There are tables (all filled) but no table service. I ordered takeout. Selections are laid out cafeteria style on steamer trays. I picked pork short ribs (more bone than meat but tasty and the sauce is good) and whole stir fry shrimp (a bit spicy and really good flavors). I couldn't decide between fried rice or chow mein, so the woman said half/half. Both were decent, maybe a bit too salty, but the entrees are the stars of the show. This may be a true hole in the wall place off the beaten track, but is definitely a place I'd seek out again. It's a block from the Malecon and easy to get to!

The sweet and sour sauce for them was very good, great flavor and not overly thick. I asked for the curry to be hot, but not too hot, it was pretty mild. Definitely worth giving it a shot when you're looking to switch things up. Like most of PV, it was good and it was spendy (about 1,400 MXD for 2 mains, combination fried rice and 3 pork egg rolls + 1 lemonade).
