I Come here every other weekend for my eyebrows & they always do AMAZING ! I won't let anyone else touch my eyebrows. HIDDEN GEM! This is my new go-to place! Got my first amazing Gel Manicure here today and I LOVE IT! Mary did my nails, she was such a sweetheart, I can't wait to go back and see her again. I was AMAZED at what you get for only $20. ($25 total with tip) She soaked my hands, cut all of my cuticles off, filed and shaped my nails, smoothed/buffed them out, then started polishing away! After my nails were completely done I got an amazing arm/hand massage with lotion. Fabulous! They had a good color selection, which I am super excited about. They are open 7 days a week, which is awesome, til about 6 or 7 I believe. I do recommend an appointment as I am sure this place gets booked up quickly. I went on a Sunday at 11:30 (with appointment) had NO WAIT and it took a little over an hour. Seriously, great place. I am excited to get my hair cut and colored there as well. Prices are too good to be true! I spoke with Lanny (maybe the owner?) and they do ombre hair color, so I am getting that next :) Can't wait to see how that turns out! I didnt get the name of who cut my hair but it was great. I have really long hair and usually anywhere i go charges me extra, lets me know they cant take my split ends off without cutteing off a bunch and makes me stand to cut it. But not this place! It was so well priced. My hair looks amazing and she took off a lot of my split ends while keeping the length. (Used this different scissor to help smoothen everything? Something like that) Of course since I'm stubborn i didnt get them all out but it is such an improvement. And she didnt make me stand!!! Also lets just add how funny everyone is here. What a great place for one stop that does it all. I just got my haircut and I love it. Got it short to be covic friendly. Hair stylist and the ladies all wore mask and they said it's appointment base so they made sure to keep social distance. Best of all they didn't raise their prices. Other beauty shop raise their prices saying it's more due to cleaning but shouldn't they be cleaning for their safety??? Any way I love my new hair and LOVE their prices. Originally I wasn't going to leave a review because I only like to leave good reviews, but I am pretty unsatisfied with my nails. Last Tuesday I went in for my first time. good news is all of the staff was super friendly & helpful. I got a natural colored SNS dip & while getting my nails done the nail tech made me bleed 3 times on 3 different fingers(both thumbs &Left pinky). I wasn't too happy about this but I was nice about it as I understand that happens, but 3 times?? Still left 20% and went about my day. By the third day - Thursday - 2 of my nails on left hand were cracked. Today while I was washing my hair one of my nails fully ripped off in my hair and now have a total of 4 other cracked nails. And my cuticles look horrific after just 6 days... I attached photos of my nails so you decide for yourself! I will have to pop all these off when I get home from work, they lasted me less than a week. Waste of $40+ read more

I went there once and not going back again. I have long thick asian hair. I did have an appointment but the guy just cut my hair in a very short time and it was horrible. My hair looked like it was 5 lbs heavier and even more poofy than it normally was. I had to get a new haircut at a different salon within a week to get rid of that hair abomination sitting on top of my head. Considering the stylist's brisk and unconcerned manner along with one of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten - yea definitely not. I'm not going there again. read more

My wife and I usually go to Hung's Hair Design in Mesa @ The Mekong Plaza. Today, because we went for breakfast at Lee's Sandwiches (next door), my wife decided to get her hair done at Lynn's Salon instead. My wife was pleasantly surprised about the level of service the hair stylist, named Andy, provided. She says that he was very efficient, very friendly, and he did a good job. She was even surprised when she found the price was even lower then where she normally would go. My wife is a bit picky about who does her hair. She has been told that her hair is not easy to style. It is coarse compared to normal. She however said the stylist did a good job. He appears to have the experience to deal with hair that can be difficult. Perhaps this place was recently acquired by a new owner. My wife and I remember going to this place about two years ago, and basically not thinking about returning. We now have a different view. This place now appears to be a good place, and we wish them well. WE will definitely recommend Andy if you need a hair cut. He does a good job. read more

We decided to stop into Lynn's on a whim. It was getting close to Christmas time and my friend's caterpillar eyebrows finally got the best of me. Everybody knows that beauty comes from good symmetry, so I offered the 8 dollar beauty transformation-- eyebrow waxing. Lynn's team worked tirelessly using prune shears to split my friends eyebrows down to their acceptable level. Finally! My friend was a wingman I could write to the bros about. I was so impressed I decided it was time to get my own wig split. Enter Andy. Andy is a character in his own right. Dressed like a 90s punk Misfit fan, this Hot Topic shopper is the Peyton Manning of hair dressers. This is my new spot! By far a hidden gem. Got a gel manicure with a design that I requested and they executed it flawlessly!! Julie prepped my nails and removed all my cuticles!! She took her time and then did the polish and design so well! I showed her a pic and she hadn't done the half moon trend before but nailed it. This is my second time coming. My first gel manicure lasted 3 weeks and I use my hands a lot. The lady was also able to save my thumb nail, it breaks really high up on one side, it is great and you can hardly tell. She takes such pride in her work. I followed my fellow yelper's advice and tried this salon today. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and was sat right away for my mani pedi since there was no one else in the salon. I told Lanny that I only had an hour and a half and she got to work quickly. I declined the massage part of my pedicure since I was more concerned with my callus removal, which she took care of excellently. She was attentive and pays attention to details. Unfortunately they do not offer acrylics, since they do hair there as well, but since it's bad for your nails anyways I wasn't too upset. I settled for a gel manicure with a design I showed her from my pinterest page which Lanny executed perfectly! Also, I brought my 4 year old daughter which can be a headache at times but the girls were patient with her and even painted her nails as well! Came here on a whim. Was a little apprehensive when I walked in and saw it also was a hair salon. I didn't think their pedi/mani service would be that great. I was WRONG! Kim, my technician, was great. She was friendly and did a great job with my pedicure. I asked her to trim an in-grown nail. She did that plus dug out a lot of old dead skin from underneath my nails that other nail salons had not done. It was a little painful but much needed. This place is the best kept secret. I've been getting my hair cut here for the past 4 years and I've never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and kind. The price is extremely reasonable. For me they usually do a dry cut, which I prefer because I am in and out very quickly. I never need to make an appointment, they do a great job fitting me in. He has cut my hair at different styles and lengths and it always turns out great. The cut is very professional, clean, lots of flattering layers and I always feel taken care of and fresh afterwards. This place pisses me off. I have gone in three times to have my nails done, the first time they asked me to come back 6 hours later. They have one manicurist. The next two times I made appointments and I was still asked to come back hours later because she took a walk in before my appt time and wasn't done and then had other appointments after mine that she was still honoring. Went here to get my hair dyed, was an okay experience, just wanted to go dark brown from light brown but came out looking the same somehow even though I choose a really dark shade. Spent $60 for the same hair color. Would maybe go back to get nails done due to how busy they were doing nails but would not get my hair done here again. read more
