A bit pricey for the services received. Just went for a delux pedicure- was cut a few times during the cuticle trim and no apologies or even cleaning of where she cut. Was a very quick experience for $41. Many other better places out there. Update: How can you review the footage of me when you do not have my contact information or even time I went in for my pedicure??? The appointment was not registered under my name or phone number, so the owner response from you is just inaccurate and falsified. read more

Went in for mother/ daughter mani pedi as my daughter is getting married on Saturday -- we were happy with our pedicures but the girl Who did my daughter's powder dip did a horrible job , did not clean the skin around her cuticles as she had black polish on before- did not use the electric buffer/ sander to get excess polish off - were not buffed or sanded properly rough edges underneath part of nail -- did not soak or clean cuticles --did not put lotion on hands and it was not worth what we paid - i would never go here again not enough attention paid for such an important day and prices are very expensive read more

Update, service took a major turn. I ask if they would cut my cuticles, (not rip down/dry), which is in accordance with the board certification standards. Because ripping down, especially with dry cuticles- causes hang nails! So anyway, I'm polite, I tip well, I waited a long time. One of the owners took me, I asked if he could cut my cuticles, not rip down, very nicely! He said he didn't know how and STOPPED our manicure!!!! His ego was effected rather than customer service being in the forefront. I have never had an issue at any salon or for any beauty vendor - EVER. I still left a tip for partial "work done" (nothing was done!). I received a 10 dollar credit. Called back to reschedule- they made a lie saying everyone felt threatened by me? Lol and they would not take me back. Like ever! Listen, the last lady who did my nails there said she loved me, that my smile made her day. If you have an issue with maintaining the basic method of nail manicures, that's on you. I tip 25% and ask for damn near nothing as a client. Good riddance! read more

For the amount of money that they charge, my toe nails should not be chipping the next day. The service was meh. The girl doing my nails was rude and just wanted me out of there. I also cannot believe how much they charge for everything. I asked for dip and it ended up costing over $75 for just the dip! I was shocked when I got up to the front to pay. Edit; they allowed me to come Back in two days later with Ivy. She apologized and removed and re did my whole set. I had paid $118 for pedi and full set, and was told it would be free fix. I was still charged $40, and tipped so almost $160 later I got nails I actually liked. love getting my nails here! My toes came out perfect but my manicure didn't this time around. I asked for narrow and very straight shape with more Acrylic at the cuticle/nail bed and ended up with weird looking nails. Even after asking and showing pictures multiple times of what I wanted. The best pedicure I have received in a very long time! The staff was friendly and professional. I was offered a water right when I walked in and promptly lead back to my seat to start the service (I thought I'd be waiting a little bit as I showed up without an appointment). My nail tech was Kyle and from start to finish, he was amazing. He walked me through all of the different pedicure options and was extremely attentive through the entire service....seriously even asked if I needed more or less pressure for the massage (and let me tell you it was by far the best part of the whole experience). Ten out of ten would recommend and definitely will be coming back! read more

I see other techs doing a really good job. No rushing and attention to detail. But I've gotten the same Guy twice and he's rushed each time. It's really annoying. Establishments shouldn't hire anyone rushing , and the managers should atleast do an honest check on each set . Been coming here for a while, yet took a break for a year through 2020. First time going back was in May to get a mani/pedi for a wedding. I was disappointed with my mani set after I had to cut them off because of how bad they looked. Fast forward till now I really wanted to give them a second chance... I came in showing the nail tech a picture from their own Yelp, of what i wanted. A basic Ombré Acrylic..... the nail tech was struggling with how to do it, and some how the pink wasn't working?... There's a clear language barrier so you know it's hard to really understand what the issue was.... So after putting two different pink powders on my nail bed, she was honest and said she couldn't do it. She gave the idea to just paint a solid gel color all over nails... which sounded Like a smart idea.. After leaving the salon going into naturally lightning I could see how thick my nail bed was due to having two different pink powder layered... I had to cut them shorter because you could see the dent of unevenness ... I'm so sad because I did at one time love coming here but my past two visits have been disappointing.... maybe the techs need more practice ... sigh read more

I've been coming here for the past year on and off. My experience today really was disappointing. Despite this place taking walk-ins they acted annoying that I didn't have an appointment, and I feel like the service suffered there after. They did my manicure while I was still finishing my pedicure, which usually I appreciate for times sake but not when I'm not given the chance to relax and enjoy my pedicure. The gel color was done sloppy and there was dried polish underneath my cuticle still. It looked messy and lumpy when it was done. She also filed my nails round despite me asking to keep them square with a round corner. I'm not sure why she asked when she did it the way she wanted anyways. My toes were filed at an odd angle on one foot. It was like they were half paying attention to what they were doing and I was too busy trying to watch my nails. Then when all was done my nail person rushed to put my sandals on and scuffed against my big toe. I didn't realize it until I got home that she messed up the polish. So I paid for a pedicure that I get to go home and fix. I will not be returning. read more

Came in for a pedi and Diane was exttremely friendly and funny. She paid close attention to details, kept checking if I like my nails and gave me, oh my.. a long, soothing leg massage...aaah. I even put my cell down to take it all in.. haha. And an extra bonus, when I was checking out, they are offering through the 17th, a 20% discount on all services.. a pleasant surprise. Today was the second time I've been to Canvas Nails, and both times have been exceptional customer service. I recently had to switch to a place closer to my home, and choosing a new place has been difficult. I intensely looked at reviews of so many places nearby, and finally decided to just pick a place. I am so happy with my choice. The first time I went in, Quinn did just what I asked (dip manicure) and wanted and was so helpful. Today, Kim helped me (organic deluxe pedicure and dip manicure), and she was so patient with me while I made up my mind with what I wanted. She was so kind and so sweet! They took me in without an appointment (went on Mondays both times, and so it may have been slower those days), and I was blown away with how clean and professional everyone was. Thank you so much!!! Don't waste your money.. I went in for a FILL and asked for two fingers to have design... was happy w the very basic design and went to pay.... I was charged an extra $30 for the basic design!!!!! AND charged extra for gel.. $78 for a fill and I still tipped on top of that.. now here's the kicker.... My nails chipped on day 3 and by day 7 all gel had completely peeled off.. went to another nail place and got a fill and new paint (gel) for $38.. this place is insane for what they charge. read more

This is one of the nicest nail salons I have been to. The technicians are great! All are masked, which makes me feel more comfortable. I try to go at less busy times, but that's not always possible, as the temps are getting warmer. You might pay a little more for a pedicure, but it's so worth it. read more

I can't say enough good things about Canvas! I haven't gotten my nails done since before COVID as my normal girl (at a different salon) decided to retire, so I was nervous about safety precautions, cleanliness, and trying a new place with new people right before my wedding... but when I called to make an appointment I told them that I was getting married and was nervous to make sure they looks amazing. The gentleman assured me I was in good hands and that their techs were experienced... he was right! Trang did a PERFECT job with my nails, was friendly, and communicative.
