So disappointed! My mom just moved next to this Wingstop and had a delicious meal there last week, so she suggested we make an order as a family. They forgot to include the sauces, the desserts we ordered, and they sent us the completely wrong flavor for most of our chicken order, (we were so excited to try the Korean, which my mom said was fabulous), but they sent us one of the Hot Honey flavors instead, which none of us cared for. Event worse, my mom spent so much time trying to call over there just to get a refund on the items we didn't receive, but they don't pick up their phone, and they haven't responded to her calls or messages. I'm so disappointed because apparently the Korean chicken wings are delicious, but we would never know, and as it is we are owed money back. I visited this establishment on 10/28 at approximately 4:44 p.m. and made a purchase totaling $20.73. Since my order was expected to take some time, I did not take my receipt. When I arrived home, my child began eating her wings and found a hair in her food. I immediately called the store to request a refund, as I no longer felt comfortable eating there. The employee who answered, described as a long-haired male and shift leader, informed me that the general manager who processed my order had already gone home. I explained that the refund should still be possible using my Apple Pay details and the time of purchase. He stated he did not know how to issue the refund and repeated that I would need to wait until Thursday for the GM's return. When I suggested he contact the GM for guidance, he refused and did not take my contact information to have the GM follow up. Went to get lunch pick up with some friends and the place is clean but nothing to right home about for atmosphere, the staff were really friendly but it more of a takeout place. I was pleasantly surprised that the wing were really cooked well, the boneless wings though were not doing it for me so I just stuck with the traditional wings I do wish that the wings were a bit more spicy but they did taste good. Wings are actually decent in size, Cajun corn was bomb AF, and the fries reminded me of five guys. However wing stop is definitely overly hyped and I don't think it's worth it. I like a little crispness to my wings and they were too soft for my liking. Flavors are mid. I ordered (dry) lemon pepper wings and it just taste like oil. Such a hit or miss place related to staff, you could go in one day and the staff be fine and pleasant the next day they could be rude as anything. I was there half an hour before they were closing, staff was friendly enough but maybe because it was towards the end of the night, i felt the chicken tenders was a bit on the dried side. I also got the cajun corn as a side, it was good and juicy so it kinda made up for the chicken. Went with high hopes but left with a let down. Food always cooked correctly. Wait times I've learned are just an estimate because my food is always ready in 40 minutes, and not the estimated 15-21 minutes online ordering gives. The flavor of the food here is great and consistent! The chicken usually has crispy skin/breading and is juicy inside. Unfortunately the wait time is pretty crazy every time we have ordered. I could understand waiting if my order was correct. But every time we have ordered here (over 10 times) it has been wrong every time... In one instance it was missing an entire bundle... This specific time it was missing our tenders and when we notified staff they said okay and we weren't given a time frame that we would wait for the tenders or if they were even making them. Again the food always tastes great but it stinks that I have to dump my order out on their tables every time I visit because I don't want to be missing food when I am spending over $70 usually. It seems like an easy fix of checking off the items when they are put in the bag or putting them in the bag in order. Went to Wingstop for the first time tonight excited to try the ranch everyone talks about. Luckily I overheard a worker tell someone else there was no ranch otherwise I would've found out there was no dipping sauce in my bag after I left. When I asked her about it, the worker said "we don't have ranch, that's over" which I find to be a very confusing response. If this branch is no longer going to offer ranch, that's inconsistent with what Wingstop is and that needs to be reflected in the online ordering system.
