He came out, inspected both lines, and gave me a competitive price. More importantly, he was honest and straightforward about the work that needed to be done. Robert initially came out to hydro-jet the line, but during the inspection he discovered that the main sewer line under the house was rusting and thin in several spots. He explained that hydro-jetting could potentially cause bigger problems with the pipe. He showed me the camera footage and clearly explained what he was seeing, noting that the line would need to be replaced sooner rather than later. He also did not charge me for the diagnostic visit. I really appreciated that Robert took the time to educate me and explain everything thoroughly. His passion for his work is evident in the quality of service he provides. Robert and his crew replaced the sewer line from my house to the street, and they were extremely polite, professional, and proactive--especially when it came to making sure my dogs stayed safely in the backyard. I will definitely work with Robert again when it's time to replace the sewer line under the house. I had a clog in my bathroom sink…read more had VIP sewer come out to do a snake but the associates came in so hot right out the gate on blatant upsells and "issues" that could not be resolved with just a snake. even so far to point out that there's teflon tape on the pipes that can't be replaced / they don't the specialty tape... TEFLON tape?! hahaha i ain't stupid. once they snaked and was not able to get through, they said that the next step was to find the clog in the wall open the wall cut out the pipe and replace (a 1.5k+ job) i asked if there were any other options like hydro-jetting or such and they said hydro jetting would spew out everywhere not able to be done second floor i did my due diligence and called a few contractors that knew plumbers that werent on yelp a guy came in the next day, hydro-jetted the clog out in 30 minutes without needed to do any of the above, and only charged me $60 lol beware of the upsell! + though, since they did not get the clog out they did not charge me, just off putting on the blatant upsell. the owner seemed nice though.

Our septic tank was not right until they came and were able to fix it. The septic tank had to be cleaned out and videoed. What was their discovery? Our septic tank had only one 24"cover . This cover was not heavy duty either. The 4" clean outs were only 3"clean outs. Nothing was right. Also discovered was that our sewage pit had collapsed! We had to drill, hand dig and put in a new sewage pit and connect it up to our septic tank. Now our septic system is complete and certified. This represents a ton of hard work to be accomplished during very hot weather. It took almost 7 days to complete our job. This was hard and very tedious work. But Felix and his crew are always up for the task. They do work very hard. I can tell you that Craftsman Sewers are honest, they communicate to you well and they do not leave you in the dark. You will know about your septic system with them. They do keep things as clean as they can. This is not easy to do. They even hand watered areas to keep the dust down for us. It was a true pleasure to have Felix and the Craftsman Sewers crew at our home. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Does this cost money? Yes it does. But are they worth it?
