Denying our application for having children.

They will not approve your application if you have two children. And if you have one they will charge you 60 dollars for that child. Also it's extremely hard to get ahold of them. Don't call and leave a voicemail they will not return your call.

Horrible people! I'm a u.s Army Veteran who has served our country honorably. I had to go into emergency surgery in Denver the 25th of July. I had Canyon Springs RV Resort Booked for the 29th. They would not even give me a partial refund being I wasn't able to go to the resort and I prepaid in full. They lady on the phone could care less I had emergency surgery or that I am a Veteran! Shame on you, I hope everyone who reads this review does not go to this resort!

Brand new, paved sites. Still under construction (hence the dirt).

New to RV parks (prefer State Parks) but felt the sites were very close together. Review: Pros: Brand new, not even finished. Paved, smooth, flat sites. Escort to site. Very clean facilities, strong WiFi. Pull thru and back ins. Very friendly occupants, many children. Some Executive back ins HUGE! Cons: Very tightly packed. Difficult to get in r/t long term site next to us had Satellite dish out. Sewer smelt bad at night. Train noise all night, not great with little kids.

Small, but effective off leash potty area

Looks like a brand new RV park. Everything here is new. The staff was friendly, a club car guides you to your camp spot in this large resort. The trees around the resort are immature, so they do not provide any shade yet; but eventually will be really nice. The pads are blacktop for the most part (some areas have a crushed rock pad). Each spot has a picnic table and small strip of astroturf grass between camp spots. The only reason I'm not giving this park 5 stars is because there is literally no shade until those baby trees grow up! The pond area is beautiful, with a small dock and small roped off swimming area. The pond is healthy and definitely swimmable. We stayed here while traveling between competitions with our labradors, the place has strict dog rules - as does most rv parks, but this one appears to be very accommodating and dog friendly. Clean, new... totally putting this one down as a stay over spot while traveling cross country again .

Great place to stay. Decent sized spots, well maintained hookups and grounds, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again.

I was so excited to visit this place and was hoping it was as good as I hoped. It was! I am hoping to make Idaho a regular trip every summer and if it is, this will be my go to place. This campground has full hookups. The pads are long. Granted, we only have a 17' trailer but it was nice to have a pull through (others are back ins). Our spot had a little 2 person table on a patch of grass as well as a slab of concrete (perfect for our chairs). The unique part of this location is that it has a pond which looks like it's just for looks but actually you are allowed to swim in it. We brought our floaties and just enjoyed the water falling on us as we floated around. The location has a community building that is VERY clean. You can do laundry here or play games. They also have showers that normally have towels but they were all used by the time we finished in the pond. Propane: You just let the office know, put the tank on your number, then someone comes by, takes it, fills it up, returns it. So convenient. In the evening it is pretty quiet. We had our bikes so rode around the park. Very tranquil. There is a donut shop about a block away. We rode our bikes to it on the next day. Before we left, the owner stopped by and I felt that I was meeting a celebrity. I had read her blog from the start to the last one so felt that I knew her already. Definitely make this your stop when in Nampa or Boise. Not a lot of shade but because the way we were angled in spot #38, the sun hitting us was not a problem. Oh, before I forget, they have a decent size dog park so your pup(s) can run around.

Sites had a gravel space with a little grass btw sites and a small concrete area for a couple of chairs. It's a quiet campground. Sites are a smidge on the smaller side. Think enough room for our 38 ft 5th wheel with truck parked next to us but not a lot of extra space. It worked for us however. We would stay here again. Location convenient for what we had planned.

Showers and laundry out of order. Signs that beach was "closed for a private event" that never happened. Almost completely long term tenants with smelly dirty rundown broken rvs. Very misleading amenities on the website. Rude tenants. No workers in sight. No response to multiple emails and calls. Left as soon as we could. I don't see how anyone could give them a multiple star rating. Please don't stay here.

We stopped in the past week as we passed through the Boise area. It was a late day and we needed to get a late reservation. We called, they answered promptly and were very very accommodating. The prices were so fair... a little low, if you ask me. The park was delightful and clean. There was no trash blowing around, the grass was properly cut, the drives / spots were well-lit and marked. It was fantastic. We had a very convenient spot that was a pull through. We have a rather long rig, no problems getting adjusted. The ground was level, it was a breeze! Please take into consideration the timing of some of the previous reviews seems suspicious to me. Give them a chance... we highly recommend (see my other 500+ reviews, I don't just hand out 5-stars for any reason). Thanks again to the owners and staff! We look forward to stopping at the Caldwell RV park when we go through Idaho next time!

Amenities | modern | great location…read more We booked one night on our way back home from a Yellowstone - Grand Teton road trip. This has got to be our favorite RV spot so far because of how new and modern it is. We had spot 117, which could easily fit 3 of our 24 ft sprinter van! So spacious and level! We were right across from the pool and playground / basketball courts. I appreciated the rocks at the playground instead of wood chips. This whole place is nice and maintained. Everyone respects the rules and is quiet. It's in a good location off of a main road and close to the hwy on-ramp, but across from a quiet and nice residential spot. I felt pretty safe. The showers are really nice too. We had hookups at our site. Will be booking again when we pass through Idaho.

During our stay, the spa was out of service for approximately 15 days, and the pool was closed for about 17 days. These amenities were one of the reasons we chose this park, so it was frustrating to have them unavailable for such a significant portion of our stay. The common buildings and facilities were often dirty and did not appear to be well maintained. It also seemed that many of the people responsible for upkeep were working in exchange for free rent, and the level of care and attention to maintenance reflected that. Another policy that didn't make sense to us was the required 30-day notice to move out, even though there is a waiting list for sites. Instead of allowing someone on the waiting list to move in, our site will sit empty after we leave, which seems like an inefficient use of available spaces. There are some nice people at the park, but overall we were disappointed by the maintenance, cleanliness, and management policies. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.
