I'm so so disappointed as I walk out of a $65 appointment today. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone and that makes me so sad to say as I never leave bad reviews. This is actually the first yelp review I have ever made. I needed my toes done for saying yes to my wedding dress. I voiced my concern about the amount of gel polish around the nails and not on them and was told lotion would take it off. (No it won't it's cured on). I just wouldn't go here. I'm not even going to give it one star because on Thursday I made an appointment to get my nails full set ombre with powder and I made sure I said with powder not painted on. They took my credit card over the phone number one which was concerning off the bat. Then I get there 10 minutes before my appointment the place is empty it's dirty and the guy who's going to do my nails when I explained to him what I wanted he was rude and then said you want pink and white powder for ombre I don't do that. Then I explained to him when I called that's exactly what I said I told the person that's what I wanted. I didn't get a g I'm sorry... Nothing but a blanket stair back at me I was pissed. Obviously I'm still pissed so if you go to this nail salon be prepared it's not a welcoming lovely place and on top of that the skill set of the nail technician is zero. Friendly warning.... If I could give less than a star I would. I contacted them promptly after my service due to a very poor job of my nails as shown below. I was told I cannot receive a refund nor did I receive a prompt reply for even a partial refund. I just wanted a simple manicure with regular nail polish and the quality of color and work was not great at all. I visited this nail salon bc it was near my apartment & have not been back since. My previous nails were ripped off with a new acrylic & I was cut several times during the new nail prep. I asked for yellow nails with one white one, that included a sunflower. Instead I received all yellow nails with a poorly done design on the ring finger. At this point, my mom had already left bc her nail tech was finished so much earlier than mine; and after her cutting my skin, I didn't want acetone to irritate it further, so I just paid & left. Due to improper nail removal and poor prep techniques, I was left with brittle, damaged nails that had indentations on 3/10 of them. I tried painting them after this set & it was very tender to the touch, so they were left bare for a while. It took my nails about a year to recover. Tammy was my nail tech & I DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon to anyone. read more

TLDR; if you want overpriced nails that don't even last a week this is the place for you. I've never been more disappointed with my nails than I am with these. The tech I had was fairly new to nails but I wasn't concerned because I didn't think it would be a hard design - almond shape, French tip with some gold stars like: She took her time and I was pleased with that. Unfortunately the extent of my happiness with this service ends there. When it came time for the design she wasn't sure if they had gold chrome in stock to do the stars so she recommended using charms instead. Now, I'm not a huge fan of charms but it seemed like that's what she thought would work better than attempting stars with a different color polish. Now I'm thinking it was just a way to up-charge me. She told me it would be a "little bit more" but it appears it was a "little bit more" PER CHARM. I had a total of 23 charms on my nails so yikes did that add up quick. Right after my right had was done -3 charms on each nail- she told me she ran out of the star charm she was using for that hand, another disappointment but I'm pretty easy going so I said "no worries I don't mind, I like asymmetry," and picked a different shaped star to use for my left. These lax opinions on my part really screwed me over. Later that night not only was the gel already chipping on nearly EVERY nail but I had already lost a charm! By Monday (last night) only 2 days later I've lost numerous other star charms and the polish looks like it was done using regular polish, not gel, with no top coat. This was the highest bill I've ever had to pay for nails (just under $120 before tip) and the absolute worst set I've ever had. I really hoped that I would finally find a nail place/tech where I could become a regular client but my search continues. read more

I enjoyed coming to Enjoi over the past year because Evonne did my nails, and I was always able to get my nails done within a reasonable time. I decided to come in and get a pedi, which Lisa always does amazing with, and ended up also getting a new acrylic set. I waited just about 35 minutes from when I got done from the pedi to do my nails from the new tech under the new owners. In total I paid the most I've paid for them combined ($145) the gel was $20 bucks total. absolutely ridiculous! Mind you, the nail techs daughter was there and from the looks of it she was frustrating the nail tech a few times which slowed down my process of getting my nails done the whole time. This was probably the most inconvenient setting to get your nails done around. I will never come back due to the service I received. And please hire more people so that they don't feel rushed to do everyone's nails within a reasonable time. read more

I had an unhappy experience at what used to be my go-to nail salon. It is under new ownership, and the experience was nothing like before. Natashia was sullen and unfriendly. She kept squeezing my fingers to the point of real discomfort and then telling me to "relax" in an irritated tone. She made absolutely no attempt at conversation, despite my efforts. She messed up the nail on my fourth finger, and instead of making it right, she fudged it. The price at the salon was higher than the price I counted on from the website. I will find a new place to get friendly, professional service. The old owner, Evonne, would be very sorry to know this. She was the best in every way. read more

I just moved to the area and have gone to Enjoi nails twice now, once for a gel mani and another time for a regular pedi + gel mani! Their prices are unbelievably reasonable - $20 for basic pedi and $25 for gel mani. Evonne is awesome for nail art and will work with you on any idea you have; bring a picture and she will whip it up for you! Andrea is a newer nail artist and takes her time to get it right. Kim was awesome at my gel mani with big iridescent glitter that changes colors! She was quick and accurate. I saw an angry customer who came in (a week after she had gotten her nails done) that someone had done who had been let go from Enjoi. The paint had cracked Off in a corner and Evonne was willing to redo but was busy with customers. The lady was upset she had to wait because she didn't have an appointment and went to walk out, Evonne did everything she could to ask her to please wait to be fixed (for free!) and the lady still left. That shows me they really care about their customers satisfaction to be willing to redo a chipped nail after over a weeks time. Came to try this salon out and treat my mom for mothers day. The nail technician was horrible. I noticed that he took the toe spacers directly from another customer and placed directly on mine with out cleaning. I then continued to watch as he never changed his gloves from washing my moms feet and then mine. At the end he went and cleaned everything in the back room while still wearing the exact same gloves. I looked for an email to directly contact the manager and there was no direct contact email. NEVER AGAIN. Spent close to $90 and had the worst experience read more

Absolutely in love with this place. I had heard of SNS dipping powder nails and really wanted to try out the process. A friend had gone to Enjoi and recommended them. I was super impressed with how they came out. This is my second time getting them. The first time they lasted 3 weeks without a single chip. I weight lift, clean, and am constantly hitting my hands on things and they stood up to it all. Stephanie and Evonne have both worked on me and my friends and they make sure you're happy with the results. The nail tech did not know what she was doing and was not trained properly. She used callus remover on a place on my foot that it shouldnt have been used which resulted in a bloody gaping hole in my foot. The tech looked young enough to be a high school student so I highly doubt she is a board certified nail technician. The owner was originally going to give me 10% off but changed it to 100% once I started asking about the licensing so I feel like that pretty much confirms my suspicions. read more
