They are always friendly and are a family business. They have never lost one item. They give me a yellow receipt that I keep visible in my car to remind me to pick up, and they always find my items! I think their pricing is more than fair, as well. They recently did some drapery panel alterations for me and did a great job. I really like my dry cleaners! :)

When she saw my reaction, she said, "I don't like complainers, so I'll leave it to you for $130." After the fact, I checked reviews and realized I wasn't alone, others have had similar experiences. Take this as you will, but I've worked with several quality seamstresses in town, and none have charged anywhere near that amount for similar alterations and materials.

I was very specific from the beginning that I needed the wiring removed from the cups of the dress. I also requested the slit be moved up and the bottom hem shortened. When I arrived to pick up the dress, only the hem had been done properly. I was then told the remaining fixes would "take 10 minutes." Thirty minutes later, they had only adjusted the slit and the wiring was STILL in the dress. At that point, I had already repeated the same request multiple times. When I calmly explained AGAIN that the wire needed to be removed, the woman working began talking over me and arguing with me instead of listening. I am now sitting here waiting even longer for alterations that should have been completed correctly the first time after they had my dress for two full weeks. For the amount of money charged, especially with a rush fee, the communication, attention to detail, and customer service have been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this business if you need reliable tailoring or time-sensitive work.
