Me and my other half have ordered and have enjoyed the food, especially the Garlic/parm wings. Today I ordered Buffalo chicken calzone, it was not good. I called to express my complaint and willing to be reasonable. I asked for credit towards future order. I was told that could not happen, they can remake and deliver...fine. It was worse than I remembered. We hadn't ordered for quite some time and thought we would try again. I ordered the chicken cutlet sub which is described as chicken strips topped with provolone cheese, fresh tomatoes and romaine lettuce. Great little pizza & sub shop tucked into Canton Center. Because it is in a strip mall, it has ample parking, unlike its counterparts on Washington Street. They have a large selection of pizzas, calzone, subs, dinner plates and salads. Everything is fresh, you can watch them make your order and prices are extremely reasonable. So I made a huge mistake of calling a canton pizza place in MA, while living in Canton CT, when I figured out what I did, immediately I called to explain and apologize. This was an honest mistake- not a prank call, I wouldn't have paid over the phone if it was a prank call. Lol. The OWNER, who talked to me on the phone, was extremely rude. "What are you 12 years old" "How did you manage to call a 727 number" After explaining to him that I just pressed the call button on their website he still went on to be completely rude to me. This place used to have the best chicken soup around. The last couple times it has gone down hill. I had the soup today.. do you think that you can get away with putting deli slices in place of the chicken ? Also is someone tasting the soup while cooking because it tastes like just water. It either has no flavor or it's super oily. I also noticed different types of other pasta in with this cup so it must have been mixed. Stop putting deli meat in place of your chicken. I ordered a pizza from Canton Center Pizza and I saw there was an option to choose no contact delivery. Knowing this isn't what I wanted I didn't click this. I was then thinking when my pizza would be coming because of the closeness of the restaurant. I checked and it said it had been delivered and I go outside and notice my pizza being on the ground. I then bring the pizza inside and open it up and see multiple bugs crawling out of the box. I then start to scream out of shock. I immediately call the restaurant and they say they can't do anything about this situation. They don't offer a refund or anything to help this situation. My mother then calls and expresses how this was unfair and they still don't offer helping the situation. My mother then proceeded to ask for the managers name and they still didn't care. I called at 3:56pm and I spoke to the young lady on the phone, I gave her my card number with no issue and heard it confirm. I get told it would take 30 mins (no worries!). Time is passing by, 30 mins nothing, an hour... still nothing. I finally call at 5:22pm and it is the same young lad on the phone. I begin to say "Hi, I placed an order and was wondering what is the update on it. She asks for the number and address. I give her that and she starts asking what I would like...Like that should've been done with because 1) I used my bank card and 2) It should've been on it way here. I basically re-ordered my food. I know for a fact they didn't send my food out that is why I had to place the order again. I think this will be my last time ordering from here. Then when I asked if this was for my order I placed earlier, she said yes, It will take 15-20 mins... After the deliever guy arrived and he had no knowlege of it and he called his boss to make sure because he asked for cash. I had to show my bank statement where they took the money off my card. I was not going to pay again for something I did not eat. He understood and apologize on their messy mistake. I still wouldn't order from here again. I love their salads. They are a 4. My boyfriend gives the calzones a 2. They are a little weird - for an Italian, cheese on top of a calzone is odd. Family owned and a local business so we will continue to support them! read more
