I was honestly stunned. I had forgotten this level of customer service still existed. Not only did Rick custom-build the trellis for me in a single day, but he charged me an incredibly fair price that didn't begin to reflect the time, care, and craftsmanship he put into it. This experience was such a powerful reminder of why shopping local matters. In a world with terrible service, Brittany was truly a star. She tracked down the Traeger Representative multiple times. When they were non responsive, she escalated to Ace's ownership and pleasantly surprised us. Not only did she drive all the way to Whitemarsh to get us a replacement unit, she also delivered it to our house with a new bag of pellets and a gift card.
