I'm picky about Alfredo and this completely delivered. I've gotten three meals out of it already, but it could easily feed two adults depending on portions. It's a legit concern because he was gonna do something with the pizza instead of throw it away. So that freaks me out just with that fact. I've seen some other reviews, and when they're not good, the owner jumps back, but he can jump back at me if he wants because I'm not coming back. This situation is unfortunate because the pizza actually tasted really good. But it was so well done and if I wanted to reheat it, the cheese would burn. Final thoughts ... if you thought that the staff didn't understood you, ask the person to repeat it back to you, to make sure they have your order correct? There have been times when I've gotten a cold pizza. I'm not someone who complains, but I am 100% positive it's written in the handbook not to ask a customer for money, and this same delivery guy asked me for a tip yesterday, and according to what I have read, it is against the rules and against policy. I am not somebody who complains; as a matter of fact, I never complain, but this particular delivery driver has asked me for a tip on two separate occasions. Tipping is optional, not mandatory. I love the pizza; I do, but I don't feel comfortable with being asked for a tip by a certain delivery driver. I'm sorry to have to leave a three-star rating. I love the pizza, but I think it is against policy to solicit a tip from a customer who doesn't know if their pizza will be hot because there have been times where I've gotten a cold pizza--not that I mind that I don't, and I am not trying to get anyone in trouble, but I am just bringing it to the store's attention, that's all.
