I suppose I got labeled as not liking the first dentist, which was an incorrect assumption on behalf of the staff. My next cleaning and exam were both awkward and uncomfortable. It took him only 3 minutes to finish. He returned both bad crowns to lab because didn't fit properly. I had to wait longer again for molars. Crowns came again. Fit is only ok. Not perfect. Teeth so tight together I can't floss properly. I told Doctor but he complained that he would have to take crown off and sand it down to fit. He said it's supposed to be tight so no food gets in. I said what? He finally sanded or whatever he did to widen gap. Cleanings went ok there. The hygienist has language barriers. Front desk Heather was the best employee. Went back for exam with Dr. Espinoza and he said I have a huge cavity in tooth 19. I would need a root canal and a crown. I went to another dentist to get second opinion. This doctor said I do not have a cavity in tooth 19. Only slight bone loss which will be watched.

Which in my opinion is not bad for the services I received. The office is very clean and well presented. Front desk staff were on point. My hygienist was excellent. She took a million x rays and probably got every single angle possible. I have not seen a dentist in 4 years prior and thankfully no issues were found. My cleaning was longer than any other I remember. She paid attention to every detail and my teeth feel AMAZING. She pointed out some stains I have due to coffee and wine (oops). But said with regular cleanings she could get them removed. I will be back in 6 months. I have been showing everyone my teeth because they really look and feel amazing now! My visit with the dentist was brief but he did answer any questions I had. I believe my hygienist name was Yasmin. There was a slightly language barrier but I didn't mind. I called and asked to make a appointment to have my denture looked at, at a cost to me, because they did not do the denture. I was out right refused to be seen, as it wasn't there denture. I needed a cleaning today and was attended to by Alex , dental hygienist. A complete set of dental X-Rays were taken prior to treatment. Alex was exceptionally polite and very thorough in his application of cleaning techniques. It was a pain free experience which left my teeth feeling cleaned and refreshed. Dr. Klamut followed up with a dental exam and found no need for further treatment. An appointment was made for my next cleaning appointment in six months. Gulf Cove was able to see me the afternoon I called and diagnose my issue. I was given appropriate treatment on the spot, and an invitation to call back if my problem didn't resolve itself in a few days for option 2 of treatment plan. My dental issue did require a referral to a specialist , but given the short amount of time I have left in FL, it was questionable whether I could obtain an appointment with said specialist (I couldn't). Gulf Cove was also very agreeable to working with my Ohio dentist office as far as supplying X-rays and info for when I return. I can't thank them enough, or recommend them more highly for their care and professionalism.

I could come in at 820 am and get the prep done and then there was a cleaning appointment right afterwards. I'm very busy and I always take people at their word. They even called to confirm 24 hours in advance and I double checked that I had the spots for the exam and the cleaning. I even had my old dentist forward X-rays from 6 months ago via email 48 hours in advance of the appointment so things were sped up. I arrived and received a quick xray, why I'm not sure because they already have clear ones from very recent. I sit around in the chair for a while and the assistant tells me they are waiting on the dentist and they can get me back in at 2 pm for a cleaning. I've got meetings scheduled from 1030 am - 6 pm EST and 830 - 1030 was the only time I could block off. The office manager came in and told me they had given away my cleaning appointment and there was nothing they could do. Nothing they could shift around. I was sitting right there in the chair and all I needed was a routine 30-45 minute cleaning. Very disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this location as obviously the lines of communication are broken and I wasted my entire morning.
