Robert and his crew were awesome, we had recurring issues with our waste lines backing up so he came out and priced descaling and hydrojetting. Unfortunately the cast iron pipe was so old (65+ years) that a section basically disintegrated when descaled. Robert's team gave us a good deal on cutting our slab and replacing the lost pipe, and he and his guys were able to knock it out in 1 day. Couldn't have asked for better service in an unfortunate situation. We hope that we don't have any more sewer line issues but if we do, we know who to call. read more

Found Sewer and Drain Guys listed on Yelp and liked the way the reviews sounded. I texted them on a Saturday and, even though they were closed, I got a response immediately. We have a sewage stink coming from our master bath shower drain that is extremely gross, but very intermittent. We scheduled a service call for first thing Monday morning. Robert arrived on time and expertly went to work to diagnose the problem. He was very thorough and had state-of-the-art equipment. He confirmed that our drain pipes were in good condition with his camera and recommended a hydrojet service for $399.99. Much more reasonable than the $1600 TESTING that the other plumber recommended after a cursory look around. We are happy with the result and expect that the stink won't come back. I called the "Sewer and Drain Guys" for a clogged area drain on the side of my house. I had the drain last cleaned out with high pressure water jetting in 2019, but recently I discovered the problem had become much worse. Not only did roots fill up the triple wall drain pipe, but segments of the pipe collapsed entirely by nearby shade trees. This is a major issue because water could then flood the side yard with water flowing under the slab of the house. I searched for a couple plumbers for help, but I was completely dissatisfied with their proposals, and in one case I felt they were trying to make the problem a much larger job than it needed to be. The length of the drain pipe needing replacement was about 27 feet under bare dirt, and maybe an additional 15 feet sitting under concrete. Then I found Robert at "Sewer and Drain Guys" who gave me the best proposal out of them all. And I should add, he seemed like the most honest out of all of them also. Rather than breaking up the concrete, he found it to be more practical to use the high pressure water jet to remove the clog under the concrete saving me literally thousands of dollars in costs. Then he dug out a 27 foot trench and rerouted the drain line using ABS plastic pipe around the tree, cutting roots along the way clearing the path. The new drain looked super solid and much stronger than what was there before. I was totally impressed! This job took Robert and and another worker the entire day of hard labor to get this job done right. They made the extra effort to make sure their work would hold up for many years to come and not cause more problems later. Because of his work, I feel I just eliminated any possibility of water damage to the house during the rainy season taking away any anxiety I might have otherwise. He even threw in a 10 year guarantee to boot. I've been looking for a good plumber in addition to this drain work. I feel I can now call Robert now for all of my plumbing needs for the best quality at a very fair price. I highly recommend these guys over others. I've had issues in the past where I felt overcharged just because I live in a nicer area, and local plumbers and electricians can easily take advantage.
