Eddy and his brother came and did the inspection and drained the clog without providing me with a written estimate for the drain cleaning job and the installing a clean out quote that I requested. I paid them for the work and there is no guaranty for their work. Thirty minutes later the drain is back up with water again. Where do I start? We worked with Eddy on a huge commercial mainline sewer issue. We had other bids but Eddy came out three times to make sure he felt comfortable taking on the job and even initially suggested if he could not do a good job to use another plumber.
