They greeted us with smiles and didn't make me feel awkward or out of place (which can usually happen) for waiting on my wife out in the front. I did ask my wife how her experience with her lash technician was and she said it was absolutely amazing (no pun intended). They clearly overprocessed them and used a way too small rod, the least they can do was take accountability, validate the fact my eyelashes look like trash, and then offer to refund me. I read other reviews that complain about the time restraint and such. That is just to give the waxer time to wax them before the next guest. I don't see any reason why this location should get negative reviews. If you have a reaction, it isn't the locations fault, but your skin condition. I found the wax to be a perfect temperature.
