Eddy and his brother came and did the inspection and drained the clog without providing me with a written estimate for the drain cleaning job and the installing a clean out quote that I requested. I paid them for the work and there is no guaranty for their work. Thirty minutes later the drain is back up with water again. When Eddy first did the first rooter job he said that eventually our (70 year old) drain pipes would have to be replaced. We had him come again a couple of times to rooter out. 6 years later our system finally failed and had to be done. We decided than maybe we should to a whole house in and out repipe. Where do I start? We worked with Eddy on a huge commercial mainline sewer issue. We had other bids but Eddy came out three times to make sure he felt comfortable taking on the job and even initially suggested if he could not do a good job to use another plumber. It was more extensive than imaginable requiring digging out the cracked mainline through 3 different tenant units. Just relining the pipe would not have been successful. Upon evaluating the issue, he recommended the hydro jet for the main drainage outside of my kitchen. I went with the service to ensure the pipe good for few years, since I did not know if the previous owner ever cleaned the pipe. The process was fast. Our local plumber did everything he could and when he was tapped out he called Eddie.
