Eddy and his brother came and did the inspection and drained the clog without providing me with a written estimate for the drain cleaning job and the installing a clean out quote that I requested. I paid them for the work and there is no guaranty for their work. Thirty minutes later the drain is back up with water again. Where do I start? We worked with Eddy on a huge commercial mainline sewer issue. We had other bids but Eddy came out three times to make sure he felt comfortable taking on the job and even initially suggested if he could not do a good job to use another plumber. It was more extensive than imaginable requiring digging out the cracked mainline through 3 different tenant units. Just relining the pipe would not have been successful. Got the service from TP Rooter back in September 2024. The water in my kitchen sink would not go down. I tried many different types of drainage to solve the issue but it was not successful. Upon evaluating the issue, he recommended the hydro jet for the main drainage outside of my kitchen. I went with the service to ensure the pipe good for few years, since I did not know if the previous owner ever cleaned the pipe. The process was fast. The Plumbers Plumber!! So when you're awesome, reliable, local plumber hits a proverbial "wall" he calls Eddie! We had an out of the ordinary situation that could've turned much worse. Our local plumber did everything he could and when he was tapped out he called Eddie. Eddie was recommended by a friend and what a gem he was!!! I had a toilet at my parent's house that has been running continuously for quite some time and my water bill was atrocious. It was a very old toilet and it was being held together by a bolt. In fact, everything was so corroded that parts needed to be grinded out so that a new toiled could be installed.
