needed, and even put aside valuables that they found amongst my Uncle's things, including jewelry and collectibles. I've never used a service like this before and all I can say is they set the bar for what I expect if I ever need a service like this again. They do everything. They're also going to rip out the carpets and come back and do a deep clean. They will even washed clothing and linens and bring them back to you if needed, even though I didn't need that service.
