That night, I called almost every transportation company in and around BTV trying to book something last minute, they were the only ones who picked up and said yes right away. Honestly, I still had my doubts even after booking -- but as my plane was landing, they called to confirm, and my driver was already waiting for me right outside the airport! My driver (wish I remembered her name!) was so friendly and clearly knew the roads really well. Since this was my first time crossing a land border, she gave me great tips on how the crossing works and how to talk to customs agents -- super helpful for a first-timer like me. She was also really flexible and accommodating without charging anything extra. What really stood out was that both the driver and the company followed up after the trip just to check that I got home safely. It's a small thing, but it made the whole ride feel less like a transaction and more like getting a ride from a friend or a cousin. Highly recommend these guys if you need reliable transportation between Burlington and Montreal -- professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Five stars!

Received message about a crew issue through my email and that flight is delayed 1 hour 10 minutes. Plane arrived 40 minutes later after that time. We are no longer on the departure boards. Pilot only one to let a few passengers know that we can't fuel until 30 minutes after last lightning strike and that 3 planes are ahead of us. 1 hour later still no announcements. Though some people in orange vest just walked by. At least one person has left as they will not be able to attend a scheduled meeting at our intended destination. It is now 30 minutes after promised time of fueling to be done and they have just started to fuel plane. Still no attendance, no announcements. We are still not on departure board. Finally our first announcement , they are boarding. 3 hours 20 minutes late. We are being checked in by a united ground express person. A guess breeze has no employees. Somehow there are attendants on the plane. Must of been aware of the issues and stayed on from previous flight. Pilot is now explaining that we had to wait for fueling and that we had to wait for him to drive to the Orlando airport and fly up to pilot this one back. It is now 4 hours 15 minutes from our scheduled departure time. We will not arrive until the next day.

Plus, they're insuring that your flight will be a safe one!!! C'mon folks, give them a break! Once you DID get on your flight, did you not experience the miracle of flight??? Did you get from point A to point B with nary a bowel movement? Your ancestors would have given birth to 2 children while covering the same distance. Try to keep things in perspective. Maybe it's because I fly standby, so I'm accustomed to getting bumped from flights, but I still marvel at how irate some passengers become when their flight is delayed, and how willing they are to unleash on the gate attendant with all the venom that they can muster. I've also seen many gate attendants for other airlines that willingly take the bait and stoop to the level of the ticked off customer. Brianna Myles was the gate attendant, and she took more than an earful from 2 older ladies who were ticked off that their compensation wasn't HIGHER. You're getting PAID to make your flight, and you're STILL complaining? Just as I am certain that there are monkeys at the zoo that are horrified at the behavior of the other monkeys that constantly fling crap at each other, I was embarrassed to be part of the same human race...until Brianna's professional and kind response entered into the equation and restored my faith in humanity. It's a good thing, too. I was googling how to divorce humanity and become identified as a hippo, and the paperwork looked to be quite tedious and extensive. The car had only 8000 miles on it and was pristine. We were in and out and on our way in no time at all. When I had some questions Troy was happy to help, patient and informative. Highly recommend.

Some areas of the parking lot in the rear needs to be repaved it has some potholes. The parking lot is well lit. My room was on the 2nd floor, I didn't notice there are no elevators. Stairway had bright lighting. ( if you can't climb stairs book first floor room. Room window needs to be cleaned on the outside and the sink had a surface crack and faucets could be replaced they're tarnished. My room was clean, beds are comfortable, pillows comfortable as well. Bathroom and decor is dated, needs a facelift. Towels are so soft. Shower soap, shampoo and conditioner is included. Continental breakfast room has waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cereal, toast, English muffins and bagels. Coffee, juice and milk, hot chocolate and tea. Clean room and a few tables. Lobby clean, welcoming and nicely decorated. Overall, I would stay here again.
